"The place is located very near to the Yamanakako lake, the room and everything was very clean and comfortable at a very affordable price, the owner is specially friendly and helpful, she even offered to take me to the bus station. GGuest UserThis is the most memorable guesthouse I've ever stayed at. The auntie and uncle were incredibly kind. They picked us up from the station near the guesthouse in the evening, took us to watch the sunrise on Hirano Beach in the morning, and gave us really helpful travel advice. They even gave us their bicycles (worth 700 yen an hour) for free to ride around the lake, treating us like children. It was such a warm welcome while traveling in a foreign country. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm back at Mount Fuji 😭

First of all, what impressed me most was that the boss here was a very warm and kind couple. Since we first arrived, they were very enthusiastic about receiving, not only introducing the surrounding environment in detail, but also patiently recommending delicious restaurants and fun places to us, making people feel at home.
The room is also very clean and tidy, the layout is warm and comfortable, the details are very good, you can see that they are operating this hotel with care. Whether it is the bed or the overall environment, it makes people live very relaxed and at ease.
In addition, the whole accommodation atmosphere is also very good, quiet and comfortable, very suitable for relaxation and vacation. If you have any problems, you can ask the boss to help solve them, which really makes people feel very intimate.

GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly. They stored our luggage before check in and brought it straight to the room. The hotel is located right next to the station, a lot of renting and shops outside. The view was for the mountain Fuji - very beautiful and amazing. The onsen was good, we relaxed after an intensive day. Room had everything needed and provided a full authentic japanese experience, including very tasty tea. Would recommend for visiting, 100% good quality for the price.

WWYLIN00The host was extremely friendly and gave a thorough introduction to every corner of the guesthouse. Breakfast was also provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient—it's only a 5-minute walk to the famous Lawson Mount Fuji photo spot. From my room, I could even see Mount Fuji directly. For the price, this place offers incredible value for money.

We also reserved a private onsen for bathing, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Please note that the room itself did not include a shower — only a toilet — but this matched the traditional Japanese-style ryokan experience.
Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for travelers seeking an authentic, nostalgic Japanese atmosphere with beautiful scenery and genuine hospitality.

GGuest UserEven though it's a ryokan-style hotel, the private room was quite large and spacious. It had its own bathroom and sink inside the room. The bedding was a futon on the floor, and yukata robes were provided. The shared bathrooms, separated by gender, were outside the room. They were large enough for 3-4 people to shower at once and could be locked. There was also a large soaking tub in the bathroom. But the view of Mount Fuji? Absolutely unbeatable! Especially in the morning with the golden light, Fuji-san looked incredibly beautiful.

Coffee is available daily from 8 AM to 10 AM, and other teas are self-service 24 hours a day. Guests can prepare their own meals here, and everyone is very considerate about washing and returning used utensils. The water pressure is strong, and there's plenty of hot water. The toilets are fully automated. You must change into slippers upon entering. The common areas are quiet, and people rarely speak loudly. The front desk lady, who is *********, speaks Mandarin and is very professional, friendly, and attentive. There are large and small supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy food and other necessities. Bicycles are also available for rent.

• New and old equipment: the appearance of the building and the room are slightly old. Some passengers mentioned that the wallpaper cracks and the bathroom is slightly old, but the room is large and clean, and the equipment is complete.
• Note: There are many stairs, which is not suitable for people with mobility problems or pushing a lot of luggage.

GGuest UserFrom the room, you can see Mount Fuji. It is very fast to go to the shore of Hirano. If you want to see the morning sunshine in Jinshan, you can open the curtains to see the clarity of Mount Fuji today and then decide whether to go downstairs. There is a private bathroom in the room. The room is large and the hotel is not new overall. You have to carry your luggage upstairs without elevator. It takes7-8 minutes to drag your luggage from Hirano bus station to the hotel.

Among other things, the food is quite good and relatively average, but it is more difficult to communicate.
The hotel is relatively remote and there is no shuttle, but it is probably one of the hotels closest to Lake Kawaguchi. You can walk to Lake Kawaguchi in 3 minutes. The scenery is beautiful and you can see Mount Fuji directly.
