"While there are many luxury resorts around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, very few genuinely entice my family and me to return repeatedly. However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo. It is precisely their dedicated efforts that create such memorable Park Hyatt experiences for guests. Park Hyatt Ningbo, we must come again!"

"Five stars, highly recommend the Shangri-La Hotel Ningbo! I specifically chose this hotel for a trip with my parents, and the entire stay far exceeded our expectations, making it incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's overall decor is grand and elegant, the public areas are clean and bright, and the rooms are spacious. The soft furnishings and bedding were very comfortable, and my parents were especially pleased. I particularly want to commend all the staff at the Horizon Club Lounge. Their service was meticulous and incredibly thoughtful. Our dedicated butler, Wenby, was professional and attentive, proactively helping us register our car's license plate in advance, saving us the hassle of dealing with parking entry and exit. Knowing we had several people in our party, she promptly arranged an extra bed for our room. Her efficiency and reliability, along with her thorough consideration for every aspect of our stay, were truly impressive. Janice from the Executive Lounge also left a wonderful impression; she always had a warm smile, was genuinely welcoming and polite, and her service was gentle and appropriate. Upon learning that we had a tight schedule and needed to continue our journey, she thoughtfully prepared a variety of portable packed snacks. This unexpected gesture added a touch of warmth to our busy travels. From the hardware facilities to the humanistic service, the hotel truly excelled, and every small detail reflected the staff's dedication. It's perfectly suited for traveling with elderly parents, offering an absolutely fantastic experience. The next time I visit Ningbo, this will still be my top choice, and I sincerely recommend it to all my fellow travelers!"

"As someone who pays close attention to detail, the room quality at this five-star hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The daily housekeeping was meticulous; tabletops, corners, and bathroom glass were spotless, free from any water marks or dust. The bedding was changed daily, with no odd smells or hairs. The room layout was well-designed with ample storage. The blackout curtains effectively blocked out light, ensuring a full night's sleep. The amenities were comprehensive, with all facilities, both soft and hard, working perfectly. The mini-bar drinks and toiletries were replenished promptly. The service was thoughtful; the turndown service included complimentary water and snacks. Any issues I reported to the front desk were addressed by staff within minutes. It was clean, comfortable, and attentive – a perfect stay."

"Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!"

"My stay at the Ningbo Marriott Hotel yesterday was truly unforgettable, and I particularly want to commend Mr. Huoguo from the Golden Keys team! I genuinely experienced the high-quality, warm service exclusive to a five-star hotel. Last night, after a work dinner, I arrived at the hotel quite drunk, feeling unwell and dizzy, making check-in incredibly difficult. Luckily, I met Mr. Huoguo from the Golden Keys. He was patiently attentive throughout, providing seamless assistance from verifying my booking and completing the check-in to guiding me to the elevator and all the way to my room. Despite my inebriated state, he showed no impatience, maintaining a gentle and meticulous demeanor while efficiently helping me with everything. What touched me the most was that Mr. Huoguo subtly noticed I was feeling nauseous and dizzy from the alcohol. He thoughtfully brought me warm honey water to alleviate my discomfort. This small but significant gesture brought me immense warmth when I was feeling so exhausted and unwell. As a benchmark for high-end hotel service in Ningbo, the Marriott excels in both its facilities and its soft services. Duty Manager Mr. Huoguo, with his professionalism, perfectly embodies the Chinese Golden Keys' service spirit of 'satisfaction plus surprise.' I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel; it will definitely be my top choice for any future trips to Ningbo!"

"This hotel largely maintains its old five-star standard. The cleanliness and food were both great, and the service was good too. The location is excellent, making it easy to get to all the attractions. However, some details could use improvement, like the dirty windows and the grimy-looking kettle – I didn't dare boil water for two days. Also, after a long day of sightseeing, I turned on the 'do not disturb' light, but a staff member still knocked twice. I wanted to write a 'do not disturb' note to put on the door but couldn't find any paper or a pen in any of the drawers. Overall, it's still a good place, and it would be even better with some minor improvements to the details."

"I stayed at the Westin with a friend during the May Day holiday and had a good experience, so this time I specifically brought my mother to stay for two nights. The weather wasn't great, but the service was excellent, especially William Wang from the concierge. He greeted us enthusiastically as soon as we entered the hotel, helped with our luggage, and extended a warm welcome to my mother. I remembered him from my May Day stay; I didn't have my mother with me then so I didn't get his name, but I was struck by his friendliness. This time, traveling with three seniors, his exceptional service was even more apparent. Therefore, I'm giving the hotel service a five-star rating! The hotel facilities are a little outdated, but overall it's excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay at the Westin again next time."

"Really thankful for the staffs, all of them was very helpful. As foreigners who dont have china number, the hotel staffs kindly provided a number for us to use so that we could order delivery. The room was very big and cleanliness was done well everyday too. Location was also pretty ideal, surrounded by 2 shopping malls and the ride to various tourist attractions was pretty short too / of acceptable distance and timing. We left a bottle there with intention to throw it away/leave at the hotel , but the staffs went out of their way to contact me about it. 🫡 这家酒店整体体验超出预期，位置很好交通便利，出门办事游玩都很方便。管家小权服务都很贴心热情，响应及时。早餐种类多、口味在线，吃得很舒服。房间干净安静，住着舒心，性价比很高，值得推荐。 非常感谢贵酒店对我们热烈的招待，工作人员都非常友善及热心. 身为外国人的我们很感谢酒店能给我们提供一个中国号码好让我们叫外卖 真的很感谢✌️退房的时候留了一瓶水壶 （我们其实不要了想丢掉) 但工作人员还联系了我们确认一下 真的很开心能够在宁波有这么好的入住体验 如果下次来一定会再次光顾~ 如果在别的城市有分店的话一定会去支持的！！！"

The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness details were handled very well. The soundproofing was also good.
