Отличное расположение: тихое место, поблизости большой супермаркет, кофейня с вкусным кофе. На метро легко добраться до главных достопримечательностей. До парка Санта Лусия можно прогуляться пешком, минут за 30-35. Удобная кровать, чистое постельное белье. Одно из немногих мест в Латинской Америке, где ничто и никто не мешали спать. Чарли - отличный хозяин. Помог с картой для общественного транспорта, разрешил оставить сумки. И просто интересный собеседник.:)

Amazing location, great service. Modern and clean rooms.

Everything is good but found a women’s hair in the bed. Would stay here for the good service and competitive price again.

The rooms seemed extremely small to me. It was difficult to move around, even within the room itself. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. We had to request one at reception, and they ”lent” us one after we left a deposit. It's unheard of that you have to ask to borrow a hairdryer in a hotel. Also, in the booking instructions, we requested a room far from the elevator, but they put us right in front of it. I inquired about this as soon as I arrived, and they lied to me, saying we were far away. I pointed this out to them because, while I understand they might not have enough rooms, guests are bound to have a bad impression of the place if they lie about such unnecessary things. Furthermore, I don't think the staff did their job well. They should be more attentive. There was shouting in the hallway, and it was really difficult for us to get the rest we needed. The top bunk was very uncomfortable. There were three of us, and they only gave us two towels.

O apartamento é ótimo, fiquei com receio de alugar por causa dos comentários e avaliações, mas para mim, não teve defeito. Foi ótimo. O banheiro muito bem limpo e equipado com tudo. Tudo funcional. Tem uma mini cozinha, que dá para vc preparar suas refeições. Todos os dia teve serviço de quarto, onde eles limpavam, recolhiam o lixo e trocavam as toalhas. Os funcionários tratam muito bem, sempre bem atenciosos, mesmo não falando português se esforçavam para te entender. A localização dele é a melhor coisa. Perto de tudo. Fica numa das principais avenidas de Las Condes. Restaurante e bares perto. Em baixo tem um restaurante, é uma loja de conveniência(OXXO) que tem tudo que vc precisa. Subway e Starbucks bem perto. 2 minutos andando da estação de metrô El Golfe e menos de 10 min de caminhada do MUT. Tem casa de câmbio perto. No mesmo lado da avenida numa galeria que fica a 2 quadras. É muito cômodo ficar nele. Não me arrependi.

I stayed at Bbcasita - Bed and Breakfast - Hostel and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The listing says it was renovated in 2024, but that’s simply not true. The place is run-down and extremely dirty—honestly, one of the dirtiest accommodations I’ve ever seen. It felt completely misrepresented. The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience slightly more bearable. But even with their amazing attitude, it doesn’t make up for the state of the property. Bottom line: it is absolutely not worth the price. For what you’re paying, you can find far better and cleaner options.
