Hotels in Fenghua Intime Mall and Pedestrian Street, Ningbo

I went to Fenghua and wanted to stay at Howard Johnson Overseas Chinese. Later, I wanted to experience the service of Atour Hotel and chose Huizheng Old Street. The view room was a bit small, with a 1.8-meter bed, and the layout was very warm. The sound insulation effect of the upper floors was also OK. The only downside is that the shower room is a bit small. The hair dryer is very good. I still want to go home to buy this one. I see that the customer service attitude is more enthusiastic. After that, I took the initiative to send a call back and forgot to take a photo of the hotel.

Nice hotel to stay. There are many places nearby to buy any kind of things. A little far from the metro station, but public transport is available and can be easily reached.

The hotel looks fancy on the surface, but some aspects of its service are still problematic. The most ridiculous thing was getting a call asking about my stay experience when I wasn't even fully awake in the morning! Couldn't they have just asked when I was checking out? The phone's ringing was so loud, it was absolutely nerve-wracking.

The hotel is very clean and new. The breakfast good and especially the service of the staff was great. I had not eaten upon arrival in the evening and although the room service only had 2 chinese soups on the menu, Chris from reception asked the chef to mak a club sandwich, especially for me. You should put this sandwich on the menu, it was great.

We booked 4 rooms in this hotel for an event in Ningbo. The buffet is great it was worth it. We like how clean the rooms are and modern. It also has a good location. We enjoyed going around the area.

Hotel facilities are very new, clean, refreshing and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, there are snack bars and supermarkets downstairs, although a little far from the city, but it is very convenient to call a car, overall cost-effective.

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's decor is elegantly luxurious and grand. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The service, in particular, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the prompt room service, every single detail was flawless. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine, and everything tasted excellent. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for both getting around and shopping. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!
