4-Star Hotels in Kashgar City

Facilities: The style here is unique and one-of-a-kind in Kashgar. Unlike the rigidity of hotels or the overwhelming soft furnishings of other guesthouses, it has a very stylish feel. Sitting in the lobby allows you to slow down. I especially enjoyed listening to the landlady tell stories; you can tell she loves Kashgar and is passionate about her profession. Cleanliness: Very clean, refreshing, and comfortable. The rooms are minimalist in style, with plenty of hot water, heating, and central air conditioning (both hot and cold). The overall atmosphere is very refreshing. You can lie down and watch a movie in the evening – so comfortable and relaxing. Environment: The overall space feels very spacious, with an open view in the center, which I loved. I especially want to praise the carpets – all thick and high-quality wool carpets, including several handmade wool rugs – beautiful! Overall Experience: Staying in a guesthouse is essential for truly experiencing the local culture in a new place. I stayed for three nights and quickly felt at home. Every time I returned, someone greeted me warmly and left the door and lights on for me. The manager and owner were very helpful, offering recommendations on good food and fun activities! The service was top-notch! I didn't expect to find such a wonderful guesthouse in Kashgar! I'll definitely come back again! Also, one more thing: the guesthouse breakfast was delicious! They specially cooked dishes for us early in the morning, which was very satisfying. The next day, they even asked us what we wanted for breakfast and offered to customize it! Thank you so much! Having family around when we traveled made this trip so much better!

The front desk service is good, especially Adila is warm and friendly. I originally booked one day, and then added two days. It is clean, the environment is good, and the room is comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time.

Out of my four days and three nights in Kashgar, I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The middle night was spent in Tashkurgan. After coming down from the Pamir Highway, it would be late at night before I could get back to Kashgar. I originally thought about going back to Tashkurgan for another night, but even my seasoned driver insisted on returning to Kashgar to stay at this hotel. The hotel truly feels like a home away from home. The front desk ladies are kind and gentle, the security guards are very welcoming, and the housekeeping staff warmly greet you when you see them. The two nights I stayed here were the most restful sleeps I've had since arriving in Xinjiang. The breakfast is a rich blend of Chinese and Western options. If I ever visit Kashgar again, I will definitely choose Kyriad Hotel.

The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. After making a reservation in advance, the clerk contacted me to understand my hotel needs, which was very heart-warming. The location of the hotel is easy to find. After renting a car, you can follow the navigation to the hotel. Parking is free. The surrounding area is very new. There are restaurants and shops which are very convenient. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration style is very unique and novel. It starts as soon as you enter the gate. I couldn’t stop taking photos of all kinds, and the children also liked it very much. Manager Zhang’s service was very good. Knowing that I was bringing children, he specially arranged a parent-child room for me to experience. Thank you very much. The decoration style of the room is very simple and there is no peculiar smell. Extra slippers and toothbrushes are provided for the children. The quality is also very good. There is a gym and laundry room on the 3rd floor, which is really complete. I also went to experience the buffet breakfast in the morning. The time is from 8 to 11 o'clock. I didn't expect that it was still dark at 8 o'clock. The breakfast is buffet. Although the place is not big, it is rich enough. The snacks and dishes are very good. Well, there are also special plates for children. In short, the experience is very good, the current stay is also very cost-effective, and the photos are particularly good. I will choose this place again if I have the chance and recommend it to other friends who need to stay here.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the East Gate of the Old Town, about nine o'clock. You can cross the street to get to the ancient city. There are many great restaurants nearby, and several of them are really delicious. The hotel facilities and breakfast are both excellent.

First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's super convenient for getting to both the East and West districts, and really accessible to other attractions too. Plus, there's parking available if you're renting a car. Secondly, the rooms are quite smart and very cozy, and the service is exceptionally friendly. Finally, the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes delicious – it's one of the few hotels where I've actually gone back for seconds! And a bonus, you can even pack some to go.

The room was clean and well-maintained with a good separation between the wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The overall environment was pleasant, and both the front desk staff and housekeeping service were excellent. We originally booked for two nights, but my family was so happy that we extended our stay for another night, and they even offered complimentary breakfast! While the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, near an auto parts market, the price was very reasonable, and it was still convenient to drive to Kashgar Old City.

The room was exactly as pictured, and the upgraded room type was even more spacious. It had a smart toilet, and the shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Even though the window faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all. After more than ten days of traveling in Xinjiang, I had long run out of my own lotion. Only three hotels on my trip provided lotion, so when I discovered this one did, I was genuinely thrilled! Finally, I could relieve the dryness and itchiness on my legs – huge praise for that! The front desk staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was quite good too. Plus, they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is super convenient. While a taxi to the airport isn't expensive, having this service just feels incredibly thoughtful.

The hotel's location is great! It's right next to Kunlun Tower and very close to the East Gate of the Old City, maybe a 10-minute walk at most. Gaotai Residences are just across the road. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including a whole street dedicated to pigeon soup. The navigation was accurate, taking me to the closest parking spot to the hotel, and parking was free after registering my license plate number when leaving. The room was nice and quite spacious. However, when I arrived at 3 PM, the room wasn't ready yet, so I had to wait in the lobby.

I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
