4-Star Hotels in Ordos

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Warm welcome and excellent service from the staff. My car even got windscreen wash out inside before I left the next day! Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable. There was a convenience store next door too. Would recommend if you are in the area!

The hotel is about four kilometers away from the music fountain, 11 yuan by taxi, the door and the lobby are stylish, the room is large, the front desk service is warm, there is afternoon tea and supper, although simple but enough to show sincerity, breakfast is great, there are lamb roast wheat, sheep, copper pot milk tea and other Inner Mongolia specialties, I feel that I don't lose a five-star hotel, at least it is a proper four-star, I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

As a long-standing business hotel, its location is absolutely top-notch, right next to Wangfujing Department Store and Wanda Plaza. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service attitude is definitely first-class. I highly recommend the breakfast – a wide variety of dishes and delicious, especially the Chinese stir-fries. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ordos.

The first room I stayed in had a smelly bathroom, which was a hassle to get changed. The second room's shower temperature control was broken; no matter if I adjusted it to cold or hot, the water was scalding. After a day out, I was too tired to deal with it again, so I just put up with it and showered before bed. But seriously, with two different rooms having issues over two nights, is it really appropriate for me to give a five-star review?!

I'm so glad we booked our stay inside the Xiangshawan Desert Scenic Area! It made everything so incredibly easy. Each room came with 6 bottles of water, and the air conditioning was already on before we even arrived. Even though it's a yurt, the interior space is very large, and the private bathroom is super clean. The hotel's services were all excellent. The all-inclusive meals were not at all superficial; each meal featured local specialties like lamb offal soup, savory milk tea, and plenty of beef and lamb. The quality was on par with outside restaurants, and we all agreed their milk tea was the best we had during our entire trip. After a fun day exploring the two islands, returning to the hotel wasn't boring at all. In the evenings, there were disco parties, firework displays, and stargazing. Every event was well-organized and very entertaining. It truly lived up to its nickname, 'Desert Disney'! Definitely worth the trip!

This trip specially chose this hotel, the overall experience was particularly pleasant. There is no smell when entering the door, the desktop and bathroom corners are cleaned, the sound insulation effect is particularly good, and the corridor noise is not heard at all. The front desk lady is attentive and recommended local food. The price is far more than the same price hotel, has been recommended to friends, will stay here next time.

Facilities: The decoration is very new, the room is very small, how can the Dyson hair dryer be displayed on the platform? It is actually an ordinary brand. There are many rooms, but there is only one elevator. The laundry room is on the third floor, with two drum washing machines and two dryers. It shows that this is a four-star hotel, it feels better than Hanting, not as good as the whole season Atour, it is a Samsung hotel to me to score. Environment: There are a lot of mosquitoes on the first floor, and mosquitoes follow them into the elevator. Service: The service is generally average. There are many guests staying in the room, the restaurant is not big, and the breakfast replenishment speed is a bit slow. Mongolian milk tea in breakfast, fried dough sticks are delicious. There is a supermarket and several specialty shops around, and there are several charging piles in the parking lot at the entrance.

It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.  Reach out to hotel to book transportation. Thank you.

Awesome place for families. Family yurt was ideal and the Hero show was fantastic. The other shows and kids activities were also great. Beware limited eating choices but those there are decent enough. Ice cream and Dico’s available at the activities area. Also note you need to pay to get into the scenic area and activities/shows. We paid 268 per adult including 12 activities/shows. Kids under 1.3m are free. Oh and free to use washer/dryer was a godsend.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know. 1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good. As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!
