This hotel is located in Ningbo's Southern Business District, an area with a thriving commercial scene. They even upgraded me to a deluxe king room during a typhoon, and the view was fantastic. The front desk staff were very welcoming and responsive. I booked a package through Ctrip that included breakfast, and it was plentiful. There are also quite a few trendy coffee shops nearby to check out, and Yinzhou Park is close by too. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although I was initially a bit disappointed that there was no ping pong or billiards, the staff handled it very promptly, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. Issues happen, but they were dealt with quickly and with genuine sincerity, which more than made up for it. Truly a five-star hotel experience.

It's okay. Stayed for one night on a business trip. It's right by the subway entrance, so getting around is really convenient. The business district is deserted on weekends, so it's pretty quiet. First time staying here, got a room without a window. Didn't use much else, just checked it out myself.

Had a great experience! The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable. A big shout-out to the disposable compressed towels and the toilet seat sanitizing wipes – a thoughtful touch! We came for Zhang Xingte, visited Dongqian Lake, and spent two days at Romon World Park. We even joined in on a water gun fight! The surrounding area is super convenient for shopping and dining. We also ran into a park NPC in the hotel lobby – he was so cool!

I took my family to Ningbo for the weekend and spent a week researching and comparing numerous hotels. We finally checked into YUN Hotel on Friday night. I had purchased a 50-square-meter pre-sale voucher a day in advance, and upon arrival, I paid extra to upgrade my parents' room to 60 square meters. They were very pleased; the hotel is new, and the room is spacious. What I want to praise the most is the breakfast. The dining environment was excellent, and there was a wide variety of food. I didn't think much of it at first, but after staying at a certain high-end Hyatt hotel in Dongqian Lake on Saturday, I realized that cheaper hotels don't necessarily have worse breakfast than more expensive ones. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ningbo. The only drawback is that the swimming pool and gym close too early. When I went for a swim after 8 PM, I was told they were about to close for cleaning. I had read reviews before checking in that said the pool was great, so not being able to experience it was a bit of a shame.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel really pays attention to the details. They arranged our room exactly as we wanted before we even checked in and had the AC running. In the evening, there were fruits and cold 'liangfen' (jelly dessert) waiting in the room. The breakfast was also worth mentioning – very extensive! Xiao Wei, who assisted us, was so warm and thoughtful. The two-night package deal was incredibly good value for money. It's a shame I didn't get a chance to take any photos.

I booked this last minute for an unexpected trip, and even though I checked in at 1 AM, the front desk still allowed me to have a late check-out until 2 PM. This meant I could get some extra sleep, which was great service.

This trip to Ningbo, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Yinzhou, and my overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and bright, with complete home-style amenities, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The front desk service was polite and attentive, and there were self-service drinks available in the lobby at all times. The breakfast selection was rich, and transportation was convenient. It's a great choice for a base when exploring.

The room was small, which I already knew. However, it had everything I needed and looked quite new and nice. It's located in the Southern Business District, but parking is limited, so if you're driving, you'll have to use another paid parking lot. Also, I'd suggest improving the chairs as the armrests tend to bump into things easily. The window only closes but doesn't lock, which might be a concern for some. The price remained very affordable even during the May Day holiday, making it an excellent choice for solo travelers.

This was the most comfortable stay on my trip. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the smart facilities were easy to use. The surrounding area has everything you need for food, drink, and entertainment, and transportation is convenient. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the service is attentive.

Clean and tidy, brand new facilities, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, plenty of hot water, comfortable mattress, good soundproofing, smooth WiFi, excellent natural light and ventilation, full range of appliances, complete toiletries, convenient elevator, spacious room, no strange odors, well-maintained.
