GGuest UserThe front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, making the check-in process very efficient and pleasant. The hotel even thoughtfully provided some complimentary fruit. The room was exceptionally spacious with an elegant decor. A special shout-out to the Meizhen mattress – it was perfectly soft, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The room was also well soundproofed, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Located in Kangbashi District, it's convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring local specialties like milk tea and 'guo cha', which were delicious. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Ordos!

MM445589****Coming to Ordos to see a play, I chose this renowned five-star hotel, and I truly felt it was worth the trip.
The room was very spacious, and the view outside the window was absolutely beautiful, with a seating area perfect for a short rest. The long table under the TV was also very convenient to use. The yurt-style canopy over the bed immediately gave it a strong sense of ethnic and regional charm. It’s also worth mentioning that they provided welcome fruits and a souvenir gift.
The breakfast restaurant is on the 2nd floor and can accommodate many people dining at once, so there's no waiting for a table. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with many Inner Mongolian regional specialties like milk tea and meat shaomai. The taste was authentic, allowing me to enjoy breakfast while also experiencing the unique culture of Inner Mongolia. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

When you step into the hotel lobby, you can feel a graceful and luxurious atmosphere. The high dome design, matched with gorgeous and dazzling crystal chandeliers, its light falls on every corner, reflecting the warm luster of the marble floor, and complements the exquisite artworks and decorative ornaments around, as if you are in a luxurious art palace. The lounge area in the lobby is warm and elegant, with soft sofas, exquisite coffee tables, and green potted plants, providing guests with a comfortable and cozy resting space. Tieniu Hotel's meticulous service is like a shadow. Hotel manager Zhang Xuedong greeted enthusiastically, took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and led to the front desk to check in. Because there were many people checking in at the hotel at that time. Manager Zhang Xuedong quickly entered the front desk to help me check in. After checking in, he led me upstairs and introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me with a smile. He answered every question I had patiently and meticulously, which made people feel sincere care. In the evening, Manager Zhang Xuedong personally sent small gifts, fruits, and hot porridge. I was really surprised! It was so warm. During the stay in the hotel, you can also take the room card to the second floor to soak in the hot springs, which is really cost-effective. I believe that every guest staying in Tieniu Hotel will be impressed by its charm and moved by its service. I also look forward to staying in this unforgettable five-star hotel again. The room is bright, not depressed, the bedding is good, and the mattress is very comfortable. The breakfast is quite rich and there are many types. The overall feeling is still very good! It may be because the hotel is newly opened, the business ability of the front desk staff has a certain room for improvement, the attitude is no problem, and the feeling is not very enthusiastic. While the hotel I stayed at wasn't luxurious, it completely exceeded my expectations, making it perfect for travelers on a budget who don't want to compromise.
The front desk service was very friendly, check-in was quick, and they even proactively upgraded us to a quiet room. The room was cleaner than I expected, with a reasonable layout, clean and comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and fast internet.
Special praise goes to:
1. Efficiency and Warmth
- Check-in took only 2 minutes and 15 seconds (I specifically checked the time)
- ID verification, deposit collection, and room key production were completed simultaneously
- A friendly ”three-meter smile” and appropriate eye contact were maintained throughout.
2. Amazing Personalized Service
- Proactively adjusted us to a quiet room away from the elevator
Guest requests were fulfilled quickly.
The breakfast was a rich buffet with many varieties and good taste; the buns, porridge, and side dishes were all very fresh. The staff cleared the plates promptly, and the dining environment was very clean. For this price, this hotel is fantastic! It's budget-friendly yet provides basic comfort, making it perfect for students or travelers on a tight budget. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in this city!
