"Difficult to contact the facilities. The only options were local phone number (we don’t speak the language) or through the booking website which took about an hour and a half for one-way message to get through. There’s a big square air conditioner in the living room that was not explained in the welcome binder nor can we find a remote for it. After asking for LINE or WhatsApp or any other type of messaging and gotten no reply, and asking the same question on the website but got back “did you look in the welcome binder?”, we finally located a control panel on the wall and then 20 more minutes learning how to operate it through translation app. The remote for the projector had a broken battery compartment. All in all, the apartment is fantastic! We will definitely try to book it again now that we learned how to operate everything."

自自由的男孩Very good youth hostel, It is clean and quiet. I didn't expect it to be so good at first. There is a refrigerator for cooking, paid laundry service, and toothbrushes for sale and towels for rent. Toast is also provided for breakfast He sells hand brewed coffee. Residents can enjoy discounts. I personally think the price is cheap.

OOnanongThis is an excellent place to stay in Hokkaido. The location is quite convenient to get to, and there’s an affordable car park available at the entrance of the alley. The surrounding area has restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. The accommodation is not far from Susukino district, and it’s about a 15-20 minute walk. The check-in process might be a bit complicated, but the host provides clear and helpful instructions. The interior is more spacious than I expected. Upon entering, there are two wardrobes where you can hang coats or winter clothes, with plenty of hangers provided. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, and 2 sinks. Bathroom amenities include towels, head towels, soap, shampoo, and extras like hair ties, cotton buds, and shower caps. A washing machine is also available, complete with detergent, bleach, and drying racks. Clothes can be dried using the heat from the heater, which is very convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, cutlery, and even a sink. In the living room, there’s a dining table with chairs, a sofa set with a coffee table, and a TV. Beyond that is the sleeping area, which has one large bed and two bunk beds. Each bed has its own power outlet for charging devices, which is fantastic. There’s also a small table by the window, perfect for use as a makeup station. This is a place I would love to stay at again. It holds wonderful memories for me, and I can still picture how everything looks. Thank you for providing such a lovely and reasonably priced accommodation. I absolutely love this place!
