Amazing
GGuest UserWarm, friendly staff who gave good and practical advice about the protests and safety, much appreciated . Housekeeping was impeccable and thoughtful and really prompt with adhoc requests.
Rooms are large (size norms from a different time) and the mix of analog vintage features and updated features is charming. Clear and strong WIFI , clean rooms especially for tropical setting
The buffet spread is excellent quality, clean and a good mix of delicious local and international continental options.
The spa is lovely, though service can vary - I had a lovely therapist and my friend’s therapist was using her phone during the session (which is not acceptable at any massage place, what more at this spot) incongruous with the very high service and hospitality standards set by the rest of the staff.
Would come back and stay here again!

__evas_The service is excellent, they are kind, polite, and helpful. Smiles never left their faces and they always try to help swiftly. The breakfast is great, tasty, and the selection is even greater, they have a lot of varieties of Indonesian food. The room is great in size, the floor is clearly swept, the bathroom is clean, the amenities are adequate (bring your own hair dryer bcs the one they have is not as great). But terribly disappointed with the cleaners, I used the spoon and glass on day 1 and they didn't even bother to clean them, only put on the usual spot. I tried to ”tell” them again the next day yet they still haven't cleaned any 🥲🥲

GGuest UserAlready booked on trip.com for a kingbed, got a twinbed and the receptionist said there was no kingbed written from trav*lo** So was told to just accept the twinbed.
Don't know why it changed to another application.
On June 1, 08.00, it was informed that 1 towel was missing, only got 1, until check out it was not delivered.
Overpriced compared to other hotels. The food is only like this. Drinks are also only tea + infusion water. No juice, no milk. No snacks. No salad.

DDicky PranataUnder 300K across from TP1. Really a value buy! Want to eat, walk, cultural center, shopping, all walking distance. The compact size of the room is not a problem at all, as long as all the facilities are clean. That's enough!
