TTweety_This time our family's stay at the Fusha Island Resort in Shawan was beyond expectations, and because we came in the off-season, we had a very unique experience😝
First of all, the standard of service, really first class is not a joke, although we went to the off-season, the whole resort only me and two other girls from Guangdong, at first thought it would be very boring, but his resort provided many activities for us, especially the after-dinner carnival evening, a group of performers' cultural performance is very good, there is an interactive session in the middle, funny and happy children are playing very high🥳
Then a little late at night there is also a stargazing activity, can listen to the staff's explanation under a super beautiful starry sky is really blissful, although the temperature outside is very cold, but after drinking the staff provided hot drink indoors immediately warm ❤️
The next morning there was a sunrise viewing activity. In fact, although the staff had to get up so early, they could go out and watch it themselves, but they said they called the front desk 10 minutes in advance to ask about the weather conditions. It was really hard for them to arrange and prepare for us. So much 🙏🏻
Maybe you will say that it is taken for granted to pay such a high price for good service, but for such a sentimental person like me, I am really grateful for their efforts, so that you have such a wonderful experience for these two days and one night❤️
I also want to commend the staff and chef of the restaurant. Although I couldn't eat the buffet because of the small number of people, I was lucky enough to be able to eat the chef's first-class cooking skills. All the food was hot and fragrant. It was simply an emperor-class enjoyment. Honestly, we could have just gone out ourselves, but the staff still got up early to wait for us in the lobby and even prepared to check the weather for us ten minutes in advance. We really appreciate all the effort they put into the arrangements 🙏🏻
Some people might say that good service is expected when you pay a high price, but for someone emotional like me, I truly felt grateful for their care and kindness. It made our two‑day‑one‑night stay a beautiful and memorable experience ❤️

AAI CHEN CHUAAlthough this isn't the big brand name chain hotels, I had a great stay here as well. The beds are comfortable and the customer service at the reception is superb. The rooms are clean. The decor is chinese styled and cosy. Location wise isn't next to malls but you can find some shops and convenient shops within walking distance.

They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Environment: The location is a little off, it's a little far to go shopping, next to the huge wholesale market, there are many specialty stores downstairs
Sanitation: Very good, but there is no soap, and many things were not replenished after staying for another day, such as the toilet seat, etc.
Facilities: There is a makeup mirror, a refrigerator, and the facilities are quite complete. The hair dryer is actually a Dyson
Service: The front desk is rather stiff, without service awareness, and answers one question after another. It is suggested that there can be some changes in breakfast. There is a Mongolian breakfast. I saw the grilled sausage, but it was removed in one minute. I communicated with the waiter and he said it was nine o'clock and it was not provided. It was very rigid and inflexible. The service level really needs to be improved. Asked the front desk about afternoon tea.

We stayed in the yurt of the Qiyan tribe, which is a very... special yurt. The lobby and the corridor of the room are no different from those of ordinary hotels. After opening the room, we found that it was a yurt made of cement.
The sanitary conditions are average, the service is almost non-existent, and the meals are basically the fixed Guruge restaurant.
But the grassland is great, the fun is great (grass skiing, small train, feeding sheep, etc.), and the performance is great (the bonfire party opened my eyes, the flying acrobatics were amazing to the little actors, and the equestrian performance was stunned). The package is still worth it.
