I rarely leave reviews, but I *had* to give a shout-out to this incredibly warm and welcoming guesthouse! **Ambiance:** Located within the ancient city, it boasts its own charming courtyard and Kashgar-style decor. There's a subtle, pleasant aroma as soon as you step in, instantly making you feel relaxed and at ease. **Cleanliness:** Every room was spotless. Due to a last-minute booking, I ended up staying in three different room types, but every single one was impeccably clean. It's clear the owner has high standards for hygiene. **Service:** There are so many lovely staff members here! They are incredibly enthusiastic yet always respect your space. Every day, I'd return to a delightful spread of snacks and drinks! Even if I missed breakfast, they'd save a meal for me! What's more, be it breakfast, afternoon tea, or cocktails, everything was excellent – not just thrown together, but clearly made with great care and passion for running a guesthouse. Since my flight was in the late afternoon, the guesthouse even proactively offered a late checkout so I could get some extra rest! I was still being showered with treats before I left, and I even snagged a jar of their floral tea to take with me! 🙉 They'd always proactively ask about airport transfers, unlike many places where you have to request it. Plus, there's a special local souvenir when you check out! Since it's in the ancient city, the staff even handle luggage transport, so you don't have to worry about dragging your bags to the guesthouse yourself. 🥰 I've already recommended this place to all my girlfriends! If I ever come back, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this guesthouse again! Honestly, it was the most comfortable and enjoyable stay I had during my entire trip to Southern Xinjiang! 😍

The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. After making a reservation in advance, the clerk contacted me to understand my hotel needs, which was very heart-warming. The location of the hotel is easy to find. After renting a car, you can follow the navigation to the hotel. Parking is free. The surrounding area is very new. There are restaurants and shops which are very convenient. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration style is very unique and novel. It starts as soon as you enter the gate. I couldn’t stop taking photos of all kinds, and the children also liked it very much. Manager Zhang’s service was very good. Knowing that I was bringing children, he specially arranged a parent-child room for me to experience. Thank you very much. The decoration style of the room is very simple and there is no peculiar smell. Extra slippers and toothbrushes are provided for the children. The quality is also very good. There is a gym and laundry room on the 3rd floor, which is really complete. I also went to experience the buffet breakfast in the morning. The time is from 8 to 11 o'clock. I didn't expect that it was still dark at 8 o'clock. The breakfast is buffet. Although the place is not big, it is rich enough. The snacks and dishes are very good. Well, there are also special plates for children. In short, the experience is very good, the current stay is also very cost-effective, and the photos are particularly good. I will choose this place again if I have the chance and recommend it to other friends who need to stay here.

Facilities: The style here is unique and one-of-a-kind in Kashgar. Unlike the rigidity of hotels or the overwhelming soft furnishings of other guesthouses, it has a very stylish feel. Sitting in the lobby allows you to slow down. I especially enjoyed listening to the landlady tell stories; you can tell she loves Kashgar and is passionate about her profession. Cleanliness: Very clean, refreshing, and comfortable. The rooms are minimalist in style, with plenty of hot water, heating, and central air conditioning (both hot and cold). The overall atmosphere is very refreshing. You can lie down and watch a movie in the evening – so comfortable and relaxing. Environment: The overall space feels very spacious, with an open view in the center, which I loved. I especially want to praise the carpets – all thick and high-quality wool carpets, including several handmade wool rugs – beautiful! Overall Experience: Staying in a guesthouse is essential for truly experiencing the local culture in a new place. I stayed for three nights and quickly felt at home. Every time I returned, someone greeted me warmly and left the door and lights on for me. The manager and owner were very helpful, offering recommendations on good food and fun activities! The service was top-notch! I didn't expect to find such a wonderful guesthouse in Kashgar! I'll definitely come back again! Also, one more thing: the guesthouse breakfast was delicious! They specially cooked dishes for us early in the morning, which was very satisfying. The next day, they even asked us what we wanted for breakfast and offered to customize it! Thank you so much! Having family around when we traveled made this trip so much better!

The hotel is superb, the room is clean, and the sleep is very good, especially the service point of Miss Haas at the front desk, very warm and enthusiastic, a perfect business trip. Because of the full service, it makes me have an infinite good mood and a full love for Kashgar. I hope that everyone who comes to Kashgar in the future can also get a full of happiness here. The hotel is really clean and tidy, the bed makes me a little messy and I won't shoot 😉

This hotel is conveniently located near the old town, making it easy to explore. The room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, offering comfort, practicality, and an aesthetic appeal. The room cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff's service attitude is excellent.

I absolutely LOVED staying at this hotel. It was in a brilliant location close to everything. It was right near Kashgar Tower and the Ancient City with lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The rooms were very comfortable, modern and exceptionally clean. The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful and very obliging in everything they did. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely with so much to choose from. All of the staff were absolutely 5-star in their professionalism and were happy to help me find my way around Kashgar. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you are visiting Kashgar, you won't be disappointed if you stay at this beautiful property. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay. I hope to come back one day. The hotel is very close to the East Gate of the ancient city, making it convenient for watching the gate opening performance and exploring the old town. There's a large public parking lot behind the hotel, and you can get free parking by having the front desk register your license plate when you enter and exit. The hotel itself is understated and elegant, with candy and tea available at the front desk. The staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive. The rooms are clean and hygienic; some are a bit compact, but the space for personal belongings has been well-considered, and facilities are comprehensive. A welcome message for the guest even appears on the TV screen, which shows a thoughtful touch. In the evening, light meals and late-night snacks can be prepared upon request, and breakfast is quite varied. If you're not traveling during peak season, the value for money might be even better.

Right downstairs is the Kuntara (Hotel/Tower). Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Comfortable, quiet, and cozy Service: Warm, including airport pick-up/drop-off Very close to the Old City, with plenty of places to explore in the evening. Lots of convenient food options, and the breakfast selection is also very rich.

Clean, spacious, and quiet – this hotel is conveniently located near the less commercialized western part of the old town. The housekeeping staff did an exceptionally thorough and thoughtful job, exceeding my expectations.

Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped, with floor heating, so no need for AC in winter. The shower has great water pressure and drains quickly. Cleanliness: Spotless, no hair, no water stains. Environment: Great, with many dining options nearby and convenient transportation. Service: Good, they patiently answered all questions, and breakfast was nice. Guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM.
