This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The staff was patient and enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and the response to the demand was particularly timely, and the communication was particularly comfortable. Free upgraded room type and sent breakfast, so pleasantly surprised, the details were full and super intimate. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the living was very comfortable. I really feel the temperature of Ordos ”Warm City”, the service is warm, the experience is full, it is highly recommended, and I will stay here next time!

The room provided an excellent stay experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom design was well-thought-out with a smart wet-dry separation, which was very user-friendly. The lighting was cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The entire room featured smart voice control. Additionally, there's a private parking lot with charging stations. It's only a 30-minute drive from Baotou Airport. The restaurant also offers local specialties like Inner Mongolian lamb tripe, shaomai, and he1lao noodles, all at a great value for money.

Few of the amenities listed on the listing page are available. Maybe they were at some point in the past long ago, but this hotel is far from in its prime. There is no sauna. The ”bath center” where this was has been converted into a commercial spa for a business unrelated to the hotel. There is no night club. There is no ”gym” as shown in one of the pictures. I believe a lot of the pictures shown on the listing page are years if not decades old. There is no ”boutique”. There is one tiny convenience store on the first floor. The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. I only used it for the free breakfast which was good. The hotel largely focuses on catering to business events. They have meeting spaces and a big ornate looking meeting space. For normal travellers, this hotel is very bare bones. Service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The laundry is not self service. You need to pay per article of clothing for someone to take it. The room itself lacked a minibar, functional air conditioning, or a functional safe. It was very spartan. Would I come here again? Not for the listed price. Without any of the advertised amenities, I can't imagine this is much better than cheaper hotels in the area.

This stay was really good! The decoration of the rooms is simple and elegant, the beautiful decoration of the bedside is very stylish, and the lighting and lighting design of the room are very comfortable. The beds are clean and tidy, the beds are particularly large, the pillows are soft and hard, and the rest is very good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, equipped with a smart toilet, clean and odorless. The room is fully equipped, the sanitary details are in place, the environment is quiet, and the travel is very suitable. Recommend!

The first room I stayed in had a smelly bathroom, which was a hassle to get changed. The second room's shower temperature control was broken; no matter if I adjusted it to cold or hot, the water was scalding. After a day out, I was too tired to deal with it again, so I just put up with it and showered before bed. But seriously, with two different rooms having issues over two nights, is it really appropriate for me to give a five-star review?!

The hotel environment is very nice, suitable for both tourism and business trips. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Li, are very helpful and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is also good. I especially want to give a thumbs up to Sister 039 for her service. Because we came with our family and children, we troubled Sister 039 many times, and she always served us meticulously and patiently. Thank you again, Sister 039.

1⃣非常適合出差，我們訂的大床，酒店獨棟旁邊沒有商業樓羣，特別安靜。 2⃣正好趕上酒店和本地啤酒節搞活動，入住直接送了啤酒券🍺，晚上再去烏蘭木倫湖邊吹着風，看音樂噴泉，氛圍不要太好。 3⃣早餐品種多到選擇困難，熱菜、涼菜、蒙古奶茶、酸奶餅都有，午餐飯菜也做得可口不糊弄，幾樣地道蒙餐和家常小炒都挺講究。 4⃣酒店旁邊竟然還有籃球場和一家健身房，我去擼鐵跑跑步，放完電再回來躺平😂。 5⃣酒店大廳的吊燈太絕了，像草原星空灑進蒙古包穹頂，一進門就被震撼到，怎麼拍都出片📸。 來康巴什玩，這家星程又是意外驚喜，吃喝玩樂全包了，強推！

My stay was fantastic! The room was spotless and fresh, with immaculate attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. All the facilities were brand new and comprehensive, and the layout was well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was attentive and thoughtful, with a warm attitude that made me feel very welcome. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

Among hotels near the airport, this is probably the best choice for business travelers. It's affordable, offers airport shuttle service, and is just a few minutes' drive from the airport. There's a restaurant on the second floor where you can order lunch and dinner, and they'll even deliver it to your room.
