MMisaAnyway, the room was lovely, it was beautiful, there were curtains, and privacy could be protected. Wi-Fi crunchy. The atmosphere of the people who stayed was also good. The staff was also very kind. The bath drainage was a little bad.

GGuest UserVery helpful staff who helps to log my IHG membership. But I couldn't find people to help with room supplies on Saturday evening after 20:30, though it didn't happen on Sunday. The room is cleaner than usual ones in Europe but it's tiny, just enough for one person. The room is rather stuffy but you'll hear the noise throughout the night if you open the window. Kettle unavailable in the room.

It's Riehl, but I went to Deutz and left for an hour. ㅠㅠ
But really lucky !!! It's a four-person room.
I wrote it alone because there was no reservation on the day !!! :)
Unfortunately, there is no amenities, the location is a bit far from the city center.
The rest of the price, cleanliness, service, luggage storage are all very satisfied!!!
I'm going to go again next time :)

The rooms are functional and clean.
The convenient online check-in and check-out are good.
The reception is staffed, however, and always helpful and competent.

A woman in the neighbouring room, apparently working in this hotel, who always spoke hard by the phone, shut her door, and most importantly heard her toss every 30 seconds. NNiguilinChecked in at 3pm on Sunday, no one was on duty. Only the order number could not be used for automatic check-in, and the hotel confirmation number was required. Waited until 5pm for someone to come on duty. The room was not bad, but the fourth floor was being renovated, and the smell of the renovation was so bad that it made people faint. There were only KFC and gas station stores around.
