I like the room set up. everything you need is available and you will feel comfortable and can relax without worries. its peaceful and quiet and the projector screen in the room gives plus factor in the room. breakfast is good. you can wash your clothes compliments of the hotel at the laundry area. the Front desk ladies are all great and amazing at their job and they are ready to help you with whatever you need. restaurants everywhere in the area. metro train station that is daxin station is around 5-10mins walk. lots of 24hrs shops in the area. its in the old commercial area of shenzhen not the modern one so theres element of vintage vibes in the area.

The Hyde Hotel in Shenzhen is a traveler's delight. Its prime location offers not only easy access to the city but also has a subway right in front. The presence of a washing machine in the hotel is a boon after a long journey. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the city view is amazing. This combination of convenience, space, and a great view makes it an excellent accommodation choice.

Wonderful Stay at Ruixi Hotel, Shenzhen My business partner and I recently traveled to Shenzhen, China, and stayed at the Ruixi Hotel, located on Nanxin Road in the Science and Technology Park. We had an excellent experience and were thoroughly impressed by the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, with daily cleaning keeping the room spotless. One standout feature was the smart technology in our room, which allowed us to control appliances simply by voice commands—an amazing convenience. The location is very convenient. There were a lot of local restaurants around, groceries. Metro in short walk way. A special thanks to the receptionist, 小陈, who truly went above and beyond for us. Despite our limited Chinese, she helped us order taxis, receive parcels, and made our departure stress-free by assisting with travel arrangements. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Ruixi Hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, whether for business or leisure.

Give me a free upgrade because i had another booking of a bigger size. Front desk responsive to request, especially on wechat. They even accommodated to change the room immediately when I felt there was a cigarette smell in room.

Super last minute booking for our wedding anniversary and luckily the booking was smooth. Arrived at the hotel to check in and we were immediately allowed to enter our room. There room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel also spoiled us with various tea and coffee options plus welcome fruits for as a small gift for our wedding anniversary. Another thing worth mentioning is that room service was extremely fast. We ordered ice cubes, twice, and both times arrived in less than 5 minutes. There was some point at time in the evening where we smelled people smoking, probably from next door. Other than, everything was perfect and definitely will return.

Hoping the next time staying here. The place can be cleaner. The pillows smell. The bed frame wasn’t clean AT ALL. it’s just smelly. The climate control is better. At least isn’t hot. I only have the concern with the careful and diligent in the hygiene which can be addressed easily with more throughout cleaning

The smart system is very good. The hotel is very new and clean. It can open and close windows, lights, TV, etc. After entering the toilet, it automatically opens the toilet, closes the door by itself, and flushes automatically after use. It is very cool. Every waiter is very polite. Service is top priority. Although there are not many types of breakfast, it is of high quality. The coffee tastes good. There is free laundry service. It is very considerate and the price is right. There is Wanzhang City nearby, which is very convenient. It only takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk. The hotel is very good and I will come back again.

It still has the 'fresh smell' as it is pretty new, most importantly it is clean and hygienic. Amenities are all good except that it didn't provide washing machine & dryer service. The staff is friendly, check in is systematic. The surrounding area has plenty of choices of local food is also a plus point.

Extremely happy with my stay at the hotel! Convenient location just a couple of minutes away from the subway station. spacious and very clean room , odor-free! Very nice, polite and helpful personal! The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean! Laundry is available for free! warm toto toilet with washer is another huge benefit! Thank you for keeping us and keep going the same way!
