LLeduo♬Fantastic hotel experience! The air conditioning, whether for cooling or heating, worked quickly and had a gentle, comfortable airflow – not stuffy or dry at all. The soundproofing was also excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or the street, which made for a very peaceful rest. I didn't hear any outside sounds at night, and the room itself was clean, tidy, and free of any strange odors, with fresh air. It was a really comfortable stay. The soundproofing is truly outstanding, I highly recommend it!

IIvy_Oh1. Located just opposite Guiyang West Yan'an Bus station, which is convenient for tourist to take coach to propular attractions like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Zhenyuan Ancient Town, XiJiangQianHu Miao Village.. etc.
2. Surrounded with many local food stalls
3. Metro line #2 and 3 just short distance away
4. Hotel staff looks busy at all time, even though there is no guest there
5. Free coffee and tea served at the reception area, many times either the coffee machine is out of water or out of milk which make things frustrated especially when you are in the hurry and the hotel staff are busy
6. Free laundry service : 4 washers & 4 dryers
7. Hotel also provide supper from 2130 to 2300
8. Room size is slightly below my expectation. The advertisement photo shows 1 can of free soft drink and 2 bottles tea drinks in the mini fridge for my room type, somehow it's not the case. When I asked the hotel staff, the respond was soft drink/bottle tea drinks will not be provided for my room type, but they can provide to me if I insist of having it. I told the guy NO if my booking does not have it, instead I asked the staff to feedback to the Management to remove the photo away as not to mislead the Customer

GGuest UserJust a few minutes' drive from Jiangjunshan High-Speed Rail Station, the environment here is great. I booked this hotel after reading some good reviews, and I'm glad I did. The front desk service was excellent and very professional. The hotel itself, along with its basic amenities, is really good, and the best part is the incredibly low price – amazing value for money! It was a fantastic stay. Plus, the hotel food was quite good, and they even serve it until noon, which is perfect because I usually miss hotel breakfasts since I wake up late. All in all, a wonderful experience, definitely recommend!

LLexielilyThis was not an ordinary hotel stay. It became something I will remember for the rest of my life.
I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away.
When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered.
What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed.
At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip.
In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step.
This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing.
I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be.
I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

DdlzqlyqThis hotel definitely isn't high-end, but personally, I found it incredibly convenient and great value for money. I ended up staying here three times due to my travel itinerary. The dining and facilities largely met my travel needs. The front desk staff proactively confirmed my booking based on my order and asked if I needed airport/station pick-up. I was offered tea upon check-in, and the directions for the requested drop-off were clear. They handled issues promptly. Among the staff, Jingjing and Xiao Han were particularly helpful and made me feel very well taken care of. The room service was excellent. On my first stay, March 23rd, I had trouble with the laundry machine that evening, and two staff members actively helped me operate it. My clothes had oil stains, and they even went to the restaurant to get some dish soap for me. On another occasion, I returned late from sightseeing, around 10 PM, to do laundry, but all the machines were in use. A young man working the night shift took my room number and offered to do it for me. The next morning, my clothes were already in a laundry bag, hung on my door. I extended my stay until the 10th, and the driver who took me to the station on that day actively helped with my luggage. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names and forgot to write a review for them. If possible, I hope management can look into this and give them some recognition. Thank you!

HHetangliyingPassing through Guiyang, I chose a hotel in a pretty central location. It's super convenient for getting anywhere from here. The facilities and decor have a lot of character and attention to detail. The staff, especially the ladies, were so lovely and the breakfast was good too! Very satisfied! We were staying on the first floor, and they were making a lot of noise in our vicinity and in the stairwell, causing a disturbance for quite some time. Otherwise, it was fine.

CcdaisyThe hotel entrance is right at the entrance of Qingyun Road Pedestrian Street. Once you get your bearings, you can cut through from the convenience store on the other side, which makes the location quite good and very convenient. However, I'm not a fan of hotels that rent several floors in a high-rise building because anyone can go up. While there's a security gate at the front desk, it has nothing to do with the elevators, so what's the point of it?
The room itself was well-equipped and new, but I fault myself for not checking carefully when booking – it had no windows. If that's something you care about, definitely pay attention, as this room type is also quite small. The cleanliness needs improvement; I found small bugs three times, and one even crawled out of the tissue box.
The service was decent; the front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic when I checked in.
