GGuest UserThe hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. After making a reservation in advance, the clerk contacted me to understand my hotel needs, which was very heart-warming. The location of the hotel is easy to find. After renting a car, you can follow the navigation to the hotel. Parking is free. The surrounding area is very new. There are restaurants and shops which are very convenient. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration style is very unique and novel. It starts as soon as you enter the gate. I couldn’t stop taking photos of all kinds, and the children also liked it very much. Manager Zhang’s service was very good. Knowing that I was bringing children, he specially arranged a parent-child room for me to experience. Thank you very much. The decoration style of the room is very simple and there is no peculiar smell. Extra slippers and toothbrushes are provided for the children. The quality is also very good. There is a gym and laundry room on the 3rd floor, which is really complete. I also went to experience the buffet breakfast in the morning. The time is from 8 to 11 o'clock. I didn't expect that it was still dark at 8 o'clock. The breakfast is buffet. Although the place is not big, it is rich enough. The snacks and dishes are very good. Well, there are also special plates for children. In short, the experience is very good, the current stay is also very cost-effective, and the photos are particularly good. I will choose this place again if I have the chance and recommend it to other friends who need to stay here.

XxwwwxxxThe staff were all very helpful and efficient, always responsive to requests. During my stay, there was a rattling sound from the wind because my room was close to the window, and when I asked to change rooms, they quickly helped resolve the issue.
While the lobby and staircases were aesthetically pleasing, the guesthouse's facilities and cleanliness were significantly inadequate for the price (1200+ RMB):
- Monotonous Breakfast: I booked a room for three days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every morning. Milk was only provided upon request, and during peak hours, plates and food were scarce, requiring me to wait for staff to prepare more.
- Poor Room Hygiene: The shower drain in the bathroom had a foul odor and had to be covered with the hotel's silicone mat; there was grime and dirt at the bathroom entrance; there were cobwebs and spider webs in the room; the sink had grout lines and the walls had many cracks.
- Disposable Amenities Not Provided Daily: I had to contact the staff each day to request replacements.
- Inflated Price: The price at the Atour Hotel during the same period in China was around 850 RMB. My high expectations for this guesthouse were dashed.

GGuest UserI have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness.
First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room.
I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent.
There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window.
Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

GGuest UserThis hotel, part of the Jinjiang chain, boasts a beautiful environment and comes equipped with a laundry room and gym. Its location is ideal, directly opposite the East Gate of Kashgar Old City, making it incredibly convenient to catch the morning opening ceremony on foot. The room itself is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Inside, you can control curtains, lights, and other amenities by voice. The TV supports screen mirroring and is compatible with most video streaming apps. A thoughtful touch is the humidifier, so you don't have to worry about dry air after using the air conditioning.

HHanhanbabaermaGreat location, right across from the old town, and next to Kunlun Tower and the 'Meet Kashi' show. Parking was also very convenient. The staff were enthusiastic and provided excellent service, and the breakfast selection was quite rich. The only minor issue was a constant, fan-like noise in the room, which became particularly noticeable when it quieted down at night. But overall, it's a small flaw that doesn't detract from the experience; I'd still recommend it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular 小艾 who helped us on check in and was very attentive to our needs through the stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city

GGuest UserThis is the hotel to stay at when you come to Kashgar! The location is super convenient, right outside the Old City, and close to Kunlun Tower and the Ferris Wheel. The decor blends Uyghur characteristics with modern simplicity, with intricate carvings and carpets that show great attention to detail. The room has full smart home amenities and excellent soundproofing, so after a day of exploring the plateau, you can get a really good rest. Breakfast offers everything from 'gangzi rou' (pork in a pot) and milk tea to Cantonese dim sum, and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. The value for money is exceptional. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting southern Xinjiang.

The breakfast was quite generous, the restaurant was spacious, the self-service laundry room was also spacious, and the friendly front desk lady was very nice and approachable. Unfortunately, the room wasn't quiet. I originally booked a large room with a view of East Lake Park, but the soundproofing was poor. The noise from the dump trucks on the road kept me awake at night, so I had to wake up in the early morning to request a room change. We were given a room facing the courtyard, and I thought that would be enough, but the low-pitched noise of the air conditioner was heard! I finally took half a sleeping pill to fall asleep! I spent the day exploring the ancient city and yawned the entire time.

Our room had good natural light and ventilation, and it was nice and quiet. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the whole room was tidy and odor-free. The front desk staff were professional and gentle, genuinely warm and welcoming. They were quick to respond and provided meticulous service. We had an excellent stay and a fantastic experience. It's definitely worth coming back to again and again.

MMozate.renThe front desk staff were extremely friendly, and the restaurants they recommended were excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, and the laundry facilities were convenient and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard, but its proximity to the ancient city is a huge plus. The East Gate is just a short walk across the street, making it incredibly convenient for catching the opening ceremony and dining. The hotel also provides complimentary traditional outfits for guests to take photos in. They were so stunning that they even caught the eye of a police officer when I was taking photos in the ancient city! What's more, I later found out the hotel dry-cleans all the outfits before displaying them for the next guest, which is fantastic!
