MM22200****The Taiyuan Nanzhonghuan Intercity Hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the International Financial Center, offering easy access to dining and shopping. Parking is convenient, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. The hotel is very new, with well-equipped rooms and a simple yet elegant decor. It's exceptionally clean, and the breakfast is extensive, featuring both Western and Chinese options, as well as local Shanxi specialties. The front desk service was excellent; they thoughtfully upgraded my room. Everything was thoroughly satisfying, and I'll definitely choose the Nanzhonghuan Intercity Hotel again on my next visit to Taiyuan.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at Wutong Apartment Hotel for a business trip, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and cozy, and the facilities were well-equipped. The cleaning staff were also very welcoming. What's particularly worth recommending is their breakfast, which truly lives up to its reputation as a 'breakfast ceiling' online. Having traveled to many cities, I can confidently say their breakfast surpasses the standards of five-star hotels in first-tier cities. The quality of the steak and salmon, as well as the cooking, were excellent. Various Chinese stir-fries tasted as good as those ordered à la carte in restaurants, and there was a wide array of local delicacies. The lamb soup with aged tofu was a perfect combination. And the desserts, oh the desserts, were outstanding! The ingredients were high-quality, and both their appearance and taste were superb – highly recommended. The only minor drawback was the average service. The rather short restaurant manager had an incredibly loud voice, like a lady shouting in a wet market, constantly directing staff loudly, which unfortunately lowered the hotel's overall ambiance. Despite that, it's still highly recommended overall!

AAnonymous UserSuper satisfied with a Taiyuan stay experience! Just after getting off the plane, there was a hotel car pick-up, and the next day we returned to Taiyuan South Station. We didn't have to worry about traffic. The driver's master was thoughtful and punctual, which was too worry-free. Super surprise when checking in, we directly upgraded the room, the front desk lady is more careful and warm, take the initiative to help the ID card cover protection cover, see that we have a lot of luggage and also intimate help, the details are all gentle.
The room environment is particularly good, the whole house is very convenient for intelligent control, it is very warm to live in in winter, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is particularly fragrant. The hotel also prepared drinks such as Coke, Sprite and good quality mineral water. There is no need to buy extra, so intimate! The overall experience is full, and I will definitely choose this one next time I come to Taiyuan!

AAnonymous UserThis is by far the best value five-star hotel in Taiyuan. The management is well-organized, and the hygiene is consistently excellent, making you feel right at home. Both the facilities and services are well-maintained. The surrounding area offers a complete range of commercial amenities and convenient transportation, with a subway entrance right next to the hotel. Tianmei and Beimei New World shopping centers are just next door. Overall, it's great value for money. The only minor drawback is that it's an older hotel and could use a full renovation. Given that Shanxi is a strong tourist province, a refurbishment would certainly justify a price increase.

Loved the place and its location, but what made it really special is the staff. I lost my wallet on my first day in Taiyuan and the guy who found it called the hotel as there was the keycard in it.
The hotel staff then organised the return of my wallet. So yeah. Loved it.

GGuest UserThe handsome owner was incredibly warm, attentive, refined, and polite. The room facilities were quite new, bright, and spacious. Although the room temperature was a bit low, turning on the air conditioning perfectly solved the issue. The location is super convenient; the subway station is right downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Taiyuan Station. Wusu Airport is about 16 kilometers away by car. It's also only about 2 kilometers to Zhongzheng Tianjie Food Street, which has tons of dining options, and it's right next to Wuyi Square.
