"While there are many luxury resorts around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, very few genuinely entice my family and me to return repeatedly. However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo. It is precisely their dedicated efforts that create such memorable Park Hyatt experiences for guests. Park Hyatt Ningbo, we must come again!"

"Facilities: This hotel lives up to its five-star standard. It's grand and impressive, and although it's been open for years, it's very well-maintained. The front desk gave us a room on the 26th floor with a fantastic river view 👍. Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy. Environment: The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Service: The service met five-star expectations. Overall, this stay was very comfortable and satisfying."

"Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!"

However, for frequent business travelers like myself, cleanliness and comfort are paramount, and the hotel delivered on that front. What truly impressed me were the service and location: 1. **Excellent Transportation:** The hotel is right by a subway and bus station, and taxis are easily accessible. The surrounding area has a wealth of dining and shopping options. For tourists or those on business, this saves a significant amount of commuting time. 2. **Top-notch Management:** From the front desk to room service, responses were quick, and the staff was friendly yet professional, making me feel respected. I particularly want to commend the manager overseeing breakfast on April 4th! I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to tidiness. That morning, this manager was constantly circulating. He not only promptly adjusted the sunshades to ensure consistent lighting but also meticulously kept an eye on the buffet's cleanliness and attended to every guest's needs. That sense of 'everything under control' and order was incredibly comforting and satisfying for someone with my meticulous tendencies. You could tell he genuinely loves his job, constantly anticipating guests' potential needs rather than just going through the motions. **In summary:** If you're looking for an ultra-trendy, 'Instagrammable' hotel, this might not be your ideal choice. But if you value 'convenient location + excellent service management + a haven for detail-oriented guests,' this hotel is definitely worth a stay. Purely based on the dedication of the breakfast manager on April 4th, I would choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

The hotel rooms are simply yet stylishly decorated, with complete and modern facilities. The living comfort is very high, and all daily necessities are readily available. The cleanliness and tidiness made us feel very at ease. The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, with a warm and friendly attitude, providing detailed and excellent service. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, with fresh and delicious ingredients that catered to all tastes. The complimentary meal package from the hotel was substantial, more than enough for two adults and one child."

The river view from Sanjiangkou at night was absolutely beautiful. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. What really stood out was the cheerful young woman at the entrance to the breakfast restaurant – her smile was so sweet! And the young man who helped us move our luggage when we switched rooms was very observant and proactive. Check-in and check-out were both efficient. The soundproofing was decent; we weren't significantly disturbed during the night. Overall, the experience met our expectations and offered good value for money. It's suitable for a short business trip or a family vacation. The shower pressure was amazing – so refreshing! We later switched to a connecting room, which was perfect for traveling with elders and children. We'd definitely consider staying here again on our next visit."

"I booked a one-night stay at your hotel for this trip, and overall, I had a very positive experience. First off, parking was convenient, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of attractions like Tianyi Pavilion, Old Bund, and Chenghuang Temple, or a short taxi ride away. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and commercial outlets nearby, making it easy to explore, dine, and shop. Lastly, the hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service is great. My only minor comment is that the room in the South Building felt a bit small."

A small bottled mineral water and an aromatherapy diffuser sit on the ivory vanity, and the bone china tea set steams gently; every detail exudes thoughtful warmth. The faint sound of a piano drifts from the end of the hallway, mingling with the soft hum of traffic outside, which paradoxically makes the room feel even more tranquil. Shedding the dust of travel, I lean back against the headboard, the soft pillow perfectly cradling my tired shoulders and neck. No need to rush the itinerary, no need for polite small talk; in this moment, this small space is my own private world. It's more than just a temporary stop on a journey; it's a gentle haven that helps you slow down the pace of life and embrace all your weariness."

"Service: The overall service level was excellent, very friendly, and you could really feel their dedication. The concierge provided a butler-style experience, making guests feel right at home! Environment: The surrounding area is a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, making it very convenient for getting around. The nearby old streets of Huayan Street offer a taste of local life, while the charming cafes, bakeries, bars, Western restaurants, and local eateries are all worth exploring! There are also several historical sites. It's a great place to experience Ningbo life and wander around. Facilities: A bit dated, but the maintenance is quite good compared to many older hotels. The mattress and pillows were comfortable."

"Not great value for money. For a room costing over 700, look at the fruit they provided – it was all shriveled! It was also quite amusing that they provided a coffee machine but no capsules! The breakfast was very basic too, not much selection. The EV charging stations are only on the B3 parking level, and to top it off, there are no lights down there. It's pitch black, and honestly, if you were alone, it would be pretty creepy! To be frank, I wasn't very satisfied overall."
