"My stay at Jinxizechang Culture and Tourism Hotel was fantastic! The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, yet it's super convenient for getting around and exploring Taiyuan's food scene. The lobby is steeped in Sanjin cultural charm, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. The Serta mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries felt high-quality. Our guest relations manager, Linda, provided thoughtful service. Breakfast offered authentic Shanxi flavors, like lamb soup and tofu pudding – really showcasing the local culture. I genuinely recommend this place; staying here in Taiyuan is definitely worth it!
The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. Because I had an early flight, everything from dining at the restaurant to checking out at the lobby, and even having the airport transfer driver waiting early at the entrance, felt incredibly heartwarming! Linda's arrangements were spot-on!"

Tracie WestMy stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

Zhuhengheng00When booking, there was breakfast that could be redeemed with points. I exchanged for two. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was no breakfast. The front desk said that they did not include breakfast and asked me to communicate with the platform. After contacting the platform, the platform said that although breakfast was included when I booked, there was no breakfast during the internal adjustment of the hotel. I was speechless. Later, the platform compensated me with breakfast cash.
The hotel has just opened, and the front desk is polite. The room is spacious, the bed is big, and the facilities are complete. The only thing is that the smell is too strong. I walked outside until 1 a.m. and returned to the hotel just to absorb less formaldehyde.
It is recommended that the hotel open the doors and windows of each room for ventilation when there are no guests staying, otherwise the smell will take about a year to dissipate.

Traveling with my family to Taiyuan, I chose to stay at the Taiyuan Marriott Hotel, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations – we were extremely satisfied.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were gentle and polite. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, but the hotel responded very quickly and resolved the problem efficiently and appropriately. Their attitude towards problem-solving and their professionalism were truly impressive!
The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing my mother to rest very well. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and elegant. The location is convenient for getting around, making it easy to visit attractions like Jinci Temple, the Provincial Museum, and Zhonglou Street.
The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including a full spread of local Shanxi specialties, as well as both northern and southern Chinese flavors. There were Chinese congees and dim sum, Western pastries, fresh fruits, and hot and cold beverages – truly everything you could imagine.
There were light and soft grain porridges and steamed items suitable for elders, as well as desserts and drinks that kids would love. The live noodle station allowed us to customize toppings and seasonings as we liked, and the flavors were authentic. We enjoyed a satisfying breakfast every day.
Beyond its excellent facilities, the Marriott also boasts a service team that takes initiative and genuinely cares for its guests, which is even more commendable. This made our entire trip feel complete!

MimaxiaomaiRoom: The room was very spacious with a wet/dry separation design. We booked a family room with one 1.8m bed and one 1.2m bed. There was also a sofa next to it that could accommodate a child around fourth grade, which is perfect for families with two children.
Service: The staff were very service-oriented. As soon as they saw us entering with two suitcases, they immediately came over to help push them to the front desk. The room included three breakfasts, and upon check-in, seeing our two kids, they instantly offered complimentary breakfast for them as well. Even the executive lounge access was extended from three to four people. Although it was just some snacks and drinks in the evening, it was a welcome treat for us after a long day of travel and arriving at the hotel. It was just right to freshen up a bit before heading out to explore the night market.

Let me focus on the most unpleasant service experience this time.
We booked a family room, which included three breakfasts. Our child had an upset stomach the night before and was throwing up and had diarrhea all night. So, in the morning, only the two adults went to eat, thinking of getting a takeaway box for the child. This is where the unpleasant experience began. The person in black, who seemed to be a supervisor at the restaurant, said that if we had already started dining, takeaway boxes wouldn't be provided (at this point, we thought we only had two breakfasts included). Later, after checking the order, we confirmed that the family room included three breakfasts. We went back to the restaurant reception to ask for a takeaway box, clarifying upfront that our room included three breakfasts and that we wanted to pack something because our child was unwell. Even then, the front desk staff said that after 6:30 AM, it's recommended to dine in, and takeaway boxes are generally not provided. She also claimed it was busy and she couldn't authorize it (even though there were no guests waiting at the front desk at that time) and that only the supervisor could approve it. I had to wait for her to call the supervisor over again before I finally got a takeaway box.
Throughout this entire process, both of them had cold faces and showed absolutely no service意识 (service awareness). This definitely deserves a negative review!!!

Guest UserWhen going to Fantawild, choose to stay at Mia Hotel. Clean and hygienic, the bed is very comfortable. The room is also very big. Highly recommended. The breakfast is also very rich and the service attitude is very good. I will choose to stay in Mia next time I go to Fantawild. Really recommend.

My stay at the InterContinental Taiyuan was decent overall, offering good value for money among Taiyuan's high-end hotels. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the Changfeng Business District, next to Mixc City. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and retail therapy, and also very close to the convention center, so getting around is no problem at all. Across the street are the Taiyuan Museum and the Bronze Museum.
The room's view exceeded my expectations. From the high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows, I could directly see the Fen River's night view, which really set a fantastic ambiance. The bedding was very comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, making for a great washing experience. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including authentic freshly-made *Daoxiao Mian* (knife-sliced noodles), catering to local tastes with fresh ingredients, perfectly satisfying daily dining needs.
However, there were quite a few downsides. The room's storage space was a bit small, making it feel cramped when trying to place belongings. Even stranger, the TV's audio channel was in the bathroom, so if someone was showering, you couldn't really hear anything. On the first day of my stay, it even broke down, but thankfully, repairs were prompt.

(Jinci Museum is the charge to visit, and Jinci Park is free) It happens that the garden is full of medicinal flowers, which is beautiful. The hotel electric car is sent to 200 meters from the museum. Very satisfied with the waiter's service, the breakfast is very rich. If you can tolerate the old room, (the mattress collapses, the bath towel is a bit worn, the TV is blurred), breakfast alone is satisfied. If the economy permits, Building 9 is better.

As soon as I entered the door, I took the initiative to help with luggage and guide the route. I had a gentle and patient attitude, and I would answer all questions. I also carefully reminded the surrounding play and dining strategies, which made people feel very at ease and warm as soon as they arrived. I also helped solve small problems as soon as I encountered them, with high efficiency and thoughtful service. The overall quality of the front desk team is very high, the smile is kind, and people feel at home. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable and quiet, and with such a great front desk service, the overall experience was directly full. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this hotel. I really recommend it to everyone. It is cost-effective, service in place, and live comfortably and at ease.
