"This hotel is really nice. The lobby is very grand. The ladies at the check-in desk are very enthusiastic. They will proactively provide hot tea when it rains. I booked a room without windows but was proactively upgraded. The service is first-rate, the breakfast is good, nutritious and delicious, all home-cooked dishes, the restaurant staff is friendly and the wontons are delicious. The room has a very high ceiling, which is very spacious and comfortable to live in. There is also a check-in courtyard upstairs. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh. It was a very good stay experience!"

"My stay at Jinzechang Cultural Tourism Hotel in Taiyuan was excellent. The hotel's decor beautifully showcases the Jin merchant culture, and it's clean and elegant. The room was spacious and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially want to commend Annie at the front desk; her attitude was incredibly warm and welcoming. She handled check-in efficiently and patiently explained nearby attractions and travel routes. She even proactively helped us with our luggage, paying great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive and tasty, and the location is super convenient, very close to the South Station. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."

The breakfast offers a wide variety, especially the bread, pastries, and cakes, which are plentiful and high-quality, tasting delicious. At the noodle bar, you can customize your dish with ingredients of your choice. They also serve Taiyuan-style noodles. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around. The security guard in the underground parking lot is very responsible; they even called to remind me when I forgot to close my car window! 👍

Bon voyage !The design style of the hotel is chic and attentive, and the toiletries are also very high-end. Each room also presents fruit and drinks, which can be seen to be very intimate to the guests. The breakfast restaurant is very beautiful, the dishes are rich, the waiters are also very kind and courteous, and the overall meal is very pleasant ❤️❤️
The hotel has a SPA bath, and there is also a passage to the pedicure and SPA massage shop next door (also opened by the hotel owner). The hotel is opposite the street to Jinyangli Commercial Center, which is very convenient for eating, shopping, leisure and entertainment. 👍👍
The fly in the ointment is that the front desk staff training needs to be strengthened. Standing in the glass door and watching us carry large bags and small bags, we can't free up our hands, and we will not take the initiative to help open the door and assist. The attitude when registering is also a little cold.

Sijia812My overall stay was excellent, and I particularly want to commend the hotel's front desk staff. Check-in was very efficient, with no long queues. The staff were gentle and polite, patiently explaining all the hotel facilities, breakfast times, and local transportation routes. Whenever I had a question, they responded promptly and communicated thoroughly, which added a lot of comfort to my trip. The hotel's overall environment was clean and tidy, with public areas well-maintained. The room decor was simple and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom facilities were in good condition. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. My entire stay felt very relaxing, from check-in to check-out, the process was smooth, and the service was attentive and thorough. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short stays; you can truly feel the staff's dedication. The overall value for money is excellent. Next time I'm in the area, I'll prioritize choosing this hotel again and highly recommend it to friends traveling here.

It is indeed a Lavande Hotel. The front desk service is excellent. The location is also very good. It is convenient to go to the train station and Liuxiang. The room is very clean, with a faint lavender scent. There is also an air purifier and a sterilizer in the toilet. It feels like going home. Friends who come to Taiyuan, look for Lavande Hotel, you are right!

The hotel's location is easy to find, making travel super convenient. It's close to major commercial areas, which is great for shopping and dining. The Fen River isn't far either, perfect for an evening stroll. I was initially worried about road noise, but after mentioning it to the front desk staff, they proactively offered earplugs, ensuring I got a good night's sleep and wasn't sleepy for work the next day. The breakfast selection is extensive, and you absolutely must try the *Tou Nao* (a traditional Taiyuan dish). I heard it's a favorite among old Taiyuan locals. I asked the restaurant manager, and they said it was a new addition, and I happened to catch it. The taste was excellent. Keep up the good work; I'll definitely be back next time.

The room facilities are a bit old, as it's an older hotel. We stayed in building 5, which doesn't have an elevator, but the staff were very helpful with luggage, and their service attitude was excellent. The hotel grounds are huge, and the garden environment is lovely. They also offer a shuttle service, which is very convenient. The restaurant food was good, and its proximity to the Jinci Temple is a big plus.

HousangunThe service was incredibly thoughtful, with free airport pick-up and drop-off. Someone was there to meet me as soon as I landed, and the departure transfer was also perfectly arranged. I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, with a gym and laundry room available. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The location is superb, with a lively neighborhood offering plenty of food and entertainment options. It's great value for money, highly recommended!
