"This Atour Hotel was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to southern Xinjiang. It's located near the old city, very close by walking distance. There were also two restaurants I planned to visit right next to the hotel, which was a wonderful surprise! The restaurants were all delicious and satisfying! The hotel breakfast, service, and bedding were all perfect! I highly recommend staying at this Atour Hotel in Kashgar!"

GGuest UserThe team at Munage went above and beyond all expectations. We were met at the gate of the old city with a cart that took all our suitcases after a long and arduous border crossing from Kyrgyzstan. Upon reaching the accommodations, there was fruit and drinks waiting for us which set the tone for the stay. We were having issues with a misspelled name on our departing flight booking. Ah Zhe promptly took over the problem and shooed us out to explore while he called the airline relentlessly in order to solve our problem. By the next day, he sent us the confirmation of the corrected airline booking, which was after many hours of being on hold on the airline helpdesk. I have never ever had a hotel staff so willingly take over my travel issues with such ownership. This is hospitality of the highest order. On our last day, they had gifts for us and even booked and paid for our car to the airport. This standard of service is impossible to beat.

AAnonymous UserOverall, I was satisfied. Even though the road leading to the East Gate from the hotel was under construction, the location is still excellent. Taking a shortcut towards the main road, and then turning, you can immediately see the East Gate. It's within walking distance, which is very convenient for tourists who want to see the East Gate's opening ceremony.
What I appreciated most was their breakfast. The variety was good, with a coffee machine, salad, yogurt, vegetables, and fruit, basically meeting all dietary needs. We relied on breakfast daily for our vegetable intake. We stayed for several days and were pleasantly surprised to find that the breakfast menu changed daily.
Kashgar is very dry, so the humidifier in the room was essential. Also, with the outdoor sand and dust, I really didn't want to open the windows, but the air circulation in the room was quite good.
I suggest improving the lighting in the bathroom; it felt a bit dim.

GGuest UserOur last day in Southern Xinjiang was absolutely exhausting – an 11-hour drive from Aksu to the 'Westernmost Point,' then back to Kashgar. The moment we parked the car and walked into the hotel lobby, the tranquil and elegant atmosphere instantly melted away all our fatigue. After checking in at the front desk and getting our room cards, a young bellhop kindly helped us with our luggage all the way to our room and patiently explained how to use the smart voice control system. Our room had a large balcony directly facing Kunlun Tower, and the night view was simply stunning! The hotel's location is also excellent, about a kilometer from the East Gate of the Old City, making it super convenient for watching the opening ceremony and exploring Gaotai Ancient Homes. The most thoughtful touch was the free congee (century egg and lean pork congee, millet congee) and some light snacks offered in the evening. After days of non-stop kebabs and nang, this was an absolute lifesaver for our stomachs! 🌙
When we checked out, the bellhop again accompanied us to the roadside and helped us load our luggage into the car. Breakfast hours are long, and the variety is plentiful. And by the way, parking is extremely convenient.
All in all, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserDuring our trip to Xinjiang, Kashgar Wanda Yuehua is not the closest to the ancient city, nor the latest opening time, but in general, it can be said that it is the best hotel with the comprehensive experience. On the one hand, Wanda's unified management ensures that the hotel's maintenance and maintenance have reached a quite good level. On the other hand, the staff of this Yuehua Hotel are of high quality, warm hospitality and caring (the front desk has a QR code for the service work number, If you have any questions or needs, you can directly connect to the hotel team on WeChat, almost similar to the simple version of St. Regis butler service). So I have already stayed in other hotels later, and I have stayed back at the strong request of my parents. All aspects are very good, clean, quiet, parking lot has charging piles, the front desk has free dried fruit and warm tea, full score recommended!

The hotel is strategically located and conveniently located close to the main attractions and business districts. As soon as we entered the lobby, the warm and professional service of the front desk staff left a deep impression on us and checked in quickly and efficiently.
The room was spacious and bright and cleaned spotlessly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making us sleep well all night. The bathroom facilities are modern and tidy, and the design of dry and wet separation is very intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, delicious taste, providing a full day of energy.
The most commendable thing is the meticulous service of the staff, always smiling and responsive. This stay experience far exceeded expectations, the price is very high, it is highly recommended to all passengers, I will definitely choose here again next time!

GGuest UserThis hotel was a hidden gem on my trip to Kashgar, and my stay was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, right next to Kashgar Old City. It's just a few minutes' walk to the East Gate, making it super easy to catch the morning opening ceremony and convenient for exploring. The hotel's decor beautifully blends the rich ethnic styles of southern Xinjiang. The lobby is elegant and tasteful, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless. The bedding is soft and comfy, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and thoughtful, providing meticulous service and even sharing helpful local travel tips. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. For those driving, there's a huge free parking lot, and the thoughtful airport transfer service was a wonderful bonus. My stay here was full of happiness. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Kashgar; you can book it with your eyes closed – you won't be disappointed!

CComer the roamerWell, I was awoken at 10:15pm by the staff to confirm I was present in my room and gifted two waters and some fruit. I was then awoken again at 11:30pm by the staff and security at my door informing that the local authorities were in the lobby and would like to speak with me. I come to find out from the officers that the hotel had failed to input my name correctly into the local database based on my foreign passport. After a brief conversation, I was able to go back to bed for the 3rd time that evening at midnight. The next day I was plagued with a headache. The view was forgettable and the Japanese toilet smelled strange, but the shower was magnificent.

BBlade.around.the.worldI had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels.
Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter.
The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall.
The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.

GGuest UserI stayed at Moshang Hotel during a recent business trip, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience I've ever had! As soon as I walked into the lobby, the front desk staff warmly greeted me, and with a big smile, helped me check in. They even thoughtfully recommended some great local restaurants nearby. Upon entering my room, the bed was neatly made, all the amenities were perfectly arranged, and the bathroom was spotless and odor-free. It was incredibly comfortable.
The next morning, I went for breakfast, and the spread was extensive and delicious. While I was eating, I suddenly realized I had forgotten my phone. I was just about to get up and go back to my room to retrieve it, when a lovely staff member came over and said she had found my phone near the elevators. She even brought it directly to me! This was a huge help, and I was so incredibly grateful to her. Every aspect of my stay at this hotel made me feel secure and cared for. Next time I'm here on business, I'll definitely be staying again!
