"Guys, I have to recommend this hotel! I had an amazing experience when I stayed there recently. The room was neat and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The bathroom facilities were new and odorless. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of great food nearby and convenient transportation. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"A hidden gem of a hotel with spectacular views of Mount Fuji! I booked a random room just a week before Golden Week, and upon entering, I was immediately struck by how spacious and bright it was. The room itself was also very roomy and incredibly clean. Both of their hot springs offer direct, panoramic views of Mount Fuji! The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the breakfast restaurant started my day off beautifully. It happened to be Children's Day in Japan, and the hotel thoughtfully provided games and movies for the kids. I was very satisfied with this stay. I highly recommend staying two or three nights – it's truly rejuvenating."

"We just passed two great nights in this lovely hotel in the heart of Mount Fuji. I highly recommend coming here, specially if you love Vietnamese food like me haha. The rooms are big with a good size balcony (unusual in Japan) the amenities are excellent, the bath is big and very functional and the staff is very nice The location is perfect with just 14 minutes walking from the station and just 10 minutes away from a big shopping mall, supermarkets at just 4 minutes and obviously Mount Fuji just in front of you, everybody wants to wake up with Fuji-San and a coffee. Also very family friendly from what I saw with multiple families with kids."

"I really liked the hotel overall 1. The staff was very nice and knew some english so conversation was possible. Fast response times in chat is good service 2. Breakfast was really good 3. Location is very good, got bus stops around the hotel and you can use google maps to know which buses to take, when they come. I used suica card on apple wallet or on app on the scanner when boarding the bus to get around. The bus which is like 5 minutes walk can take you to lake kawaguchiko, gotemba premium outlets, and more. You also got lawson within 4 minutes walk which is a pretty cool convenience store that also has things like katsu sandwiches and cheeseburgers for snacks, ogino a grocery store within 6 min walk, and some other soup restaurants like udon and hoto noodles 4. Close to the lake pier which is great for biking around Lake Yamanaka which was probably my favorite part of visiting besides the local food it is what I would say life changingly beautiful 5. The onsen which is inside the hotel was very relaxing and nice, and you can put cold water into it if its too hot Now i haven't been to other hotels around the area so I cant compare but I would definitely come again"

"Shuttle was super convenient and staff was amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back. Breakfast was delicious. Make sure you book and include breakfast with your stay. Most places were a tad far walking. And some places opened after 11am Id give service and staff 5/5 they made us feel welcomed and were so kind and professional. Room had a decent size to it. Bed was comfortable Picture shown here was at the Lobby rest area. We were able to get a glimpse of Mount Fuji on the morning we were checking out."

"You can never go wrong with a Toyoko Inn; just book it with your eyes closed. While each location has minor differences, overall, they're consistently good. I've stayed at Toyoko Inns in several cities, and now, if there's one available, it's my first choice for a hassle-free stay. Self check-in/check-out is convenient, and breakfast and complimentary water are always included. However, the breakfast at this particular Kawaguchiko branch is the best, with warm, toasted bread, unlike the cold bread served at other Toyoko Inns."

We specifically booked a Fuji View room on the 4th floor, and from the very first moment we entered, we knew we had made the perfect choice. Our journey to the hotel was smooth. After arriving at Kawaguchiko Station in the late afternoon, we took a short taxi ride through the charming streets lined with cherry blossom remnants and fresh spring greenery. The hotel’s exterior already hinted at traditional Japanese elegance mixed with modern comfort — a beautiful ryokan-style building nestled in a peaceful area with excellent access to the lake and mountain views. Upon check-in, the staff greeted us warmly with genuine smiles and a small welcome gift of local tea. They took the time to explain the facilities, meal times, and onsen rules in clear English, which was greatly appreciated as we were international visitors. The entire process felt personal and unhurried, setting a relaxing tone for our short stay. Stepping into our 4F Fuji View room was breathtaking. The room was generously spacious for a couple, featuring a harmonious blend of traditional Japanese and comfortable Western elements. Elegant tatami mats covered part of the floor, inviting us to sit and relax in the classic seiza style or simply lounge with cushions. The variety of indoor and outdoor pools, along with different jet options, provided a complete onsen experience that complemented our private bath perfectly. "The room comes with fantastic mount fuji view. Room is big and clean. Breakfast was great too. The only downside is that their heater seems like not performing well but luckily their blanket is thick enough to keep you warm."
