Great
SsidyangxxStaying here felt like I was back in a villa in Malaysia from my childhood! It has a wonderful Nanyang vibe. Highly recommend it! The owner was great; they even refunded us when we had to go back to Phuket unexpectedly. 👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful, at the foot of the mountains. Very quiet and with a very friendly staff. They have a pick-up that takes you to and from the beach for free, although you can take a walk through the market and the shops (30 minutes slowly). The cabins are spacious, cozy and very well acclimatized. I would repeat without hesitation.

GGuest UserGreat location, and the small bungalows and houses look quite nice. However, the front area near the beach, including the pool and restaurant, wasn't very well-maintained and was partly dirty. The pool water was cloudy and not very inviting, so I didn't use it. I had a 'new room,' which sounds good, but it wasn't. It was inadequately furnished – nowhere to put luggage, no chair... and it was very unclean. It seemed nothing had been cleaned after construction, as protective plastic was still stuck everywhere. The wardrobe was just a rail where the kettle and other items were also placed. At least they quickly brought me more hangers when I asked. The only really good thing was the new sun loungers on the balcony. My room wasn't cleaned, and when I inquired, I was told I had to leave my room key at reception for that. Seriously? I've never encountered that before, and it would have been helpful if they had informed me. Breakfast was very basic, and I didn't like the coffee. However, the à la carte dinner was delicious.

HHzeeMy recent stay at Well Timed Hotel in Krabi Town was nothing short of a tranquil escape, perfectly complemented by its convenient location and attentive staff. Over the course of two days and one night, I discovered a serene retreat nestled within the vibrant heart of Krabi Town.
Convenience reigns supreme at Well Timed Hotel, with its strategic location offering easy access to the town's bustling night market and relaxing surroundings. The proximity to the night market allowed me to immerse myself in the local culture, indulging in delectable street food and browsing through stalls adorned with unique treasures. Additionally, the tranquil ambiance of the town provided the perfect backdrop for moments of relaxation and introspection.
The staff at Well Timed Hotel proved to be invaluable guides during my stay. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist were evident from the moment I arrived. Upon check-in, they graciously shared a detailed town map, highlighting must-visit attractions and hidden gems. Their helpful recommendations enriched my experience, allowing me to explore Krabi Town with confidence and ease.
One of the standout features of Well Timed Hotel is its accessibility. Despite not renting a motorcycle or driving a car, I found it incredibly convenient to navigate the town during the day. With the assistance of the hotel staff, arranging Grab car services was a breeze, ensuring seamless transportation to and from various destinations. This accessibility further enhanced the overall convenience of my stay, providing flexibility and peace of mind.
In conclusion, my two-day, one-night retreat at Well Timed Hotel was a serene and convenient experience that exceeded my expectations. GGuest UserCheck in was a breeze with luggage handlers helping carry your luggage from the pier to the hotel. The reception girls are really lovely and helpful with whatever request you might have(like booking boats to your next destination), just remember to say please and thank you(kohp khun ka/krap). The hotel is the last one on the pier side bay, therefore is really quiet, even now in high season. The down low is that you have to walk 20minutes to restaurants and bars on 30+ degree heat + high humity,so expect to arrive sweating both ways. The hotel itself is probably 40/50 years old and seems that never been renovated, the inside of the rooms need freshing up,paint etc...an overall renovation of the whole building. Although the rooms were clean, aircon was good and our room with the pool access(1 of 3) had great views from the bay. Pool was also clean and it was at a good temperature. If you are here for just a couple of days it is fine. Breakfast is basic but they have an egg station, so you can order your eggs however you prefer. And the black coffee was great too(better than other hotels we stayed in Bangkok/Krabi). The hotel staff were very kind to supply my wife with Flying Rabbit(a local thai version of gaviscon/diarrhoea medicine) which helped a mild food poisoning combined with charcoal tablets. Moreover, the hotel has a little private beach with sun lounges at the very end of the bay, perfect for chilling when you don't have any boat trips booked for the morning. Be aware that it becomes shady after around 3pm because its so close to the mountain. Also there were monkeys signs on your doors to keep them lock to prevent curious monkeys of rummaging through your stuff but we haven't seen any during our 3 night stay. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not unless completely renovated:, too far from the restaurants and bars and very old/tired. Make sure you use some walking shoes when going out because you definitely gonna hit that 10000 steps mark.

TTavivI chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake.
It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel
with the same management just with different name
To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk).
Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area,
Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry.
On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself.
The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time.
The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower.
The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy
Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel?
Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else.
And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped.
So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer.

MMininininiUpon arrival, things got off to a bit of a rough start. Room 210, while advertised with a sea view, had a very limited one, which wasn't a huge deal. The most unpleasant part was the leaky pipe by the toilet. My request to switch rooms with the front desk wasn't successful. After adjusting my mindset and accepting it, it was fine—the water was clean anyway, and I was there to relax, so no need to dwell on it.
However, I do recommend the hotel renovates soon, otherwise, it's a waste of such a beautiful location.
Summary:
1. The facilities are indeed old. The exterior looks okay, but the interior is too basic. Friends accustomed to five-star hotels might find it hard to adapt. I had to comfort my child and convince myself, but once I accepted it, it was fine.
2. If you want a true, unobstructed sea view room, be sure to communicate with the hotel beforehand. Only rooms starting with '1' will do. The higher the room number, the higher up the hill it is, so be prepared for a cardio workout every time you head back to your room.
3. The service was generally good. I didn't feel any prejudice or mistreatment towards Chinese guests. The porters who helped with luggage were the best.
4. Cat lovers will overlook all the negatives and fall in love with this place, just like my son. He initially complained about everything, but after bribing many cats with cat food to hang out on our balcony, he was very sad to leave.

GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel twice while travelling in and out of Ao nang. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff ( on reception and housekeepers) were kind and helpful. I really appreciated the luggage storage while I was visiting islands.
I didn't choose breakfast as there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the beach and the centre. Everything was good but quite noisy, as my room faced the main street and the walls were quite thin.
Overall, a decent stay for the price.

GGuest UserPleasant enough stay overall, with nice greenery and a decent location. There are cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance, which was convenient.
That said, I couldn’t shake the feeling that this place has a lot of unrealised potential. The pool area could be cleaned and maintained better, and the rooms feel a little tired. On entering the villa, I was slightly underwhelmed as it looked worn compared to the photos. The hot water was also not very hot, which was disappointing. In addition, some of the water taps and electrical sockets were poorly maintained, with a few hanging loose from the wall, which didn’t inspire confidence.
I noticed some criticism online about the receptionist (the girl wearing the headdress), but I personally found her pleasant enough. I suspect she treats guests how they treat her.
It would have been nice to receive assistance with luggage between reception and the room, though this is a minor point.
For the price I paid, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless it was significantly cheaper. It was decent enough, but with some investment and better upkeep, it could be much better.

GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing!
It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture.
The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition.
The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area.
The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.
