Taiyuan Hotels with Parking

This is my second stay at this hotel, and both times have been incredibly comfortable. The rooms are large, clean, and tidy. The breakfast is really diverse; I especially recommend the lamb soup, it's delicious. The front desk staff are also very warm and friendly. Plus, getting around is super convenient, as the subway entrance is right downstairs from the hotel.

Calling itself a designer hotel, and it truly lives up to its name! The overall environment shows a significant investment and meticulous attention to every single detail, which is a huge step up from the standardized experience of business chains. They also offered complimentary afternoon tea and midnight cocktails, which were amazing to enjoy while overlooking the city of Taiyuan from above. Plus, they included a thoughtful gift bag, complete with aged Shanxi vinegar – the hotel really goes above and beyond!

When I arrived at the hotel with my luggage, Xiaoxia and Xiaoxin from the front desk immediately came forward to help. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary steps. They spoke softly and patiently answered all my questions without being dismissive. They were genuinely sincere, and my first impression was fantastic! The front desk staff even kindly upgraded my room, which offered a wonderful view! 👍👍👍👍👍 The breakfast was also delicious! 😋

The room layout is excellent, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety, especially the bread, pastries, and cakes, which are plentiful and high-quality, tasting delicious. At the noodle bar, you can customize your dish with ingredients of your choice. They also serve Taiyuan-style noodles. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around. The security guard in the underground parking lot is very responsible; they even called to remind me when I forgot to close my car window! 👍

Travel is convenient, the room is fully equipped and spacious. The beautiful lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free. The projection is clear, and the smart voice assistant can operate the room facilities and lights. It is very convenient. The overall environment of the hotel is also very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I recommend friends to stay here!

The room is very large, the location is very central to the museum, Liuxiang is close, the service is very warm, not only collected my luggage, but also the manager helped me take my luggage to the room, breakfast vegetables and content are very rich, there is definitely Samsung hardware service, the price is too affordable, I am really satisfied with staying here next time.

The handsome owner was incredibly warm, attentive, refined, and polite. The room facilities were quite new, bright, and spacious. Although the room temperature was a bit low, turning on the air conditioning perfectly solved the issue. The location is super convenient; the subway station is right downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Taiyuan Station. Wusu Airport is about 16 kilometers away by car. It's also only about 2 kilometers to Zhongzheng Tianjie Food Street, which has tons of dining options, and it's right next to Wuyi Square.

The hotel's location is fantastic! Downstairs there's a food street, and to the right, you'll find Causeway Bay, which is bustling all night long. To the left is Bell Tower Street, also packed with eateries. It's still lively at midnight, perfect for late-night snacks. The room decor is lovely too. There's a washing machine and dryer on the 6th floor, which was a lifesaver since I'd been traveling for a week and had a pile of dirty clothes. The staff were very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The hotel has an agreement with an underground parking lot, located beneath the adjacent mall, just a short walk away. I was very satisfied with my 4-night stay. The only drawback was the hotel breakfast; there really wasn't much to choose from. After two disappointing mornings, my husband and son refused to go anymore.

An old five-star hotel with very high cost performance. In particular, the front office service is very good, and the lobby manager Wang Jue is attentive.
