"The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to Nantang Old Street in about 10 minutes, and Yuyao Lake and Tianyi Pavilion were also within walking distance. The hotel service was great, and the staff were very enthusiastic. There was a minor issue with the room during check-in, but it was resolved quickly. Our reservation also included a Chinese set meal at Mantingfang, located on the hotel's second floor. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service, even giving us a complimentary snack, a 'small golden medal.' My family really enjoyed the taste of the snack, which seemed to be a specialty of Ningbo. It was a pleasant autumn trip, and if we come back to Ningbo, we'll definitely choose Nan Yuan again."

"從3號線的明樓站B出口出來後一直往前走（不用過任何馬路/紅綠燈哦），五分鐘後就到了，一路各種飯店都有。酒店大堂氣派，有養生茶水喝。前台的兩個美女很熱情，不僅給我的身份證裝了個保護套還送了一袋小零食。311房間很大，一大一小兩個床都很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離。早餐啥都有，我沒照全哈，雞翅膀啊雲吞啊河粉啊咖啡啊芬達啊水果啊炒菜啊都有的。早餐的三個工作人員收盤子啊添碟子啊添菜都很及時。"

GGuest UserEven before I checked in, a butler reached out to confirm my arrival time and inquire about any specific needs or preferences. Our butler was absolutely fantastic! Since I mentioned I'm quite sensitive to insects, they thoughtfully arranged a private hot spring room with better privacy for me. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness was impressive. The butler even managed to get me a disposable bathtub liner and laundry detergent when I asked. Soaking in the indoor hot spring while reading an e-book and watching a movie was incredibly relaxing and truly helped relieve my fatigue. I'll definitely be back! Our travel photographer, Yingnan, was also excellent. As I'm sensitive to the sun, she was very accommodating and always worked quickly to get the shots. Overall, I was extremely satisfied! The only slight drawback was breakfast. I went at 9:30 AM, which might have been a bit late, and there were a lot of people, making it feel a little disorganized.

GGuest UserThis hotel has an excellent reputation, so we had high expectations. The air conditioning in the room was not strong enough, which surprised me. Also, the duvet was too thick, unsuitable for the height of summer. We raised these issues with the staff, and they addressed them in a satisfactory manner. The hotel is in a very good location, and our room had a beautiful view of Tianming Lake. It’s within easy access to amenities, such as restaurants, the theatre, shops, and bars. The rooms have smart toilets and drip coffee, and there’s a broad selection of breakfast dishes to choose from.

JJiucaitamaThis truly lives up to its reputation as the second-best hot spring resort in Ningbo. I felt like one night was a bit too short! Overall, the hotel's service was excellent. Upon arrival, I was able to add the concierge on WeChat, and they were incredibly responsive. The front desk staff were also very attentive. There were plenty of hot spring pools, and soaking outdoors on the mountainside was a fantastic experience. However, after the hot spring bath, the indoor facilities could use some improvement. After showering, the amenities on the counter were quite lacking; only tissues, cotton swabs, and a hairdryer were provided. I think it would be good to also include some body lotion and moisturizer. The overall ambiance of the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. Staying a few extra days by Dongqian Lake would definitely be a great way to unwind.

GGuest UserThe Bali staff are very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to help me with my stay. The rooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower had plenty of water pressure which is always nice.
I want to call special attention to 2 people that were especially helpful and kind and really went above and beyond for hotel staff members in my view. This includes Fang Rui who helped me with ”all” my laundry and one of the manager's who name is Zhou Jianing made sure my stay and room requests were handled very quickly and easily.

MmarkThis hotel is truly amazing, it completely exceeded my expectations. I've never in my life seen a hotel with such incredible value for money. This is the place I've always dreamed of staying; I can barely breathe without it, which just shows how important it is to me. I've been thinking about it day and night, and I finally got to stay! The service is great, and the breakfast is abundant! The environment is also nice, I'll definitely come again if I get the chance~

MM*****The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll.
The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.
The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building.
The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a high standard. It is clean, quiet and has got very good river views. Staff are very friendly. Especially, Mr. John Guo was very helpful with my luggages and parcel and everything. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Especially, they provide fresh squeezed juices (watermelon juices, and orange juices)and cucumber juices. Hotel has also got a big swimming pool with 1.2 and 1.5 meters 2 depths. Would highly recommend.

TTOBACCOVANILLEI planned a family trip close to Shanghai and this Hotel was an excellent choice for a calm, relaxing family stay.
However, I have particularly chosen this hotel because it was stated as *pets are allowed for request(free) and I booked a Queen room with lake view. As I arrived this hotel, it turns out that I had to upgrade my booking to a Pet room which wasn’t featured in trip.com website so I had to pay approx 1000 rmb per night for my dog. The pet room had a balcony with a little grass but I kept thinking that it should have been clearly informed or stated. So if you plan to stay here with your pet, bearing in mind the total cost for a pet room will be around 2400rmb inc.VAT.
Nevertheless the hotel is nicely located with a good lake view and the short trip around Dongqian lake was not bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a pet owner though. If you have children this hotel might be a good choice.

AAnonymous UserMy friends and I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Ningbo, and our overall experience was absolutely perfect! We booked a total of four rooms, and before our arrival, the hotel proactively called us to give a detailed overview of their facilities and services. They even thoughtfully helped us book a restaurant reservation. Everything was arranged promptly and meticulously, and we're very grateful to May for her assistance.
Upon checking in, the experience got even better: the rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's environment was serene and elegant, truly feeling like a traditional Jiangnan garden – every photo we took was picturesque. The hotel service, from the front desk to housekeeping, deserves special commendation; every staff member was warm and professional, making us feel incredibly welcome. Furthermore, the pre-booked travel photography service was excellent; the photographer's skills were top-notch, capturing many wonderful moments.
The only minor regret was that bottled water wasn't provided during the boat trip. We had brought our own snacks, but got a bit thirsty midway through the tour, so having drinking water available would have been a more thoughtful touch. However, this small incident did not detract from the overall outstanding experience.
The Park Hyatt Ningbo excels in service, environment, and facilities, making it ideal for trips with friends or family. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again and will recommend it to more friends! Five-star rating!
