CcllnhuangThe hotel has a great location, not far from various attractions, and close to lively areas but without any noise or crowds. The building and decor are classic and tasteful, the rooms are beautiful, and there is also a sauna and gym. Every hotel staff member is very friendly and helpful in solving your problems. The parking lot is in the basement and there is plenty of space.

KKYtanQuite disappointed with the stay. We paid extra for the Kind Aqua Deluxe room because of the room photo showing the window with arcs, but we were assigned the normal window view. By cancelling the housekeeping, you were only given 1 cocktail per room, instead of other hotel chains where 2 drinks were given. The hotel has already save housekeeping cost, but only one drink were given as they hope the 2nd guest will spend on the drink. It will be more hospitable if 2 drinks were given or based on number of guest.

DDr.HeinkeI could forgive ten points for service. I would have chosen the hotel with the thermal to celebrate my birthday with my family there. We arrived too early but we were allowed to check in yet. We were very premature and friendly serviced in the restaurant and when they found my birthday is coming or even decorate a table extra. All in all was the food also very good the thermal was sensational. We had a wonderful time and thank you very much.
