"The overall experience was very, very good!!! The hotel's environment is very grand, with a unique spiral staircase that is super photogenic. I took several photos with my good friends. There is also an exhibition area with Mongolian elements in the lobby, which is also super photogenic. I recommend sisters who like taking photos to come and check in. The room is also very comfortable. Unlike ordinary hotels, the whole room is very bright, clean and comfortable. It was a very comfortable stay. The service is also very good. "The hotel lobby is exceptionally elegant, with many solid wood decorations. Presenting a hada (a ceremonial scarf) upon entry is a very ceremonial experience, which the children loved. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick. During the National Day holiday, they even proactively upgraded us to a suite with a beautiful view of Wulanmulun Lake. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. The mutton noodles were inconsistent in quality; they were delicious the first day but too bland the second, though overall very tasty. The bedding was comfortable, but the room was quite hot; we had to open the window to sleep at night, perhaps because of the underfloor heating. Although the hotel just opened this year, two rooms had different odors: one was almost odorless and well-ventilated, while the other had a strong aromatherapy smell and poor ventilation. The staff said it was an automatic air-purifying system, but it couldn't completely shut off the odor… The front desk and lobby staff were very welcoming, but the service response was too slow. On the first day, we called to ask our child for toiletries, and they said they were out of stock. The next day, when we went to the front desk, they provided them. We don't know if they genuinely didn't have them or if there was another reason. Overall, it was very good, but the room service could be improved. I would recommend it to friends and hope it will be better next time."

"The service here was absolutely amazing! I forgot my room card when I left in the morning, and the front desk attendant kindly kept it safe for me, even greeting me warmly when I returned. When I called later that evening for hot water, it was delivered very quickly. Any issues I had were resolved promptly – it was really heartwarming! The breakfast was the biggest surprise! There was a huge variety, including Chinese options like congee, noodles, and dim sum, Western choices like bread and coffee, and even local specialties. The Mongolian milk tea was especially delicious! Everything tasted great and the ingredients were super fresh. To have such a rich breakfast spread at a hotel made it incredible value for money."

"We originally planned to stay at the Crowne Plaza for two nights, but ended up switching to the newly opened Hilton after just one night. The room was bright and spacious, the facilities were relatively new, and the front desk was very attentive. Compared to the arrogant and patronizing Crowne Plaza, the front desk here saw that our family had booked a room without a buffet and proactively gave us three breakfast coupons each day. Although we didn't use them, we were still very grateful. We were most satisfied with the size of the twin room, which is perfect for a family trip. When we needed water, the room service was very generous and immediately filled a bag with it, which was very generous. The buffet mainly features Cantonese cuisine, which is relatively light here, and is more suitable for guests from Jiangsu and Zhejiang in Shanghai. If I must give some advice, it would be better and more distinctive if all dairy products in the buffet were replaced with local fresh milk."

GGuest Userwe bought rooms on club floor expecting to use Executive Lounge, but it was closed for personal use by the owner of the hotel. Then they should not sell club floor room. The rooms we stay also smell bad cigarettes and air condition is too warm and cannot adjust. Very bad stay. Good only the hotel restaurant, Blue Diamond Cafe, good food and good service.

In fact, although the staff had to get up so early, they could go out and watch it themselves, but they said they called the front desk 10 minutes in advance to ask about the weather conditions. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. AAnonymous UserI'd recommend the Lotus Hotel to all my friends! If you're coming to Xiangshawan, you absolutely have to stay at the Lotus – it offers guests an incredible surprise! Navigate to the Hualian Resort Reception Center, where the service is incredibly thoughtful. They'll even transport your luggage directly to the hotel, so you can head straight to the island to enjoy yourself. The hotel facilities are also excellent. You absolutely must attend the bonfire party in the evening, complete with fireworks and stargazing. The buffet hotpot is also a great option! Outside the lobby, there's a pool with sun loungers, giving it a real resort vibe. It's worth mentioning that the hotel has a mini-train specifically for taking guests to designated spots – it's a super novel and fun experience! We chose an exterior-view room, which I highly recommend. It has a large balcony where you can gaze at the desert. In the morning, it feels like you're waking up right in the desert. What truly elevated our travel experience the most was the express pass. It felt completely worth the hotel fee, as we were able to enjoy Xian Island without any queues during the May Day holiday. It truly maximized our emotional value! I love the Lotus Hotel! Many thanks to all the staff and performers for providing such wonderful service!

GGuest UserLet's start with the location. It's absolutely amazing. It's right in the heart of Dongsheng District's core business district, right to Wanda Plaza and behind Wangfujing. This location is truly amazing! I feel like a geographer, knowing all the advantages of this location. It's incredibly convenient to everything. Wangfujing Department Store is a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll and some great food. Wanda Plaza is an 8-minute walk away, perfect for a post-meal snack break. The Ordos Oceanarium and Zoo are both about a 15-minute drive away, and the Xiangshawan Scenic Area is about a 50-minute drive, making it a simple day trip. Entering the spacious and bright lobby, I instantly felt like a celebrity, radiating my own energy. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, their smiles warmer than the spring sun. Check-in was a breeze, and I felt like a VIP, enjoying exclusive treatment. The room was even better! It was so spotless, I almost wondered if an invisible cleaner was constantly watching over me, ensuring not a speck of dust escaped. The bed was so soft, it felt like I was wrapped in a cloud. I slept soundlessly until dawn, transformed into a sleeping beauty. The soundproofing in the room was incredible; I almost wondered if I was alone. It was incredibly quiet, allowing me to enjoy my entertainment without worrying about disturbing others. The Wi-Fi signal was so strong that I felt like a complete internet geek, catching up on shows and playing games without a single lag. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel also offers free parking, free laundry, and other amenities. They really understand us, their guests. This stay was a truly fantastic experience.
