GGuest UserVery comfortable, breakfast downstairs, good environment, and safe nearby. There is a large shopping mall next to it, you can go shopping. This is a very safe area. Travel is also very convenient

AAkkarpanI highly recommend this hotel. It’s a great location in Santiago chili. And make sure to check out the chicken love place next-door. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. It is a wonderful wonderful place to stay. We will stay again. When I left some items that were dear to me at the hotel, I went back and I found it and it was fantastic so I can’t say enough great things about this place

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and well located in an area close to many restaurants about 10 minutes walking distance. Nice terrace on the top floor, rooms are clean, new and practical. Lacking a Bluetooth radio in my opinion. The gym is good, but you need to bring your own water as they don’t have there. They have water to refill your bottle if you need. Breakfast is good, and standard. Overall very good stay.

RRené Eng C.W.The staff are friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my water bottle in the lobby, and the minibus driver kindly helped deliver it to the airport during their next pickup.
This hotel is very convenient for a one-night transit stay, as they provide both airport pickup and drop-off services.
The only comment is that responses on their WhatsApp are slow, and sometimes there is no feedback.

GGuest UserWe spent 6 days staying at the hotel, we had some problems with the room, but they were very helpful with us. It is well located close to the market, restaurants and metro stations. The place nearby is known to be dangerous, but we were careful when going out and didn't have any problems related to that.
They were wonderful days and I recommend them for the comfort I had during those days, and for the support of the girls.

NNias GKLocation was really good.. though it also comes with some caveats like you can hear pedestrian walk signal all night along and might wake you up couple of times in the night (even if your rooms are on 9th floor)
Other wise cant complain foe the price i paid, breakfast was good, receptionist was helpful for getting me a wine opener..

QQieyimanyouVery good value for money. There are large supermarkets across the street. Most attractions are within walking distance. The airport bus connects to Metro Line 1 for about 800 meters. The room is very clean. You can cook. The induction cooker and range hood are available. The front desk sister is very polite. You can also store your luggage. The price is very suitable. There is a security guard. It feels very safe. It is all around to eat and drink. The location in the city center is very high. You can watch the sunset and come back to live here.

LLady KwenadiI stayed at Bbcasita - Bed and Breakfast - Hostel and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The listing says it was renovated in 2024, but that’s simply not true. The place is run-down and extremely dirty—honestly, one of the dirtiest accommodations I’ve ever seen. It felt completely misrepresented.
The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience slightly more bearable. But even with their amazing attitude, it doesn’t make up for the state of the property.
Bottom line: it is absolutely not worth the price. For what you’re paying, you can find far better and cleaner options.
