This is a new hotel in a great location — right opposite is the bus station with routes to other cities. There is a morning market with variety of local breakfast and snack. Among all the Atour hotels I’ve stayed at in Guiyang, this is by far the most comfortable. We checked in late, and the staff warmly welcomed us with hot tea, which was such a nice touch. Our room faced the main street, yet it was wonderfully quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The hotel also offers convenient laundry service — after washing, the staff even helped transfer our clothes to dry cleaning and personally delivered them back to our room. We really appreciated their thoughtful service. At night, from 9 to 11 pm, the hotel serves complimentary supper, and the lobby always has free coffee and tea available. Facilities: Very new and exceptionally clean. Ambiance: Tucked away in a quiet corner of the city center, it's very peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep without any disturbances. Service: The staff are incredibly warm and friendly; they greet you with a nod and a smile every time you see them. They're also very helpful with most basic facility services you might need. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! It's even better than what you'd find at some five-star hotels! Plus, it caters well to younger tastes, and with a super long breakfast window from 7 AM to 12 PM, it's perfect. Overall, the attitude is excellent, and it's definitely a hotel worth revisiting in Guiyang!

This was not an ordinary hotel stay. It became something I will remember for the rest of my life. I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away. When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered. What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip. In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step. This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be. I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

The Atour Hotel (Qianling East Road, Guiyang) is located near the Pingshuichi area. I arrived close to midnight, but the streets were still bustling with activity, and the aroma of street food filled the air, immediately lifting my spirits. Once I got into my room, I was impressed by the excellent soundproofing; the city's hustle and bustle instantly faded away, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast the next day was incredibly varied, featuring local specialties like rice noodles, porcini mushrooms, and fermented tofu. Ctrip also provided a complimentary coffee on the terrace, which was a lovely touch!

This hotel definitely isn't high-end, but personally, I found it incredibly convenient and great value for money. I ended up staying here three times due to my travel itinerary. The dining and facilities largely met my travel needs. The front desk staff proactively confirmed my booking based on my order and asked if I needed airport/station pick-up. I was offered tea upon check-in, and the directions for the requested drop-off were clear. They handled issues promptly. Among the staff, Jingjing and Xiao Han were particularly helpful and made me feel very well taken care of. The room service was excellent. On my first stay, March 23rd, I had trouble with the laundry machine that evening, and two staff members actively helped me operate it. My clothes had oil stains, and they even went to the restaurant to get some dish soap for me. On another occasion, I returned late from sightseeing, around 10 PM, to do laundry, but all the machines were in use. A young man working the night shift took my room number and offered to do it for me. The next morning, my clothes were already in a laundry bag, hung on my door. I extended my stay until the 10th, and the driver who took me to the station on that day actively helped with my luggage. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names and forgot to write a review for them. If possible, I hope management can look into this and give them some recognition. Thank you!

The room's environment and hygiene were excellent, and the buffet was also very good. The front desk lady and the manager were very friendly. The room type we initially booked didn't have a window, but after discussing it, they upgraded our room. The room came with noise-canceling earplugs and disposable toilet seat covers, which was very thoughtful. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. The location is also very convenient, close to the provincial hospital, making it easy for medical visits.

Choosing the twin room at Manxuan Inn for our family trip to Qingyan Ancient Town was such a wise decision! The room had its own small living room, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The lake view of the inn truly lived up to its name; strolling along the lake and letting the kids run wild in the garden was even more pleasant than visiting tourist attractions. The complimentary ethnic costume selfie experience and afternoon tea were a delightful surprise; my wife took many beautiful photos in Miao clothing! The service was exceptionally thoughtful, making our family trip particularly enjoyable.

Five-star review! I stayed at Orange Hotel for a business trip and forgot my charger. The staff went out of their way to mail it back to me, even covering the shipping cost, and included a small souvenir. I was deeply touched and wanted to express my gratitude and pass on the kindness.

Greentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a peaceful night's rest. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and shop nearby. The hot water in the bathroom was stable, and the amenities were complete. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.
