Coming to Ordos to see a play, I chose this renowned five-star hotel, and I truly felt it was worth the trip. The room was very spacious, and the view outside the window was absolutely beautiful, with a seating area perfect for a short rest. The long table under the TV was also very convenient to use. The yurt-style canopy over the bed immediately gave it a strong sense of ethnic and regional charm. It’s also worth mentioning that they provided welcome fruits and a souvenir gift. The breakfast restaurant is on the 2nd floor and can accommodate many people dining at once, so there's no waiting for a table. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with many Inner Mongolian regional specialties like milk tea and meat shaomai. The taste was authentic, allowing me to enjoy breakfast while also experiencing the unique culture of Inner Mongolia. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Tieniu Hotel's meticulous service is like a shadow. Hotel manager Zhang Xuedong greeted enthusiastically, took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and led to the front desk to check in. Because there were many people checking in at the hotel at that time. Manager Zhang Xuedong quickly entered the front desk to help me check in. After checking in, he led me upstairs and introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me with a smile. The most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in Dalat Banner so far, the price is right, the facilities are complete, the room is spacious, but the breakfast ends too early, and the service is very good, but it is very stereotyped, with a ”robot” programmable feeling, although there is nothing wrong, but ~ I hope it can be better

The waiter ”Liu Yang” who was praised for the breakfast department was because the children wanted to eat Oreo on cream bread when they had breakfast. When they went there, they were all taken. I found the waiter next to it. As a result, they didn’t say anything and went directly to the dormitory to get a pack of Oreo I bought for the child. Zi, I said that he didn't want to pay for scanning the code. It's really warm in my heart, and the child is happy all day, a big praise! This service should add chicken legs! For this all five-star praise!

Checked in on May 1st and left on the 3rd. The overall environment and room were good, but the breakfast was a real letdown. On May 2nd, I went down at 9 AM, and there was practically nothing left to eat. I asked a staff member, and they said they wouldn't replenish anything. Fair enough, I guess I woke up too late. On the morning of the 3rd, I went down over 20 minutes earlier, and it was a madhouse! First, there were no seats. I was holding my child and stood for almost 20 minutes before a table finally became free. (You have so many private rooms next door; couldn't you be a bit more flexible and open one up for guests to sit down in? No one's going to eat a full meal early in the morning anyway. I think a bit more human-centric thinking would be good.) There were also many other guests with children standing and waiting. Once we finally sat down, I went to get food, and there were no plates, chopsticks, spoons, or bowls left. I personally saw a staff member wiping freshly washed chopsticks with a rag to dry them. I suspect they weren't even put in a sterilizer; just washed, wiped, and used. I'd advise everyone not to book a hotel with breakfast during holidays. Also, can someone please manage your charging stations? Either electric cars are occupying spots without charging, or gasoline cars are taking up the spots. Charging there, trying to get to that exit, really tests your skills. Can't you learn from other hotels and prioritize underground parking? And let's talk about the food delivery robot. My delivery was left at the front desk. I waited for almost 20 minutes, and it wasn't delivered. I had ice cream, so I decided to go down and look for it. (While waiting for the elevator, I ran into a male staff member – big shout-out to him, he was great! He helped me inquire, contacted someone, and even took me down to find it.) When I got to the front desk, there was a huge pile of deliveries waiting to be sent out by the robot. There's only *one* robot for the entire building! It's such a nice hotel, why are you so stingy about getting more?

The hotel rooms are spacious, the facilities are new, and they offer takeout delivery. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety and high quality. It's about a 30-minute drive to the desert highway. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The breakfast was a rich buffet with many varieties and good taste; the buns, porridge, and side dishes were all very fresh. The staff cleared the plates promptly, and the dining environment was very clean. For this price, this hotel is fantastic! It's budget-friendly yet provides basic comfort, making it perfect for students or travelers on a tight budget. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in this city!
