The Barbados Terrace is one of the newest hotels in Koh Samet, having opened in 2022. This hotel is located near many of Koh Samet's attractions including Wat Koh Samet, Samet Island, Prao Beach and Ao PA Cha. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.
"Stopped for 4 nights in the Deluxe Bungalow. The house is spacious, comfortable. From the downside only an uncomfortable door in the bathroom (requests the stopper installation).
The territory is just chic!!! Green, dressed, blooming. There is a swing on each terrace. Just +100500 for it, I liked lunch, rest and make content, swinging on it))
Every day they bring water. Towels change 1r at 3 days. I couldn't deal with TV, but I wasn't critical, so I didn't ask. There was not enough teapot and fan in the room (but also didn't ask, maybe on request would be provided)."

Amazing
JJihaishengI like this hostel very much. It is very close to the pier. The boss and the proprietress are very good. The first night of sleep on the upper bunk is a bit inconvenient. The second night I changed it for me. It was very intimate.

GGuest UserA beautiful hotel located on the beach. The room has everything you need. The place is quiet, few people, calm. Beautiful clean beach, the only thing is that I was very badly bitten on this beach on the first evening by small Thai flies, similar to midges, and an allergy to their bites began. They do not bite everyone and not everyone is allergic to them. But if you have encountered this, you mean. On the central beach, no one bites. It is about 2 km away. You can walk to the center or take a local taxi for 200 baht. If you get on at the ”stop” you can leave for 40 baht, but they rarely stop there.

DDariaThe hotel is located in a good location, very close to the main street leading to the beach. But you can't hear the street noise. However, you can hear your neighbors on the nearest terrace, but this is not critical. The terrace itself is large, there is a clothes dryer and a table at which it was nice to have breakfast. But mosquitoes can bite you in the evening, take your own products. The hotel is clean, there is shampoo, shower gel, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer and air conditioning. Towels, trash cans are changed every day and the floors are wiped. We really liked this hotel!

GGuest UserIt's a decent shack! Right on the edge of the beach, practically in the water. Obviously, it's a bit run-down, but that's minor; the main thing is you get out of bed, take two steps, and you're in the sea. The AC works, there's a shower, and a TV (though I didn't turn it on). For the price, it's a perfectly good getaway. No stars needed—the location is simply amazing!!!!

JJonesRoom was clean, but only received free water twice over 5 nights stay. Had to exchange our own towels and floor mats too. Location is great, but noise from passing bikes and trucks can be a bit much sometimes. Staff were nice though and the room had coffee and tea. No shampoo or conditioner though, and no beach towels either.

VV.D.There are 4 or 5 hotel building that belong to the owner. The ones that are 2 steps away from the beach are newer. The ones in the back are a bit older. And the ones that I had needed some renovations but not much. Iif you’re looking for delux 5 stars this isn’t the place. But if you’re looking for decent and very close to the beach this is very good for the price you pay. The owner of the hotel is friendly and if you ask him he will try to help. The beach is very clean and the hotel has long chairs and tables you can sit and order in front on the beach looking at the water. You can drink, eat and go for a swim and comeback to sit. That’s what makes this hotel great. As I said the beach is very clean and my 1.5 year old child had fun on the sand and a bit in the water.

GGuest UserThis was the cheapest place on the island, small room but perfect for a few days. You can walk from the ferry port in 5-10 mins. Clean, nice welcome on arrival from the owner. Free water each morning. No need to hire a bike, the island is tiny. Fantastic beach 10 mins away. I recommend for singles/couples.
