CChicago GirlWhat a cute hotel in a cute ancient town! We enjoyed our stay here over the October holidays. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main street with all the food and shops and people! Actually, even though it was the holidays and there were a lot of people, it was not too crazy. And the hotel is just a few minutes away but seemed quiet and serene. Beautiful ancient courtyard home converted into part hotel and traditional Chinese arts. We made an ink press of a Chinese poem into a lamp, which they gave us. Very cool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed on the firm side but not too hard. Awesome aircon. Great shower. Simple Chinese breakfast. We brought our own coffee, and there’s actually a Starbucks a few minutes walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Intime City, and it's also super convenient if you're taking a fire safety exam nearby. I truly felt a warm welcome, just like being at home. The staff were exceptionally attentive and meticulous throughout my entire stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. It was a very pleasant stay, and I have to give the hotel a big thumbs up! From check-in to check-out, every step showed the professionalism and dedication of the hotel staff. The front desk service was warm and thorough, always ready to answer any questions.

Xiao Chen at the front desk was very warm when he checked in and introduced me to the drinks in the lobby. There are also small snacks, you can cushion your stomach when you are hungry. This price is very worth it, and the freshly ground coffee tastes very good. The room is fully equipped with smart facilities in the whole house. Xiao Wei Guo at the front desk also gave me a free upgrade to the room type. The service is very good. The breakfast variety is also very rich, there are aunts who cook it. Super recommended.

YYas_miniThis hotel is rather cute. But the inside is like maze. Still amazed how so many room can be on one floor. The room was quiet expect the ac made a huge noise and because it looked into the middle of the building if other rooms were running g the ac the outer unit made a huge noise.
The room was clean and tidy. Tho it could have been cleaner. There was dust and some debris on the basin and the mirrror and the glass shower door. But it was manageable .
It’s conveniently located and easy to get around from there and the laundry room was ace.
The staff can’t speak English and check in took a while. Maybe they can improve by asking if they are unsure.
The breakfast really lacked western options and options for non meat eaters. But they had coffee and it was pretty decent.

GGuest UserAfter checking in at the lobby, you'll need to hike a short distance up the mountain. The housekeeper will meet you at the intersection. She's very friendly, helping with your luggage and greeting you warmly every time you see her in the morning. The cabins are quite unique, with a great mountain environment. At night, you'll find small geckos and large spiders in your room, and in the morning, you'll see all sorts of insects. Those who enjoy nature can choose the cabins, while those who aren't accustomed to staying in the mountains can opt for the hotel rooms up the mountain. They're all shared, and breakfast is served on the first floor. The hot springs are also very clean, with different types of pools, and very relaxing.

The tastefully furnished rooms, especially the curved showers, added to the charm. The complimentary bike rentals allowed us to explore the lake surroundings. But what truly made our 2 week stay unforgettable was the warm and genuine hospitality we experienced from the hotel manager, 王店长, and her exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction and accommodated all our requests with professionalism. 王店长's thoughtful gesture of surprising us with freshly picked bayberries on her day off was truly memorable. We're so grateful for the generous and dedicated service accorded to us, that left us with nothing but fond memories of our time in 东钱湖.
