When I entered the room, I found that the ground was not very clean.
Public area: The lobby is reasonably designed and atmospheric. But someone will sit on the sofa and smoke, and there will be soot and smoke butts gathered on the ground, wondering what the front desk does not care.
There is a door next to the elevator on the first floor that leads directly to the parking lot, and the door is open many times. The fume outside the meal was rushed straight in. When I waited for the elevator, I smelled uncomfortable, and no waiter noticed this.
There are robots to deliver food, and takeaways can also be delivered directly.
Breakfast: The dishes are rich and the taste is good, especially the noodle stalls. You can eat hot red noodle soup and wontons in the morning, but the service can't keep up.
I went to the meal at 7 o'clock in the morning, but after waiting for nearly half an hour, the chef appeared and said that he was busy preparing other dishes. The fixed circle of fried poached eggs was taken from a large bowl. At first glance, it was used up yesterday and put it directly inside. There was still the egg skin of the day before, and it was obviously not washed!
The beverage area is either orange juice or milk, and the waiter will not make up in time. The coffee machine is always on strike. The first day is full of coffee residue. After talking to the waiter next to it, she said a good thing and continued to put the table. At this time, it was not the peak of the meal. No one waited for a seat and there were many empty tables. I can't wait for her, I can unpack the box myself. The next day was a lack of water, let the waiter add water, she took out the water tank and directly gave the noodle stall chef, let the noodle stall chef add water. The two faucets in the noodle stall are tap water, and the coffee machine will not heat the water to 100 degrees boiling state, so how can you use tap water? After clearly pointing out to the waiter, another waiter went to change the pure water. I just want to ask, have your waiters and chefs been trained? Or, knowing this truth, in order to take a few steps to put tap water? There is an uncle smoking in the restaurant, and the waiter should not see it.
Service: Stayed for 3 nights, when I checked in, the front desk gave me a meal coupon for the day. After I found out, I went to ask the front desk to get it.
The room attendant was very enthusiastic, cleaned the room in time and supplemented the spare parts.
The restaurant waiter has a good service attitude, and may not be enough staff, which is inefficient and unprofessional.
In the morning, when the waiter in the restaurant was too busy to open, he saw that there was always a cleaner in the elevator to clean the elevator slowly, at least half an hour (because I saw it before and after the meal).

Facilities: very new, the bed was very comfortable to sleep on;
Hygiene: clean and refreshing, dry and wet separation;

Service: Every staff member I met will greet me enthusiastically, and will take the initiative to ask if I want to join the activities together, which is very warm.

GGuest UserI took my parents out on the National Day holiday and booked this hotel because I thought the hotel was close to Shaxi Ancient Town. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the staff service attitude is very good, the disposable supplies and paper towels used by the hotel are of good quality. The breakfast variety is not very rich, but considering the price is acceptable. There is a large shopping supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. The overall feeling is okay. The shortcoming is that the sound insulation of the hotel is not good, and the sanitary washing place in the room and the bedroom are not blocked (popularly speaking, there is no door), which is very embarrassing. Hopefully the hotel can be redesigned to improve this situation.

The only thing was that the room was dark. There was no headlight. The elderly with bad eyes at home were no problem for our young people.
