2-Star Hotels in Santiago

Отличное расположение: тихое место, поблизости большой супермаркет, кофейня с вкусным кофе. На метро легко добраться до главных достопримечательностей. До парка Санта Лусия можно прогуляться пешком, минут за 30-35. Удобная кровать, чистое постельное белье. Одно из немногих мест в Латинской Америке, где ничто и никто не мешали спать. Чарли - отличный хозяин. Помог с картой для общественного транспорта, разрешил оставить сумки. И просто интересный собеседник.:)

It's easy to find in a dead end alley. There's a wall outside showing you how to get there. The kitchen is quite complete, the bathroom facilities are clean, and the cleaning staff is very conscientious. The public space is also large, and it's very relaxing to sit there. The staff are also very friendly.

Nico is a great host! The place is very beautiful, it's very warm, makes you feel like your home. It's located in a beautiful area and has everything necessary, I recommend it very much ☺️

Everything is good but found a women’s hair in the bed. Would stay here for the good service and competitive price again.

The rooms seemed extremely small to me. It was difficult to move around, even within the room itself. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. We had to request one at reception, and they ”lent” us one after we left a deposit. It's unheard of that you have to ask to borrow a hairdryer in a hotel. Also, in the booking instructions, we requested a room far from the elevator, but they put us right in front of it. I inquired about this as soon as I arrived, and they lied to me, saying we were far away. I pointed this out to them because, while I understand they might not have enough rooms, guests are bound to have a bad impression of the place if they lie about such unnecessary things. Furthermore, I don't think the staff did their job well. They should be more attentive. There was shouting in the hallway, and it was really difficult for us to get the rest we needed. The top bunk was very uncomfortable. There were three of us, and they only gave us two towels.

I liked the hotel and the locality. The service , staff. I found only a weak breakfast. But restaurants nearby with a legal price ! I liked it quite! I found only the cost for three people.

Excellent location, 24hr front desk and nice comfortable room with everything you need.
