Considerably clean, service wise language is a challenge, couldn't get information of any indomart nearby at all and couldn't get a cup noodle at night about 10pm. Cafe downstairs has no food at night too Good size for family where the 4 of us can sleep in a room together

Business Room 207 was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Business Room 211 was noisy; I could hear the outdoor AC unit, which was very disturbing and uncomfortable. There was a humming sound, and the room was cramped for a business room – not recommended. Breakfast: Lacked variety and felt haphazard. Hotel staff were friendly and responsible. Check-in and check-out process was easy.

The Front Office and Housekeeping services were good, and the cleanliness was decent. The location is strategic, right in the city center. Essential facilities such as a water heater, TV, and amenities were all provided. (Suggestion/Feedback: Regarding cleanliness, I recommend checking and further improving pest control measures.)

The hotel is good, clean, it's a pity that it's still quite a while in the renovation, so the noise is still quite audible, the lobby is on the 3rd floor

A very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.

The location is close to the Atom market, the bathroom is big, the room is also quite spacious, soap, standard towels, parking is next to the hotel so you don't have to pay, AC is ok, hot water is ok

Good facilities, unique, spacious rooms, cleanliness is not bad, just there is a cockroach one passing by when I want to sleep. For the room it takes time for the preparation unlike other hotels that usually can go in directly when booking. the security guard is a bit unfriendly

The location is close to the Grand city and also close to the gubeng station, for the service is very good, the room is cleaned a day,
