Polite friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed. The only downside is that you can hear the neighbors and everything that happens in the corridors. And yes, if you want to get enough sleep, press the do not disturb button, the cleaners will want to clean your room and will very persistently ring the doorbell until you answer.

Overall, the cleanliness of the accommodation was good, and the lobby was clean and fresh. However, when the AC was turned off, there was a lingering cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom. The location is perfect for those who enjoy walking, with easy access to Tunjungan Street, Tunjungan Plaza Mall, and downtown Surabaya. There are also several local food vendors and fast-food options nearby (McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Richeese Factory), as well as a few coffee shops. There was an issue with the air conditioning in the room; it was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep soundly. I woke up several times in the middle of the night due to the slight heat and noise. I called reception late at night about the issue, and a technician arrived 20-25 minutes later. The room was not very soundproof. During the day, I could hear the cleaning staff working in adjacent rooms and the sound of the shower running. Outside noise, like vehicle sounds, was also audible, suggesting the windows weren't very well insulated. The breakfast menu offered a standard taste, with a selection of Indonesian, Western, and local snacks. The staff were quite friendly.

Everything you need. The rooms are soundproof and feature a bathtub. The location is excellent, close to a mall, plenty of food options, and the government center.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free early check-in (12h instead of 14h). Clean and big room with huge and confortable queen size bed. Silent AC. Big TV, mini fridge, kettle and hair-dryer available. Nice swimming pool + good sauna and gym. Very good breakfast with turkish coffee ! I highly recommend this hotel !

I requested a non-smoking room, but I could smell strong cigarette smoke every night, which disturbed my sleep. The air conditioner was also not cold, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature because the remote control was broken. No floor mat was provided, and the hotel itself feels quite old and in need of upgrades. My transportation keep registering every time I went out. Overall, the best thing about this hotel is its strategic location. It’s easy to access restaurants, malls, and several attractions within walking distance. The staffs also very friendly. To repeat again? I don’t think so. Better to find another best place to stay for you to have a memorable nights in Surabaya 🙌🏼..

Hostel located in the middle of Surabaya city which is very affordable, walking distance from Gubeng Lama station and several tourist attractions, malls, Grand City Surabaya. Very friendly service with very cheap room rental costs, suitable for backpackers who can try it. Free breakfast is provided with toast and tea or coffee. There are also lots of rooms, very comfortable, quiet and not hot, you can use the wifi which is quite fast, the bathrooms and toilets are clean.
