Hotels in Boat Lagoon, Phuket

The main building was nice but few of their rooms are located too far away from the main building.One need to call a bungy for pickup and drop off. The location is inside a boat lagoon which is really far away from entertainment areas. The main building has a big swimming pool with a bar attached.Food was very bad for the price they charge. The location is not suitable for youngsters. Visit NH Boat lagoon if you need a retired ,peaceful stay.Must check if your room is in the main building.

The hotel is small and cozy. While it's a bit out of the way, the price makes up for it. A 7-11 is about a leisurely 5-7 minute walk away. A wonderful room. Large and bright. Plenty of outlets. Electricity is always on, so you can leave the air conditioning on while you're away. Otherwise, there's a sauna in the room. There's also a small utility balcony.

Warmly welcomed by the staff with a huge coconut while waiting for check-in. Room was decorated nicely (upon request) and the whole villa was pretty clean with only one or two flies. Loved the bathtub/shower which had strong current and steady hot water. Private pool was relatively clean and staff were really friendly. Counter receptionists speak good english and the breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes (asian & western) with some changes in menu everyday. Although the overall experience was good and would definitely come back again the next time we’re in Phuket, the location can be quite out of the way (~30mins to Phuket Old Town). If you don’t have your own transport, there are bicycle/bike/car rentals on site at affordable rates, and shuttle buses to some destinations.

The accommodation is beautifully decorated and comfortable to the eye. The soft lighting in the room ensures a peaceful sleep, showing great attention to detail. There's a swimming pool and a private sauna right in front of the property – absolutely wonderful! In the mornings, you can see tourists jogging, which creates a warm atmosphere. There's also a viewpoint nearby where you can hike up to enjoy stunning sea views, very chic. All around the accommodation, you're surrounded by green trees, truly living up to its name 'Ozone' (referring to fresh air). It's a shame I only stayed one day. The room rate isn't expensive for the amenities provided. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

Сам отель понравился. Комната просторная. Ванна большая. Территория ухоженная. Можно посидеть на веранде на улице. Кровать удобная. Кушать лучше на улице, т.к появляются сразу муравьи. Хозяева могут приготовить еду и заказать такси. Само место находится в отдалении от всего. Можно пешком дойти до пирса. Можно прогуляться до водопада, но он платный. Самое классное место было, в 20 минут ходьбы, слоновий питомник. Обязательно посетите, вам там очень рады и все делают для хорошего общения со слонами.

The place is remarkably beautiful, with large lagoon in the centre of resort. The staffs and owner are really nice and helpful. We got lost at the airport on our first day and we reached out to the reception to ask for transferring service. It took only 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. We had a really great time here and hopefully, we'll come back again very soon. 有美丽的地方，度假村中间有一个大游泳池。 服务员和业主都很善良。 我们到达的第一天，我们在机场迷路了路，并联系了人员以帮助取车来接我们， 只等了大概15分他们就来啦。在普吉岛玩的很开心。 希望很快回来，肯定也要回到着度假村住！

This hotel is located in a relatively partial location in Phuket. If you are going to travel, it will be more troublesome. The hotel is a small B&B. The room is clean and the boss is very enthusiastic. You can also rent a motorcycle to the boss to go around. But if you use a credit card to pay for it, you still have to pay for it. The boss said that it is only for cash, not for credit card. So it’s useless to give a credit card to Ctrip. There will be some food stalls around you to choose from, three meals is not a problem!

Our stay at this villa in Phuket was exceptional from start to finish. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and even more impressive than the photos. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax. The private pool was a highlight, and the outdoor area was ideal for enjoying breakfast, watching the sunset, or simply unwinding. The location was convenient, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions while still offering complete privacy. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and we truly felt at home. I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Phuket. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would definitely stay here again. Five stars!
