i had just arrived Santiago , for my first time, - i am familiar with the chain name so booked it

from the moment i arrived, every staff member from the front desk, bellmen, housekeeping,... was so so friendly, helpful, caring. I stayed a week, ---
there is a spa, pool, bar, restaurant, outside space
i adore the nespresso machine in the room as i drink coffee
free breakfast, across from a mall and grocer...
just take an uber to town
nearby to parks and hillside viewpoints
clean, comfortable, quiet, just made sense
--- fantastic customer service all around ...the bed was huge, and very comfortable

Except that several front desks are not professional enough, everything else is good
There is a front desk that is particularly good
Breakfast is very good
Location is not bad
The room is not bad
I hope everyone is lucky enough to meet the good front desk staff
