Ningbo Hotels with Hot Tub

Best hotel ever so far! Good services, very helpful staffs, doing beyond asked. Especially for the receptionist with short hair. Helped me to carry the luggage even though I didn’t asked, wait outside in the very hot weather with me.

The hotel location is perfect, close to everything, the staff is welcoming, specially Zhou. Perfect hotel, the room was clean and spacious. We had a mold smell in the first room and they changed it immediately. The view is perfect, beautiful area around the hotel. I recommend it

The hotel is nice and room are spacious. The location is fine too. Breakfast is more Chinese stile oriented but there is a coffee machine and the coffee is fine. The only issue I had are bites all over my feet and legs by insects. I think it is due to the carpet floor both in the rooms and on each floor corridor.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Not bad, the hotel is near Tianyi Square, only a few minutes walk. This time I checked in, the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe river view king room for free. The room was very nice. Looking out the window was the confluence of Yuyao River and Yong River. The old Bund in the distance was also vaguely visible. The night view was even more beautiful with lights at night. The room was very large, 55 square meters, very spacious! The front desk service was also enthusiastic. Except for the limited variety of breakfast, everything else was good. This hotel is worth recommending!

Stayed for three nights. The hotel is generally good. The occupancy rate was high during the Chinese New Year. There were a lot of people at breakfast. Fortunately, the category was quite rich, and there were new things every day. The lady at the front desk also gave children breakfast. When we were taller than them, they also gave small gifts and water when we checked in and out. It was very humane.

The location of Ningbo Old Bund Rosewood Hotel is very good, just a short walk from the old Bund, there are many attractions around, convenient transportation, and there are many gourmet restaurants when you go out. The hotel staff is polite and smiling, especially the pony wearing glasses. It is responsive and helpful. On the evening of November 15, our two cars came back late. The underground garage was full. He took us to the parking garage of other units on the road next to us to coordinate parking. Solving our difficult problem, making our guests feel very satisfied and comfortable... Breakfast quality and variety are good (a little suggestion that I hope to follow up, steamed points such as buns, siu mai, etc. are sometimes warm and not hot enough). The room is clean and the facilities are intact, worthy of praise!

The hotel has a high cost-effectiveness, a good environment, and the hotel front desk service is also very good. Pang Bin and Xiao Wang at the front desk are very enthusiastic and proactive. 😘😘

The overall feeling of the three-star hotel is still good. There was a small spider on the quilt of a bed when entering the room, which I dealt with myself. The toilet did not produce much water and the flushing force was not enough. The corresponding disposable items were not delivered in time according to the number of people when multiple people checked in. The refrigerator was equipped but not connected to the power supply. It smelled bad when it was turned on. The front desk was quite enthusiastic when checking in, and the breakfast was quite rich, which was better than the general hotels of the same level.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk service was incredibly helpful. Ms. Xiao at the reception desk was very diligent and polite. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the amenities offered were great. I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
