先説優點，位置還好，位於南澳別墅區內，房子就是一般農家自建的4層小洋樓，停車就在門口，一共4層樓，房間面積大，設施也比較齊全，有可以做飯的地方，二樓有個露台，晚上可以燒烤那些。房間面積比較大，有40平以上，帶個陽台。接下來就是吐槽的點：1、去哪兒留的電話是老闆的，但老闆應該是屬於從農户手裡租的房子，常年是不在的，請了個所謂的管家，就是個年紀比較大的阿姨，老闆應該是屬於二房東。2、房子內部是有電梯的，但是沒有啟用，房間又位於三樓，大包小包上樓不太方便，有電梯又不能用，就很奇怪。3、房間雖然很大，但是設施很明顯都很老舊了，無論大小床，很舊，床墊應該是最便宜的那種，很硬，並且有異響，並且床上用品很舊，且不乾淨，看圖説話。4、號稱有浴缸，但基本處於不可用狀態，浴缸很臟，且配套的管子那些都是壞的，不用浴缸，淋浴水也是小得可憐，且管子是漏的，看圖説話；5、作為一個節假日都快接近500價位的房間，所提供的洗漱用具（沒有用，我們自帶）以及房間內提供的紙巾都是最差的那種，廁所內用的廁紙稍微差一點都不會説什麼，關鍵是房間內的抽紙也是用的一般路邊餐廳用的最差的紙，心相映的紙一包也不貴吧？3-4塊錢一包，哪怕一次提供一包，也要不了幾個成本吧？6、訂房時標註提供歡迎水果，結果水果皮都沒見到。7、節假日到大鵬，如果開車需要在深圳交警先預約，但是從訂房到結束，沒有任何提示，也沒有接到所謂的老闆或者管家的任何提醒需要預約通行，如果沒有預約就是1分300塊。本來沒有預約上，準備退房，下單確認5分鐘後就不能取消了。沒辦法，有個深圳的朋友説沒有預約也能去，外地車牌有總計兩次可以申請免罰，唉。我覺得這麼提供也沒什麼問題，反正我們是外地遊客，很難得來一次，一次性生意罷了，也造不成什麼影響，就這樣吧。

We used to have a short one-day trip to White House. The location is really nice (sea beach availability within 15 meters range), the facilities were also nice! Helpful staff did all the best for us! The breakfast and restaurant meals were delicious! Thanks to staff for their hospitality. p.s. I have always wanted to take some time to travel to Nan'ao, Shenzhen, and I accidentally discovered these three B&Bs from trip.com a few days ago. One is on the seaside, ”Miyue·Shenzhen Monetvasia Sea View Resort” and the other two are called ”Miyue· Shenzhen Blue and White Holy Island Cliff Pool Pool Beauty Stay” and ”Miyue·Shenzhen Santorini Sea View Resort Beauty Stay” are located in the middle of the mountain. Because I wanted to listen to the sound of the waves, I finally chose the Monevasha Seaview near the sea. It takes about an hour to hail a taxi directly from Luohu to Meisu, and the cost is only $100. You can already experience the transformation from a noisy city to a Meisu that resembles a European holiday cabin, and it feels like great value for money. We arrived early at 12 o'clock, and we were greeted by the enthusiastic waiter Ah Xin when we arrived. Since we didn't have enough time to check in, we originally wanted to put down our luggage and go out for fun, but there was just another room available for upgrade, so we upgraded. I am also very satisfied with this arrangement. I don’t want guests to wait and can put down their luggage. It feels like home. I want to give it a thumbs up 👍 on a first-come-first-served basis. We upgraded to Qingluan, a sea view balcony king bed room. It was just dusk when we came back. As soon as we opened the door, we saw an oil painting at dusk in front of us. It was very romantic. This room is mainly designed with simple and comfortable design, but it is very well-equipped. A basic bathing and soaking bath requires everything you need, including fat pounds, bath salts, eye mask, air freshening spray, mobile phone charger and cable. In addition to listening to the sound of the waves and looking at the starry sky, you can also take a bath at night. Watch projected movies in bed. The lighting control is also very suitable and easy to use. The whole room audio system control panel is very convenient to select songs through the Internet at the bedside, and can also adjust the alarm clock. No matter every detail, such as refreshments or late-night desserts, is done from the heart and puts customers first. It is important to mention the two cute short-haired cats in the store, which adds a lot of warmth to the atmosphere. I look forward to coming back to play with them next time. . In addition, we also arranged for photographer ”Xiao Fei” to take photos for us. Professional skills will make this trip a wonderful memory. When leaving, thank you for giving us souvenirs, so that your family and friends can feel the warmth of this store. The only regret is that the seaside decoration project has affected the underground and entrance roads and landscape, blocking the original entrance, making it necessary to enter from the side door. It is recommended to install road signs or light signs to make it easier for guests and drivers to know the location of this store. I hope that more information will be added. There is no food and beverage, the room is as big as you can see in the picture, it is a budget hotel, and there is no place to put luggage. There was no bedside table either, and two chairs were temporarily moved to put things for us. The slippers and toiletries in the room were thrown directly on the table, in a mess. It's best to leave the store without issuing an invoice, saying that you want to make a tax reimbursement point. Later, after calling Ctrip, I said that it can be opened, but it will take 10 days to wait. Ctrip's service attitude is still very good. I took the initiative to issue tickets to us when I saw this situation. This store is really not recommended. It is too cost-effective. This broken room is set at 814 yuan!

I booked a deluxe ocean view king bed room with a large terrace, a bathtub facing the sea, and the sound of the waves. It was really comfortable. But the only thing was that there were small insects (at least 5-6) that kept appearing. I wonder if I was lucky. It was already the next morning when I found them, otherwise I would have been scared to death.
