My stay at the Waldorf Astoria New York was exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service felt thoughtful, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive without being intrusive, creating a sense of ease throughout my stay. The Deluxe Room was beautifully appointed—quiet, immaculate, and designed with a timeless elegance that reflects the hotel’s historic character. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room layout made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Common areas are stunningly restored, blending classic New York grandeur with modern comfort. Everything—from the lobby to the elevators—felt meticulously maintained. The location is unbeatable. Being in the heart of Midtown made it effortless to get to meetings, restaurants, and landmarks. Despite the central location, the hotel felt like a calm retreat from the city’s energy. Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria to anyone seeking a luxurious and well‑run hotel in New York.

The hotel corridor facilities are still a bit old, the interior decoration of the room is still good, the view is almost non-existent

This should be an old hotel that has been completely renovated. The room is very beautiful and stylish, and every item is very exquisite. The bathroom is small and the shower water is small, which may be due to the renovation of the old building. But it is worth staying. The bar downstairs looks very good at night. The food ordering in the room tastes great! And fast! There is a small problem. When you deposit your credit card at the front desk, you must bring a chip.

After I reacted to Ctrip customer service staff ”Ke Xin”, she followed up in time and solved the problem on the same day. The waiter finally sent two quilts that normal humans sleep over. The manager on duty said that maybe the communication was poor, but I My daughter can communicate with the locals in spoken English, and her classmates have lived here since childhood, so what about communication? Here we would like to thank the customer service staff Kexin who actively followed up on the day and solved this problem for us. The children also felt the help of Ctrip anytime, anywhere.

My girlfriend and I stayed in a large king suite complete with balcony and stunning view of NYC over the East River. We had an excellent room service breakfast the following morning. Would def recommend and return again one day!

Great and safe location! Close to metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The city view wasn’t particularly impressive — mostly rooftops and some unsightly air conditioners — but that was fine. I booked an accessible room; unless you specifically need accessibility features, I wouldn’t recommend this type of room. The door closes very slowly due to the automatic mechanism, and the bathroom felt unnecessarily large for my needs. That said, overall cleanliness and hospitality were excellent!

The breakfast selection was fantastic, featuring congee, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, salmon, cheese, various yogurts, and even dumplings. Of all the hotels in New York, this one likely caters best to Chinese tastes. I was particularly pleased to be able to enjoy two bowls of congee for breakfast. Plus, the room was very clean.

Great Stay, Prime Location! I had a wonderful stay at Park Lane Hotel, New York. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just steps away from Central Park and many of New York's iconic attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the stylish, modern decor. The proximity to public transport made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

The following days were spent at Parklane. When choosing a hotel, I wanted one near Central Park, but I hesitated after seeing some negative reviews. Another hotel I wanted to book was unavailable, so I chose this one. After check-in and entering the room, I was truly pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with an entryway, a small living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The decor was new and clean, and the furniture and accessories were simple yet attractive. The location was also excellent. I highly recommend it if you prefer newer, larger rooms.
