GGuest UserThe hotel is an outdoor paradise with first-class service. Every staff member will greet you with a smile when they see you. From the moment you arrive at the private dock, you don't need to worry too much about anything. Just relax and enjoy all the beauty! I really recommend it!

GGuest UserTraveling to Thailand during the low season is honestly not worth it due to the constant rain. The cleanliness of the beach left much to be desired, and the hotel breakfast was quite poor.
We often felt like we were bothering the staff rather than being welcomed. They weren’t attentive to whether guests needed anything or lacked something.
We even visited a local clinic, and they wanted to charge us 2,200 THB just for calling a doctor and speaking over the phone.
It also felt like the only thing that really mattered to the staff was the tip you might leave.
All in all, we don’t think we’ll be coming back.

OOlgaGaBeautiful well-groomed area, beautiful beach, live music and fire show in the evening in the restaurant. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. There are a lot of fish near the shore. Although the rooms are not new, they are spacious and have plenty of storage space. The daughter is delighted with the canopy on the bed. I think we'll come back here again.

We recently stayed at Samed Grandview Resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort's location is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met.
However, we felt that the beach entertainment could use some improvement. While the idea of music on the beach is great, the selection and execution were somewhat lacking, making it a bit boring at times. As professionals in the entertainment industry, we believe there are ways to enhance the experience for guests, such as incorporating a more diverse music selection or live performances.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to see the entertainment aspect elevated for an even better guest experience. Thank you for considering our feedback! 🙏🏻

This was our fifth stay at Vangduen Hotel, and we already can’t wait to come back! It’s the kind of place that never disappoints. In fact, the only sad part is packing up to leave.
The location is perfect—tucked away on the quiet side of the island, offering so much peace and natural beauty. The clear, calm water and the soft white sand (honestly, it feels like flour!) make it the perfect spot to relax. Even though it’s peaceful, there’s still plenty to do. There’s a great selection of restaurants, a small shop for anything you might need, and a fun fire show in the evenings.
The hotel itself is spotless, well-equipped, and super comfortable. The staff are amazing—so friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. It’s those little things that make each stay so special.
We’d recommend this place 100%. In fact, we’ve already booked our next trip in two weeks! Vangduen Hotel really is a gem, and we feel lucky to have found it.

大大龙哥JoeyI love Pavillion resort at Ao Phai beach in Samed. Great breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool. The only downside was I found it difficult to get the shower at a good temperature, either too hot or too cold. Despite this, I would visit again!

LLime KapVery nice small hotel. For those who are looking for a quiet but comfortable corner of the island, this is a good choice. It is located 1.5 km from the center, but it is a long way to walk along the hilly area, there is a tuk-tuk, but it is not cheap, 200 baht one way (the whole), like a taxi. The beach is clean, nice, the sand is light, but not white, like on the central eastern beaches. The sea is clean. The hotel has loungers with umbrellas by the beach, beach towels. The bungalows have a refrigerator and a kettle, cleaning is daily, they put water. The view is beautiful on the sea and sunrise. There is no tea on the island at all, so take tea bags with you))) In this northern corner, there are also cafes, restaurants at the hotels nearby, we rented a bike and rode around the entire island and to the most rated beaches (very beautiful). The staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious and filling. The restaurant is inexpensive with basic Thai cuisine plus spaghetti and sandwiches. It's nice to stop for a couple of days.

JJonesRoom was clean, but only received free water twice over 5 nights stay. Had to exchange our own towels and floor mats too. Location is great, but noise from passing bikes and trucks can be a bit much sometimes. Staff were nice though and the room had coffee and tea. No shampoo or conditioner though, and no beach towels either.
