"I booked an executive room and enjoyed the lounge benefits. The service and room cleanliness were excellent, and the robot delivery for meals was very fast. In the evening, the red wine at the executive lounge tasted quite good, and the food variety was decent with a good balance of flavors. I highly recommend it. The only suggestion for improvement would be to make the shower glass frosted!"

"Location: The location is excellent, probably one of the most central spots in Taicang. It's just a five or six-minute walk to Wanda Plaza. Facilities: This seems to be an older hotel, and the in-room facilities are a bit dated. However, the lobby on the first floor is decent. The parking, both above and underground, was almost full, indicating a high occupancy rate. The swimming pool, though, was incredibly crowded, like a 'dumpling soup,' making it impossible to actually swim. Cleanliness: It was quite clean. Service: The response time was pretty prompt."

"Overall, it was a good stay. The front desk upgraded our room, which was spacious and faced the fountain plaza. However, it was still quite noisy downstairs with singing until around midnight, so we had to keep the windows closed. The coffee machine and tea set were a nice touch and very convenient to use. On the downside, the shower water pressure was very low and not hot enough. It took a long time to fill the bathtub, and there were small bugs inside it. The complimentary dessert from our package wasn't great – the cake was just average, and the drinks were the same ones offered at the breakfast buffet. During peak breakfast hours, there clearly weren't enough staff. Plate clearing was slow, meaning that by around 9:30 AM, there were no clean tables available. The breakfast variety itself was decent though."

"On a business trip to Taicang, I stumbled upon the Jinmao Yinyi Rose Manor Hotel. It was incredibly convenient for my departure the next day. I checked in close to 9 PM, and the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, patiently helping me switch to a twin room on the first floor. The room came with a private viewing balcony, and stepping out, I was greeted by an elegant courtyard – a truly pleasant view. The guest room was spacious and airy, complete with a separate walk-in closet and a delicate dressing table. The TV supported screen mirroring, and there was even a thoughtful Taicang travel guide on the desk – so much attention to detail. The next morning, a light drizzle fell. I walked through the indoor connecting bridge to the breakfast area, where the food selection was plentiful and the ingredients fresh and abundant. After breakfast, I strolled through the gracefully winding corridors, enjoying the misty rain. The air was fresh and humid – so relaxing and rejuvenating. This short stay, less than 12 hours, was comfortable, peaceful, convenient, and utterly delightful. A truly wonderful business trip respite ✨"

"Let's start with the positives – the butler service was very friendly, and the lobby staff were enthusiastic. When I was leaving with all my bags, one of them even proactively asked if I needed help. The hotel room was very quiet, and I slept wonderfully, waking up naturally at 9:45 AM. It's been a long time since I've had such a good lie-in! Next, I really appreciate the little surprise the hotel prepared for our anniversary; my family was very happy. All these points deserve a five-star rating. Now for some personal suggestions. The main area I recommend improving is breakfast. Having stayed at various family-friendly hotels, from far-flung places like Atlantis to nearby ones like all the Kaiyuan Senbo and Giraffe Hotels, including other Club Med locations, this was my first time at the Taicang branch, and I had a poor experience with the beverages. On the first day, we went around 8 AM, and on the second day, after 10 AM, some food stations weren't open. Normally, everything is open during the summer holidays, but I'll set that aside, as every hotel has its own plans. However, let me address the specific beverage issues. On the first day, the freshly squeezed juice in the restaurant was consistently only filled to one-third of the glass. There's really no need for that; if people want more, they'll simply get refills. Two-thirds is a normal serving, especially since the cups are small. On the second day, I went for freshly squeezed juice at 10:05 AM and couldn't get a single cup; there were only a few scattered watermelon slices. The hot milk was also not refilled and was consistently out of stock. This really feels a bit stingy. The evening activities felt less engaging compared to Nanjing. Nanjing's activities had much more interaction. I still vividly remember children and adults gathering in a circle, singing and dancing together, everyone enjoying drinks, chatting while watching the show, and kids participating on stage."

"Advantages: 1. Nice environment, convenient parking, and very quiet. 2. The room size and layout are reasonable. A standard room has a square table and two chairs, and the slippers are very comfortable. Thumbs up! 3. The Chinese restaurant is delicious, really delicious. I ate lunch here twice. The service was also very good; they reminded me that the portions were quite large and not to order too much. Disadvantages: 1. The breakfast is not great; the variety is limited. 2. All bathroom fixtures are Grohe. The wall-mounted toilet with a rear flush is unnecessary; water tends to splash out when flushing. Be careful with the hot water in the shower; the water pressure on the fourth floor is too low. Ideally, it should be at least 0.3 MPa. 3. The charging ports on the table are oddly placed; there are quite a few, but my charger was difficult to plug in. (See picture below) Overall, it's a good hotel, very cost-effective, comfortable, and quiet."

The two elderly people have difficulty walking, so they are very happy to take a walk in the small garden and feed the fish after breakfast every day. Whether it is the lobby or the conference hall restaurant, it is very grand and bright, but it may be a long time since it was built. There are some unreasonable facilities in the room, such as there is no socket on the bedside table, and you have to go to the bathroom bar under the window by the desk to charge it, so you can't lie in bed and watch your phone, which feels very inconvenient. In addition, the temperature has risen in the past two days, and the room is stuffy. The air conditioner has been turned on for more than an hour, but the room temperature has not been lowered. Finally, a floor was changed. It was quite difficult to change rooms with two octogenarians. The air conditioner in the new room was not very good. In the end, only a little window could be opened for ventilation, which led to a stuffy sleep at night. To be honest, the attitude of the hotel from the lobby manager to the front desk restaurant waiter is very good, and they have always taken good care of my elderly. But it would be better if you ask more questions when checking in, ”The hotel entrance is under renovation and construction. Living in the south is easy to be woken up early in the morning. Do you want to live in the north?” Because we were awakened by the sound of impact drills at 6 o'clock in the morning for two consecutive days, if the front desk had informed us of this situation when we checked in, we could have avoided the rooms facing south. It was too tiring to move again, so we endured it for two days, but it was still a bit unpleasant. Finally, the Su-style noodles on the first floor of Yuebin Building were too hard and would not be cooked no matter how hard they were cooked. I was quite disappointed. However, the stir-fried dishes were unexpectedly delicious and not expensive. The elderly were very satisfied with the food. Loudong is generally okay, but I hope that they can consider the guests' perspective and be more meticulous in service."

"Very right choice! Highly recommended! Over the weekend, I gathered a few friends to explore Yangcheng Lake and taste the hairy crabs that people across the country long for. After searching online for hotels around the lake, I chose this very cost-effective star-rated hotel. On the day I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk how to achieve ”eating eight legs at Yangcheng Lake” and received an enthusiastic reply. The young lady also wrote me directions. Introduction: There are subway and bus stations just downstairs from the hotel. Even taking a taxi only takes about 20 kilometers. Living in this hotel in the city saved me money on the high-speed train back to Beijing rather than living near the lake. Do you think it's worth it? Haha, you made the right choice! The bathroom and room area are relatively large, luxurious and comfortable, and the hygiene is first-rate. The room attendant also introduced me to a better local crab restaurant, which they call ”Crab Village” I was bored when I came back at night. The hotel has a mahjong room open and the air is fresh, which is nice."
