GGuest Userwe bought rooms on club floor expecting to use Executive Lounge, but it was closed for personal use by the owner of the hotel. Then they should not sell club floor room. The rooms we stay also smell bad cigarettes and air condition is too warm and cannot adjust. Very bad stay. Good only the hotel restaurant, Blue Diamond Cafe, good food and good service.

The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

When you step into the hotel lobby, you can feel a graceful and luxurious atmosphere. The high dome design, matched with gorgeous and dazzling crystal chandeliers, its light falls on every corner, reflecting the warm luster of the marble floor, and complements the exquisite artworks and decorative ornaments around, as if you are in a luxurious art palace. The lounge area in the lobby is warm and elegant, with soft sofas, exquisite coffee tables, and green potted plants, providing guests with a comfortable and cozy resting space. Tieniu Hotel's meticulous service is like a shadow. Hotel manager Zhang Xuedong greeted enthusiastically, took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and led to the front desk to check in. Because there were many people checking in at the hotel at that time. Manager Zhang Xuedong quickly entered the front desk to help me check in. After checking in, he led me upstairs and introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me with a smile. He answered every question I had patiently and meticulously, which made people feel sincere care. In the evening, Manager Zhang Xuedong personally sent small gifts, fruits, and hot porridge. I was really surprised! It was so warm. During the stay in the hotel, you can also take the room card to the second floor to soak in the hot springs, which is really cost-effective. I believe that every guest staying in Tieniu Hotel will be impressed by its charm and moved by its service. I also look forward to staying in this unforgettable five-star hotel again. GGuest UserChecked in on May 1st and left on the 3rd. The overall environment and room were good, but the breakfast was a real letdown. On May 2nd, I went down at 9 AM, and there was practically nothing left to eat. I asked a staff member, and they said they wouldn't replenish anything. Fair enough, I guess I woke up too late. On the morning of the 3rd, I went down over 20 minutes earlier, and it was a madhouse! First, there were no seats. I was holding my child and stood for almost 20 minutes before a table finally became free. (You have so many private rooms next door; couldn't you be a bit more flexible and open one up for guests to sit down in? No one's going to eat a full meal early in the morning anyway. I think a bit more human-centric thinking would be good.) There were also many other guests with children standing and waiting. Once we finally sat down, I went to get food, and there were no plates, chopsticks, spoons, or bowls left. I personally saw a staff member wiping freshly washed chopsticks with a rag to dry them. I suspect they weren't even put in a sterilizer; just washed, wiped, and used. I'd advise everyone not to book a hotel with breakfast during holidays.
Also, can someone please manage your charging stations? Either electric cars are occupying spots without charging, or gasoline cars are taking up the spots. Charging there, trying to get to that exit, really tests your skills. Can't you learn from other hotels and prioritize underground parking?
And let's talk about the food delivery robot. My delivery was left at the front desk. I waited for almost 20 minutes, and it wasn't delivered. I had ice cream, so I decided to go down and look for it. (While waiting for the elevator, I ran into a male staff member – big shout-out to him, he was great! He helped me inquire, contacted someone, and even took me down to find it.) When I got to the front desk, there was a huge pile of deliveries waiting to be sent out by the robot. There's only *one* robot for the entire building! It's such a nice hotel, why are you so stingy about getting more?

While the hotel I stayed at wasn't luxurious, it completely exceeded my expectations, making it perfect for travelers on a budget who don't want to compromise.
The front desk service was very friendly, check-in was quick, and they even proactively upgraded us to a quiet room. The room was cleaner than I expected, with a reasonable layout, clean and comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and fast internet.
Special praise goes to:
1. Efficiency and Warmth
- Check-in took only 2 minutes and 15 seconds (I specifically checked the time)
- ID verification, deposit collection, and room key production were completed simultaneously
- A friendly ”three-meter smile” and appropriate eye contact were maintained throughout.
2. Amazing Personalized Service
- Proactively adjusted us to a quiet room away from the elevator
Guest requests were fulfilled quickly.
The breakfast was a rich buffet with many varieties and good taste; the buns, porridge, and side dishes were all very fresh. The staff cleared the plates promptly, and the dining environment was very clean. For this price, this hotel is fantastic! It's budget-friendly yet provides basic comfort, making it perfect for students or travelers on a tight budget. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in this city!
