Atour hotels are always a great choice for family trips and business travel. The mattresses and pillows are, as always, incredibly comfortable, and all the facilities you could need are available. The washer-dryer combo was a lifesaver, especially with the rainy weather in Guizhou. I was also really happy with the location this time – there's an entire street full of amazing food, and it's just a short walk to the famous Fountain Square. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise too; the sour soup noodles are definitely worth trying, and the coffee was pretty good. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

Located just opposite Guiyang West Yan'an Bus station, which is convenient for tourist to take coach to propular attractions like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Zhenyuan Ancient Town, XiJiangQianHu Miao Village.. etc. 2. Surrounded with many local food stalls 3. Metro line #2 and 3 just short distance away 4. Hotel staff looks busy at all time, even though there is no guest there 5. Free coffee and tea served at the reception area, many times either the coffee machine is out of water or out of milk which make things frustrated especially when you are in the hurry and the hotel staff are busy 6. Free laundry service : 4 washers & 4 dryers 7. Hotel also provide supper from 2130 to 2300 8. Room size is slightly below my expectation. The advertisement photo shows 1 can of free soft drink and 2 bottles tea drinks in the mini fridge for my room type, somehow it's not the case. When I asked the hotel staff, the respond was soft drink/bottle tea drinks will not be provided for my room type, but they can provide to me if I insist of having it. I told the guy NO if my booking does not have it, instead I asked the staff to feedback to the Management to remove the photo away as not to mislead the Customer 9. Did not purchase their breakfast and so unable to comment much 10. The gym area looks ok This is my 1st time staying in ATour will a little disappointment in their service. However, I will not rude them out!

I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away. When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered. What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip. In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step. This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be. I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

I had recently come on a holiday to the city and stayed here for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were well and without issue. On the last night, i was unfortunate enough to encounter a rat in my room. It had managed to escape through a hole under the sink and I was told that all rooms had this feature when I was requesting for a replacement room. Even the replacement had issues as the wifi did not have connectivity which caused their smart room functions to not work all the way till checkout. Also, rooms do not have a line to the front desk and communication with them is only through wechat. As such, it will be difficult for travelers who do not know mandarin to have a quick response to issues easily. I encountered my room key to not be able to open my room almost every afternoon and had to face the inconvenience of either going to the front desk or waiting for the staff to come up to provide a replacement key, where both options took substantial time due to the slow lifts. Also, the gym was not in a good condition and the breakfast was plain and repetitive. I have to commend the hotel staff for their positive attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever issues arose, but I felt they were let down by the infrastructure and setup and could only be apologetic a lot of the time. It is a new hotel, so hopefully they might be able to fix these teething issues and provide future guests with a more positive experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem that I've stayed at multiple times, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. Its location is a major highlight, being very close to the train station and within walking distance of the subway, making public transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel's interior is meticulously maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet and elegant, never feeling noisy. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and fresh ingredients, providing plenty of choices. It's an excellent option whether you're on a short trip or just passing through.

The room's environment and hygiene were excellent, and the buffet was also very good. The front desk lady and the manager were very friendly. The room type we initially booked didn't have a window, but after discussing it, they upgraded our room. The room came with noise-canceling earplugs and disposable toilet seat covers, which was very thoughtful. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. The location is also very convenient, close to the provincial hospital, making it easy for medical visits.

Choosing the twin room at Manxuan Inn for our family trip to Qingyan Ancient Town was such a wise decision! The room had its own small living room, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The lake view of the inn truly lived up to its name; strolling along the lake and letting the kids run wild in the garden was even more pleasant than visiting tourist attractions. The complimentary ethnic costume selfie experience and afternoon tea were a delightful surprise; my wife took many beautiful photos in Miao clothing! The service was exceptionally thoughtful, making our family trip particularly enjoyable.

They were incredibly responsive and accommodating to all requests, which made me feel very well taken care of. 2. **Environment:** The hotel's location is excellent – peaceful yet central, with beautiful views from the window. The lobby decor is grand, and the soundproofing in the room was surprisingly good. It was incredibly quiet at night, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning without any disturbances. 3. **Hygiene:** The cleanliness was impeccable! The room was spotless, the sheets and duvet covers were sparkling white and odor-free. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the vanity and mirror were polished to a shine. Even the corners were clean, making for a very reassuring stay. 4. **Facilities:** The room facilities are very new and highly intelligent, with one-touch control for lights and curtains. The mattress was just right – not too hard, not too soft – making for a very comfortable sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong, and there was plenty of hot water. The TV and Wi-Fi speeds were both fast, perfectly meeting the needs for both business and leisure. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommended!

Greentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

The room was spotless and very spacious. What's most important is the convenient location; the subway station is right outside, perfect for independent travelers relying on public transport. There are plenty of snack options nearby, including a whole street dedicated to food, catering to all tastes. All in all, it's incredibly convenient! The front desk staff was also amazing; I had too much stuff to carry when checking out, and the lady at the front desk even helped me send a package home.
