Stayed many times, relatively new, clean facilities, the refreshments on the top floor all day are really intimate for Niu Matthew.
The service is very good. Every time I leave the store, the lady will remind me if I want to bring a bottle of water. It is warm in winter. It is really warm. 👍👍👍
The second one is the supply before catching the plane, and one person enjoys the entire restaurant alone 😂
It's also nice to make a pot of tea when you have time

GGuest UserI drove home for the New Year and encountered heavy snow, so I had to find a hotel to stay in halfway. My father and I took our three children and searched all the hotels with family rooms. This one seemed to have good value for money and was very close to the highway. The environment was the same as in the photos. As soon as the children entered the door, they jumped into various toys and couldn't wait to take off their shoes and clothes, sweeping away the tiredness and frustration of our journey. The children played by themselves, and my dad and I also had time to rest. I forgot to take pictures of the bunk beds, they were so childish. The hotel staff were very welcoming. They delivered warm mineral water, prepared snacks and fruits for the children, delivered warm hot water when we left, and gave the children and us New Year gifts. The child accidentally wet the bed and no one said anything. Temporary accommodation, no compromise at all.

AAimilidouI temporarily booked this hotel because of my passport. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was not only indifferent, she didn't even say ”Hello”, the most basic courtesy in the service industry. ! At first glance, it seems that they have not received professional training, which shows that the hotel is lacking in management. The hardware of the hotel is pretty good, the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. But it cannot make up for the lack of management.
I needed a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was very strong when I entered the room. The two ladies on duty were very helpful. They changed my room and opened the window for ventilation. Thank you for their help!
The breakfast was very good. The master chefs were all around. When they noticed that extra dishes were needed, they took care of it immediately, giving people a warm and professional feeling. The breakfast options are also good, including authentic haggis soup, milk tea, buckwheat noodles with mutton soup or tomato soup, very delicious!

GGuest UserService was top notch! Personallized alike butler service. Despite low occupancy, hotel tried their best to serve a la carte 'buffet', other meals was full buffet - less quantity but still variesties are good. Food are mostly made in house including the chili oil- deliciuos, and the varieties of Baozi really excellent - the fillings are mostly without added sugar. customers servixe beyond expectations, courtesy and friendliness along with helpfulness is 👍👍.
The Aobao blessing experience is very indepth knowledge session, thankyou to the 'Teacher', he very passionately explain things to us.
The entrance to both Yusha Island (wet park) and XianSha Island (dry park inude zip line, driven atv rides, and such), camel rides - all unlimited... We went in late April, low season., no queue, was endless fun. Camel rides across both Islands (park) accompanied by beautiful scenery of the desert, we did 3 rides ar different timing, the sunset ride was mesmerising.
FUSHA Resort, albeit the room basic, but was clean, good sleep and spacious. Staff really exceptional friendly., even have unlimited coctail or liquor at the reception 'bar' at night alongside coffee and MILK tea.
Remember UV JACKET, hats, face mask, gloves.. Have fun!

GGuest UserThis store really exceeded expectations! The door was attracted by the clean and bright environment, and the bathroom was designed to separate dry and wet. The hair dryer is loud and the sound is small, the aroma of toiletries is very textured, the bath towels and towels are full of the smell of sunshine, the bed is soft and flat, I don’t want to get up when I lie down, and I love the treasure house once!

GGuest UserThe hotel is formal, the store is grand, the service is positive, I stayed for one day and then extended my stay
Environment: The location is a little off, it's a little far to go shopping, next to the huge wholesale market, there are many specialty stores downstairs
Sanitation: Very good, but there is no soap, and many things were not replenished after staying for another day, such as the toilet seat, etc.
Facilities: There is a makeup mirror, a refrigerator, and the facilities are quite complete. The hair dryer is actually a Dyson
Service: The front desk is rather stiff, without service awareness, and answers one question after another. It is suggested that there can be some changes in breakfast. There is a Mongolian breakfast. I saw the grilled sausage, but it was removed in one minute. I communicated with the waiter and he said it was nine o'clock and it was not provided. It was very rigid and inflexible. The service level really needs to be improved. Asked the front desk about afternoon tea.
A lot of small gifts were given, which should be praised.

GGuest UserThe grass wasn't particularly green yet, but it was a great time to visit with family and kids. The accommodation was excellent value for money; it was shaped like a Mongolian yurt, but the facilities inside were very good. The housekeeper was very friendly and polite, and cleaned the room very thoroughly. We watched an equestrian show, ate boiled lamb, and stayed in a yurt – a very good experience overall!
