Since communication was very poor, possibly due to the many intermediaries between the accommodation and Trip.com, please make sure to check carefully whether the booking is non-refundable when making your reservation. ^^

Environment: The hotel should be converted from a private villa. The location is relatively remote in Kawaguchiko, and you need to take a taxi back and forth, but the environment is quiet. Facilities: Since it is an old villa, the hardware facilities are relatively old, but it was considered top-notch in the 1980s and 1990s. The sound insulation is relatively poor, but fortunately the room is large enough and the room I booked is equipped with two indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. The outdoor private hot spring pool is available 24 hours a day, and it is worthy of natural hot spring water, which is very refreshing. Here, it may be emphasized to Chinese tourists who cannot rent a car that the pick-up and drop-off time of this hotel is fixed, so free tourists are unlikely to enjoy round-trip pick-up and drop-off, so there will be taxi costs.
