I stayed here for a day while on a business trip. There were books available for borrowing at the front desk. The front desk service was very warm and thoughtful. The room was also very clean. Tea was also prepared in the room. Thumbs up 👍

The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance of Middle Street, where the Imperial Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion are located, and there are many dining options nearby. The staff service was outstanding and very helpful. It's a bit of a walk to the subway, but not too difficult to find.

This hotel is clean and tidy, the front desk service is warm and hospitable, the service facilities are complete, the laundry room, 24-hour hot water, the facilities and equipment are well maintained, the subway is very close, it is convenient to travel, and there are unlimited refills of freshly ground coffee, I am very satisfied.

The hotel's location is absolutely prime in Shenyang. It's just 200 meters from the subway and right in the heart of Shenyang's Middle Street business district. The Forbidden City, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Liu Laogen Grand Stage are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is also very comfortable, and the room layout is reasonable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were excellent; they offered me hot water, instantly dispelling the chill. The breakfast on the second day was also very plentiful. I highly recommend this place.

The room was very good and clean, the service was superb, and I lived in Hanting every time I traveled. This time there were some accidents~ The lock of changing rooms in the middle of the room and changing rooms was found to be bad at 11 o'clock. Because of communication problems, I charged the money I didn't want to charge... It was originally not very fast, but the hotel service staff still made adjustments and apologized in time, so it was still five-star praise! ! !

There was no hot water on my first day... Although the receptionist offered to open a shower room for me, saying she was very kind, I was just resting for two days and didn't want to go through all that trouble. Everything else was great, and the little robot was quite cute.

The lobby is decorated in a simple, bright style, and I really like the color scheme! The room was spacious, and the bathroom was compact but functional! The bedding was clean and hygienic, which was a delight! This newly renovated hotel is truly wonderful! The floor was odor-free, which was a great experience! The breakfast was nutritious, and the children loved the wontons! The restaurant staff was very helpful, and we loved the food! The hotel is conveniently located near the high-end MixC shopping mall, which offers excellent shopping and entertainment. Getting around is also convenient, with a subway station nearby and convenient parking behind the hotel. The hotel is also close to a major highway. As we were about to check out at noon, my child fell asleep, so I contacted the front desk staff, who kindly helped me resolve the situation. Thank you to the front desk staff for their excellent service! I had a wonderful stay and would stay at this hotel again!

The room was clean and tidy, the details were well done, and there was no sanitary corner. The bed was very comfortable, the service was good, the check-in was fast, and the overall satisfaction was very good.
