"Service was amazing! Both the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The person at check-in was particularly kind and friendly.
Yes, it can be loud outside but it's also Brooklyn. I had no trouble sleeping undisturbed through the night.
This is very specific but I really liked the soap/etc. pumps installed into the bathroom/shower walls. Far less wasteful than those little soaps that other hotels have.
I would definitely stay again and probably will again soon!"

YYigeyoushenfendelurenLocation: Not far from Central Park, within walking distance. You can walk through Central Park to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It's one block from the subway station, a 3-minute walk, very close. There's an Indian-owned supermarket across the street. If you turn right when you exit and walk for three or four minutes, you'll find a Chinese restaurant called The Tang.
Interior: The interior is like a dorm with bunk beds. I booked a female dorm. There are dedicated showers and toilets on each floor, with individual shower stalls. The hot water and shower are both great.
On the floor where the front desk is located, there's a food area that serves breakfast, with fruits, drinks, and coffee available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Next to it, there are several tables and chairs for eating, reading, or just relaxing. Down one floor, there's a very spacious common kitchen with plenty of public pots, pans, dishes, etc. There's also a public refrigerator, four or five stoves with ovens, and another four or five stoves without ovens, all available for cooking. There's also a dining area nearby. Please refer to the photos and videos, which are all of the kitchen.
Overall, I think it's very worthwhile, especially for solo travelers. It's economical, convenient, and stress-free. At an average of 500 RMB per night, it must be very cheap for New York. I saw many young people/students staying here.
I recommend this place for individuals who want to explore New York casually.
For family trips with two or three people, a regular hotel might be more suitable when you do the math.

KKongyanThe environment is excellent, the hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are quite spacious, which is a rarity in New York. The price is also acceptable. Among Western-style breakfasts, this one is quite rich. If you don't mind being a little further from Manhattan, it's actually a great choice. Most of the staff are very nice, especially the housekeeping team, who are very polite and keep everything spotlessly clean. There are many good restaurants on the way to the subway.

YYibongGood location, the shuttle service wait at the federal circle, take about 15 minute to reach Hotel, upon arrival, front desk will ask you about the shuttle service for departing to airport. We got prepack breakfast around 5am, can just take directly at the dining hall.

SSuperdaguoguoLocation: A convenient 7-minute drive from JFK. Not too far from the city either, about half an hour to Manhattan.
Facilities are decent, but they don't clean rooms daily; you have to call for things like toilet paper.
The hotel lobby offers breakfast, which is okay quality but filling. Free coffee and tea are available.
The hotel is busy with people constantly coming and going, very lively atmosphere.

GGuest UserI had a nice stay at Hotel Bridge in New York. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the hotel felt basic but pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when changing my room, allowing a later checkout, and storing my luggage after checkout.
Breakfast was basic, and more options would be nice. The breakfast area was also small, which sometimes made it feel rushed when other guests were waiting for tables.
The location allows access to central areas of the city, but they are still a bit far from the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay for a basic hotel with helpful staff

YYundanfengqin（Jacky Gu)The front desk was replaced by a guy who looked like an Indian. I was given a basement room, which was really small and bad. There were people arguing at night, and the sound was not blocked at all, just like a shadow play. Someone also tried to open my room door at one or two o'clock (in the early morning), probably because they read the wrong room number. Overall, this stay was a negative experience.

GGuest UserIdeal price for a comfy stay. Would recommend that the hotel keep furniture out of the hallways for ease of traffic in case of a fire. Scalding hot water in the bathroom could’ve easily become a lawsuit. Needs to be checked and regulated.

AAldoAlways kept team of guardians (police) at the entrance of hotel. This is disgusting, mainly when the guard stoped me, to indict me that I didn't pay, asking questions to customers.
Ugly, bad experience. I don't understand why the hotel kept guards inside, inside, the hotel, they offend me, tried me like inmate.
Urrrr.... Unfortunately Next time, I looked for best option, never come back lake hotel.

MMisti WallerWe get there at 10:00am - We knew we couldnt check in but asked anyway. Lady on Thurs 9/28 told me we couldnt yet and gave us bag tags to hold our bags for us. Very nice and pleasant. We then return to the hotel at 9pm to finally check in. We had a great day seeing the city. We are then told that the room I booked was over sold and they can not provide me with a King that I purchased but a double. This was the manager - She discounted the bill and $54 and told me they would make sure we were accommodated tomorrow. The room we were put it was the size of a walk in closet with a bed with a window unit that water dropped on all night making a loud noise with every drop. It also had a broken shelf above the sink so you literally had no where to put anything. It was horrible and honestly a $54 discount was not nearly enough.
Friday at 9am we come down turn in the room keys and explain to yet a third person....she understands and says I see notes here and we have a king room for you. I asked if we could go ahead and get the room number but she said no not yet we have to wait for the people to check out. We check our bags with tags and leave them at the desk again. We then spend another wonderful day exploring the city. We return around 9pm again and another person is working and has absolutely no idea of anything that was supposed to be done for us. I asked for any other room then the one we were in first and they had a queen room available. I took it after being so tired. The lady gave me the managers email and said he would speak to her for us. I will be reaching out but now that we checked out sat morning I dont believe we will be compensated for this terrible lack of communication. We never even got to unpack our bags.
