The hotel has a quiet environment, good sound insulation and will not be disturbed at all. The bathroom facilities are intact, the hot water supply is stable, and the toiletries are easy to use. The service is intimate and thoughtful, the details are in place, it is a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was super convenient from Taiyuan Railway Station. If you exit through the west gate you can walk to the hotel easily, despite no footpath people walk across the parking garage exit and up the road. Be prepared to bring an empty case the shopping on Clothing Street is crazy. The hotel is super comfy, cafe on 1st and 5th floor, commercial laundry a few exercise machines. Really close to Shungta Temple (I walked there). The hotel staff are very helpful and obliging and can assist with booking taxis if you need. It really helped me to make my decision to change to another HomeInn Neo in my next destination.

I was woken up multiple times during the night by guests in the room opposite mine. Eventually, a guest from another room had to knock on their door for them to quiet down. At this price point, I don't expect amazing soundproofing, but I do hope staff would intervene in person, not just with a phone call, to stop such behavior. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

The praise is purely for service attitude and convenience, and the housing conditions are really bad! The big bed room is arranged in the basement. It can be said that it is very cold and humid without opening the window for ventilation. There is a damp smell that can't be dissipated. And the sound insulation is very poor. Talking in the corridor is the same as talking by the bed. But there is a saying that convenience is really next to the pedestrian street, the service attitude is also very good, any problems can be dealt with in time

I came to Taiyuan to travel and set this hotel. It was really affordable. The price ratio was super high. The service staff was very warm and caring. The waiters encountered in the corridor were also greeted with smiles. The arranged room was very satisfactory and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel can also park for free. There are 2 kinds of breakfast and send us 1 copy. I saw that the children with me also sent small toys and snacks. The service is super intimate. The location in the city center is super good. There is a bus stop when you go out. The disposable towels and bath towels are very clean and hygienic. You can also wash and dry clothes. It’s super good. I also told us where it’s good. Playing with delicious food, you can store your luggage for free is very good, and the robots send things. The children like it very much. The hotel is very clean. The lobby corridor is very soundproof. When you check out, you will send a small gift and give us water to make the road really good service. Recommended cost-effective! Next time I come to live here recommended! !

The room was so soothing and cozy! The large floor-to-ceiling windows were perfect for waking up at sunrise and heading to the park early – very convenient! The park entrance is just to the right of the parking lot exit. The owner was also very kind. The hotel's back entrance leads directly into the park. To be precise: I love Jinci Temple, its ancient architecture, and the fresh air. Of course, I also loved the hotel. This time I was short on time, but I'll definitely stay here again next time and visit Tianlong Mountain! Highly recommend it to everyone!!!

The Platino Hotel Taiyuan Railway Station West Square branch became my perfect sanctuary during my Shanxi trip. My first night in Taiyuan was at a different chain hotel. While I had chosen the room knowing its window situation, it turned out to be tiny, and the air conditioning blew directly on me. Adjusting the vents didn't make a difference, so I ended up turning it off and enduring a hot, restless night. By pure chance, I booked the Platino for my second night, and it was absolutely perfect: a spacious room, a spotless environment, the train station just a stone's throw away, and the entire hotel was wonderfully quiet. I finally got a fantastic night's sleep. What truly made the difference were the owners – an incredibly friendly couple who are meticulously attentive and genuinely thoughtful. They made such a lasting impression that even during the rest of my trip outside Taiyuan, I kept thinking about the hotel, knowing I'd stay there whenever I returned. The owner would proactively reach out, asking 'What time are you coming back today?' I, in turn, never hesitated to directly request a specific room, and as long as it didn't inconvenience other guests, they would graciously accommodate every single request. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be staying at Platino again on my next visit to Taiyuan.

The hotel is conveniently located near the West Gate of Pingyao Ancient City. The owner provides free pick-up and drop-off services from Taiyuannan Railway Station, just let them know your arrival or departure time in advance. Shuanglin Temple is about 20 minutes away by car; you can easily book a DiDi to get there. The service level was good; staff and owner were always ready to assist when needed. However, the mattress was very thin. I had booked a queen-size bed, and there were two quilt covers provided. I ended up using one as an extra layer for added comfort. Unfortunately, the toilet was not properly cleaned and appeared to have not been washed after the previous guest.

Nice apartment, clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. There’s information stated kitchen and cooking available when I decided to make my booking. However, disappointedly see that the kitchen was only equipped with a microwave, without any other utensils (not even any single bowl and plate) provided at all. When I brought the questions up only being told that additional fees will be charged for the use. Regretfully say that was totally not our purpose of renting an apartment with this condition (furthermore, everything not stated before hand) with no utensils supplied. For the reason and condition not clearly stated I would give my rating of 8.5.

The overall environment is good, the bedding is comfortable, clean and hygienic, and the service attitude is excellent. The breakfast is sufficient, with options like wontons and noodle soup. There's a market not far to the north, and plenty of dining options nearby.
