IIvy_Oh1. Located just opposite Guiyang West Yan'an Bus station, which is convenient for tourist to take coach to propular attractions like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Zhenyuan Ancient Town, XiJiangQianHu Miao Village.. etc.
2. Surrounded with many local food stalls
3. Metro line #2 and 3 just short distance away
4. Hotel staff looks busy at all time, even though there is no guest there
5. Free coffee and tea served at the reception area, many times either the coffee machine is out of water or out of milk which make things frustrated especially when you are in the hurry and the hotel staff are busy
6. Free laundry service : 4 washers & 4 dryers
7. Hotel also provide supper from 2130 to 2300
8. Room size is slightly below my expectation. The advertisement photo shows 1 can of free soft drink and 2 bottles tea drinks in the mini fridge for my room type, somehow it's not the case. When I asked the hotel staff, the respond was soft drink/bottle tea drinks will not be provided for my room type, but they can provide to me if I insist of having it. I told the guy NO if my booking does not have it, instead I asked the staff to feedback to the Management to remove the photo away as not to mislead the Customer

This is my 1st time staying in ATour will a little disappointment in their service. However, I will not rude them out!

LLeduo♬Fantastic hotel experience! The air conditioning, whether for cooling or heating, worked quickly and had a gentle, comfortable airflow – not stuffy or dry at all. The soundproofing was also excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or the street, which made for a very peaceful rest. I didn't hear any outside sounds at night, and the room itself was clean, tidy, and free of any strange odors, with fresh air. It was a really comfortable stay. The soundproofing is truly outstanding, I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserIt's genuinely rare to find such a great hotel. I initially booked it just to try it out for a couple of days while visiting Guiyang, planning to switch hotels, but I immediately decided to stay put after arriving. We arrived quite late, after afternoon tea had finished, but the bartender was still very enthusiastic and made us two cocktails. The room was very clean; despite continuous rain, I expected it to be damp, but it was surprisingly comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful, always ready to assist with any issues we had. The restaurant has long opening hours, and the food was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guiyang.

GGuest UserWe arrived in the afternoon from the city center, and couldn't figure out how to exit the subway station. After calling the front desk, they advised us that exit A2 was the easiest way. It only took a few minutes to walk to the hotel, which was more convenient than I expected. When we got there, it wasn't too busy, and the staff were friendlier than I anticipated. During check-in, they kindly told us about the hotel's breakfast times. I hadn't considered breakfast when booking, but the front desk staff, Xiao Wang, offered a member-rate breakfast which was quite a good deal, much cheaper than buying it outright – big thumbs up for that! Haha. Plus, there's Guichu Sour Soup Beef right next to the hotel, so we just went there for dinner. The hotel room card gets you a 10% discount, though I felt a group purchase online was still a bit more cost-effective. Oh, and the hotel's airport shuttle needs to be booked in advance; it's not available 24/7. We booked our shuttle for the next day at the front desk when we checked in. It only took a few minutes to get to the airport, which was very convenient. This trip to Guizhou was a great experience; everyone here seems so warm and hospitable. I'd love to visit this city again if I get the chance!

Cleanliness: Very clean.
Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. To my surprise, they proactively upgraded me to a deluxe room (a tip: if you want to push the twin beds together, don't upgrade, as you can't move the beds after an upgrade). They also gave my child a pony toy and local specialty, Cili jelly, making us feel right at home.
Breakfast started at 6:30 AM for those catching early high-speed trains. The food was quite varied and delicious! My child was initially disappointed that the fried rice was gone, but then they brought out fried noodles, which were stir-fried perfectly with great wok hei! The crispy duck was also incredibly tasty! Guests who couldn't eat on-site could even get a takeaway! Very thoughtful.
Guiyang North Station Drop-off: I initially thought they only offered drop-off service, but then I received a call from the hotel saying they also offered complimentary pick-up service, which was incredibly thoughtful! If you need a drop-off in the morning, it's recommended to book a day in advance, otherwise, it might be fully booked. Also, it's best to communicate with the hotel early on the day of departure to ensure the vehicle is arranged properly.

MM432712****The room's environment and hygiene were excellent, and the buffet was also very good. The front desk lady and the manager were very friendly. The room type we initially booked didn't have a window, but after discussing it, they upgraded our room. The room came with noise-canceling earplugs and disposable toilet seat covers, which was very thoughtful. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. The location is also very convenient, close to the provincial hospital, making it easy for medical visits.

11588500****The overall environment was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. However, because it was a weekend, some other tourists were drinking and talking very loudly late at night. We were staying on the first floor, and they were making a lot of noise in our vicinity and in the stairwell, causing a disturbance for quite some time. Otherwise, it was fine.

CcdaisyThe hotel entrance is right at the entrance of Qingyun Road Pedestrian Street. Once you get your bearings, you can cut through from the convenience store on the other side, which makes the location quite good and very convenient. However, I'm not a fan of hotels that rent several floors in a high-rise building because anyone can go up. While there's a security gate at the front desk, it has nothing to do with the elevators, so what's the point of it?
The room itself was well-equipped and new, but I fault myself for not checking carefully when booking – it had no windows. If that's something you care about, definitely pay attention, as this room type is also quite small. The cleanliness needs improvement; I found small bugs three times, and one even crawled out of the tissue box.
The service was decent; the front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic when I checked in.

Suggest dispenser. Large room. The sofa covers need changing. Sofa cover wasted. Prepare shower slippers. Chair rocking. No guests laundry. The city views are great .See through glass shower cubicle. Price reasonable. Metro station right at your footsteps.
