Pullman Hotels in Singapore

Surprised about hotel room upgrade from queen size bed to king size bed! Room was spacious enough to put several large luggages together on the floor. The amazing location juz opposite Takashimaya and Paragon and mosque@Orchard Road. The hotel staffs were all very friendly and approachable. Asian buffet style breakfast@Eden restaurant - normally can only find plain porridge but here surprisingly we found delicious fish porridge with no fishy smell! Thank you, Pullman hotel for excellent services.

My first time in Singapore, and after reading mixed reviews online, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. First off, the location is unbeatable. You can walk to all the major attractions like the Merlion and Clarke Quay, which is super convenient. Secondly, the front desk staff was excellent. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly nice, though all communication was in English. A heads-up for future guests: bring cash for the deposit, as they require 50 SGD per day. This gets refunded upon check-out and is much easier than using a credit card, which they said could take over a month to process. Thirdly, the room itself was good; it had everything we needed. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Singapore.
