The first time I used the toilet, I found that the interior was seriously yellowed and had obvious stains. There were still yellow marks after cleaning the next day (the photo was taken after cleaning the next day), and the cleaning was very perfunctory. In addition, there may be no guests for a long time, and the pillows have a taste.
2. Missing room facilities, slow service response/no response
The first time I met Hantian without a minibar and no welcome fruit. Tea and coffee bags were drunk and were not replenished the next day. The paper pump in the room was used up and no replenishment was made the next day. Disposable items such as toothbrushes were used up and no replenishment was made the next day. At night, I called the front desk to ask for a toothbrush to come to the room. Although the front desk said yes, it has not been sent.
3. Breakfast category is small, supply chaos
For 2 consecutive mornings, I arrived at the restaurant at 7:30. The fried eggs, boiled eggs, and salad sauces were empty, and they were not replenished without taking the initiative to urge them. There was no buns and wontons. I asked the staff and steamed a small drawer of wontons. I said that it was supplied the next day, and then I cooked the wontons because other guests strongly requested it. The breakfast with Tianmu Lake Hantian is really a world away, and it is incomparable with Anji Hantian/Yixing Ink Hantian/Nanjing Tangshan Hantian.
4.Pet management chaos, safety hazards
Although it is a pet-friendly hotel, the lobby does not require a rope to be held when checking in, and the pet walks around at will. When checking in, the dog of other guests slipped to my 3-year-old baby. The cockroach could shout loudly, and the pet was taken away by its owner. There are also groups of wild Wangwang in the hotel park, and you need to take care of the children.
Finally, let's talk about the advantages: The room is spacious, the bathroom space is large, the facilities are new, there is a baby cot, and the butler service attitude is particularly good.

CCiyonghunichengdaidingI stayed in a standard room for two nights during the May Day holiday for more than 200 yuan. The price-performance ratio is OK. You should book early and keep an eye on the price after booking. There may be a price reduction. A box of fruit was given when I checked in. The fruit was of high quality and delicious. Breakfast was from 7 to 9 o'clock, with boiled noodles and porridge. I happened to have a stomachache those two days, so these were enough.
Next to the hotel is a restaurant with its own restaurant, which closes early. The shrimp rolls and shrimp balls are quite delicious, but they are all fried, and you will feel sick if you eat too much. Don't order the fermented bean curd goose liver.

There are some unreasonable facilities in the room, such as there is no socket on the bedside table, and you have to go to the bathroom bar under the window by the desk to charge it, so you can't lie in bed and watch your phone, which feels very inconvenient. In addition, the temperature has risen in the past two days, and the room is stuffy. The air conditioner has been turned on for more than an hour, but the room temperature has not been lowered. Finally, a floor was changed. It was quite difficult to change rooms with two octogenarians. The air conditioner in the new room was not very good. In the end, only a little window could be opened for ventilation, which led to a stuffy sleep at night. To be honest, the attitude of the hotel from the lobby manager to the front desk restaurant waiter is very good, and they have always taken good care of my elderly. But it would be better if you ask more questions when checking in, ”The hotel entrance is under renovation and construction. Living in the south is easy to be woken up early in the morning. Do you want to live in the north?” Because we were awakened by the sound of impact drills at 6 o'clock in the morning for two consecutive days, if the front desk had informed us of this situation when we checked in, we could have avoided the rooms facing south. It was too tiring to move again, so we endured it for two days, but it was still a bit unpleasant. Finally, the Su-style noodles on the first floor of Yuebin Building were too hard and would not be cooked no matter how hard they were cooked. I was quite disappointed. However, the stir-fried dishes were unexpectedly delicious and not expensive. The elderly were very satisfied with the food. Loudong is generally okay, but I hope that they can consider the guests' perspective and be more meticulous in service.
