GGuest UserFacilities: For a desert location, the facilities were quite good. However, the projector overheated and shut down almost immediately after turning it on, which was really disappointing.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and housekeeping was prompt.
Environment: The desert scenery was magnificent and beautiful.
Service: Warm, attentive, and excellent.
Unlimited access to Xiansha Leisure Island for 2 adults (with exclusive guest lane): This was a lot of fun and really good. The priority access was only available at Xiansha.
Unlimited drinks at the cafe and tipsy bar: We tried both, and the staff were very welcoming. The Long Island Iced Tea and mocha were particularly good.

The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

When you step into the hotel lobby, you can feel a graceful and luxurious atmosphere. The high dome design, matched with gorgeous and dazzling crystal chandeliers, its light falls on every corner, reflecting the warm luster of the marble floor, and complements the exquisite artworks and decorative ornaments around, as if you are in a luxurious art palace. The lounge area in the lobby is warm and elegant, with soft sofas, exquisite coffee tables, and green potted plants, providing guests with a comfortable and cozy resting space. Tieniu Hotel's meticulous service is like a shadow. Hotel manager Zhang Xuedong greeted enthusiastically, took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and led to the front desk to check in. Because there were many people checking in at the hotel at that time. Manager Zhang Xuedong quickly entered the front desk to help me check in. After checking in, he led me upstairs and introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me with a smile. He answered every question I had patiently and meticulously, which made people feel sincere care. In the evening, Manager Zhang Xuedong personally sent small gifts, fruits, and hot porridge. I was really surprised! It was so warm. During the stay in the hotel, you can also take the room card to the second floor to soak in the hot springs, which is really cost-effective. I believe that every guest staying in Tieniu Hotel will be impressed by its charm and moved by its service. I also look forward to staying in this unforgettable five-star hotel again. The attitude was particularly good, and the whole process was efficient and intimate. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept with special peace of mind. The hotel is conveniently located, it is very convenient to travel and eat around, the overall environment is quiet and not noisy, it is very suitable for rest. While the hotel I stayed at wasn't luxurious, it completely exceeded my expectations, making it perfect for travelers on a budget who don't want to compromise.
The front desk service was very friendly, check-in was quick, and they even proactively upgraded us to a quiet room. The room was cleaner than I expected, with a reasonable layout, clean and comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and fast internet.
Special praise goes to:
1. Efficiency and Warmth
- Check-in took only 2 minutes and 15 seconds (I specifically checked the time)
- ID verification, deposit collection, and room key production were completed simultaneously
- A friendly ”three-meter smile” and appropriate eye contact were maintained throughout.
2. Amazing Personalized Service
- Proactively adjusted us to a quiet room away from the elevator
Guest requests were fulfilled quickly.
The breakfast was a rich buffet with many varieties and good taste; the buns, porridge, and side dishes were all very fresh. The staff cleared the plates promptly, and the dining environment was very clean. For this price, this hotel is fantastic! It's budget-friendly yet provides basic comfort, making it perfect for students or travelers on a tight budget. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in this city!
