The staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk is on the second floor, where you'll find a refreshment area with a microwave; drinks are available for purchase. Luggage storage is conveniently located on the ground floor, which also houses a Western-style restaurant and an adjacent bar.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended."

"Hotel Hilton Times Square New York did not gave the buffet breakfast as I payed for. They offer only grab&go breakfast. If I want buffet breakfast (which I allready pay in adwamce 6 month) the stuff advice to pay again and price is 60$ per persone and per day. So I don't want it. Agency Trip.com refaund me overpayed money but I've got the half of price that Hotel Hilton took through my booking. The grab&go breakfast included one sandwich, one peace of fruit snd coffie. But that coffie wasn't chose what you like (for instance capuchino), only american style coffie which I did not used to it. I think that hotel which want to be a class, must not advertised the buffet breakfast if they don't want to offer it. And the price of capuchino is not higher than american style of coffie that will cause problem to this kind of hotel. Other things was ok."

"Generally it is great but there is construction when we were there and it’s close to the main road so you can hear a lot of fire trucks sirens or police sirens… the bed is comfortable and they replenish amenities and water is great. I didn’t like how the porter who helped us to put our luggage in and demanded us for tips and he waited and didn’t want to close our car door until we said we didn’t have cash with us. How rude it is but overall still a good stay. Take note there is additional taxes and fees that could go up to another $50 per night. Something I didn’t account into."

"The hotel was amazing the location was also good. The only thing was I there was no room service with a 22month old rooms service is always a good shout. We required milk for the baby and the receptionist said we don’t do this service. The lifts were very tight and of course busy so with a stroller it was always a hit & miss when you can get into the lift. The cleaniness and staff were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors and will stay here again."

"The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk across the street to the UN Headquarters. The city view room with a bonus partial lake view was a pleasant surprise. The room size was generous, and having a storage room for luggage and hanging clothes was very convenient. The hotel's room service staff were excellent. It was handy to use tax credits for snacks, drinks, and treats from the hotel, though I wasted $35 on the first day by forgetting to redeem them. The high room rates are typical for New York."

"We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of New York City, and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the 9/11 Memorial and Battery Park, where we easily caught the ferry to the Statue of Liberty.
The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to our days of exploring. Our room was spacious and comfortably accommodated three people without any issues. It was well-maintained and provided all the amenities we needed.
One of the standout features was the $25 voucher provided daily for the minibar, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Additionally, the area around the hotel had plenty of shops, making it convenient to pick up anything we needed or enjoy some shopping.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in downtown New York with easy access to major landmarks and excellent amenities."

For hotel surprise , when you open the lift can see the instrument wall paper , and also your room ! As a pianist , we request for piano theme . And .. it’s surprising me! I love it , simple but nice !
For location , it’s fantastic! Many Restaurent beside hotel. Including next door pizza , japan store , healthy wrap food ++ no problem for food lover !
Few market shop around too . Very good . Get any food you like ! Me and my daughter (8) love the curry chicken with rice at Ernest Klein market . It’s hot and just take how many you want. Quite good for Asians . For sure insure many food for you to pick, including fruits.
Don’t ask me about price here ! Absolutely very expensive for Malaysian ! But very normal in US . Almost every single meal about USD 20 + . And tax here very high , a waiters told me to pay extra 20% by the bill . . And also empty hot dog about USD 10 beside the road stall .
Everything here is just good , train station anywhere . From hotel maybe just need few second to reach !
For hotel, this is the best ! And don’t forget they provide umbrellas as well! Here sometime very hot and sometime raining !

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

MMs. ShaniquaOmgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice.
PLEASE NOTE:
There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking.
Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)!
We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional!
p.s. they also offer a seated bar area.

In addition to the room fee, you have to pay an additional resort tax and a compulsory $55 access fee, which includes the lobby lounge and a water dispenser room, which means that it costs $55 to drink water. 2. This fee does not include the rooftop bar, which cannot be visited for free, and requires a minimum consumption of US$500 on weekends. 3. The app mobile phone room card advertised by the hotel cannot be used at all. 4. There is not much difference between the room types of high floors and low floors. Only the penthouse suite and the bar with a minimum consumption of 500 have this view. 5. The decoration is very good, which is higher than the average level of dirty carpets in New York. HHaosendaiwangThe location is excellent. Times Square is just a 3-5 minute walk away, and Central Park is only a few minutes further. The Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center are also very close. The place was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. The service was also excellent. Please note that key card access is required to enter the lobby after hours.

AAnchengThe toilet had leaks issue (the room in level 48). Called hotel to fix it but the first engineer was not able to find the issue. The second engineer was able to find the issue but we were leaving New York on the same day. The leak from the toilet is quite gross.
Called hotel for help for the toilet leak issue but one of people took the call just ignore the request (he did not take an action but he said he will )

YYukiVery noisy. The waiter was rude. The door was open even though there was a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on it. The cleaning of the nearby rooms was very noisy every day. They didn't care about the rest and quietness of other guests.
