EErruiThe best hotel in Xuejiawan, no doubt about it. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, with advanced facilities, thoughtful service, and great breakfast 👍, especially the freshly wrapped and steamed siu mai, which is very good 👍. The service staff are well-trained. I hope that the facilities can be well maintained and the service level can be maintained for a long time.

This business trip experience is directly full, completely exceeding expectations ～ The location of the hotel is super convenient, the free parking lot is sufficient, and there is no pressure to travel by car. The room is clean and tidy to the details. The mousse mattress is matched with naked sleeping bedding. It sleeps very sweetly. The smart toilet and electric curtains are fully equipped with technology. Hilton has the same toiletries and fresh fragrance.
Breakfast must be emphasized! Goat soup, roast wheat, milk tea and other Inner Mongolia characteristics have everything, the ingredients are fresh and authentic, afternoon tea and supper are also very intimate. The staff was warm and thoughtful throughout the whole process, the front desk took the initiative to share the local guide of ”Jin Xiaoban”, the room service was timely and meticulous, and even the suitcase was helped to wipe it. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is a super cost-effective choice, and I will definitely stay again next time!

While the hotel I stayed at wasn't luxurious, it completely exceeded my expectations, making it perfect for travelers on a budget who don't want to compromise.
The front desk service was very friendly, check-in was quick, and they even proactively upgraded us to a quiet room. The room was cleaner than I expected, with a reasonable layout, clean and comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and fast internet.
Special praise goes to:
1. Efficiency and Warmth
- Check-in took only 2 minutes and 15 seconds (I specifically checked the time)
- ID verification, deposit collection, and room key production were completed simultaneously
- A friendly ”three-meter smile” and appropriate eye contact were maintained throughout.
2. Amazing Personalized Service
- Proactively adjusted us to a quiet room away from the elevator
Guest requests were fulfilled quickly.
The breakfast was a rich buffet with many varieties and good taste; the buns, porridge, and side dishes were all very fresh. The staff cleared the plates promptly, and the dining environment was very clean. For this price, this hotel is fantastic! It's budget-friendly yet provides basic comfort, making it perfect for students or travelers on a tight budget. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in this city!
