The room was nice. I particularly liked the north-facing ”mountain view” room; this type of room seemed to have been recently renovated. It was quite clean and comfortable. The hotel's own parking lot was safe and convenient. The breakfast was simple but decent.

First time here, and I'm impressed with both the service and facilities at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed offered great support – no backache in the morning! The blackout curtains were fantastic; I slept right through until dawn. The desk area had plenty of light, the chair was comfortable, and the internet was stable – no drops during video conferences. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower was powerful. There's a water dispenser and ice machine in the hallway, which was very convenient. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and housekeeping was quick to respond; I asked for nail clippers one evening, and they were delivered within five minutes. At checkout, they proactively helped me call a taxi and even reminded me about the changing weather. Overall, it was a hassle-free and warm experience. Highly recommend! Great service.
