Hotel location is very good, facilities are practical, materials are better. The surrounding food is convenient and the service is better. There are many parking spaces, and it should be worth considering for self-driving friends.

The two receptionists were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making for a great stay. The only downside was that the laundry dryer wasn't working properly; the clothes were always damp no matter how long you dried them.

Coming to Ordos to see a play, I chose this renowned five-star hotel, and I truly felt it was worth the trip. The room was very spacious, and the view outside the window was absolutely beautiful, with a seating area perfect for a short rest. The long table under the TV was also very convenient to use. The yurt-style canopy over the bed immediately gave it a strong sense of ethnic and regional charm. It’s also worth mentioning that they provided welcome fruits and a souvenir gift. The breakfast restaurant is on the 2nd floor and can accommodate many people dining at once, so there's no waiting for a table. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with many Inner Mongolian regional specialties like milk tea and meat shaomai. The taste was authentic, allowing me to enjoy breakfast while also experiencing the unique culture of Inner Mongolia. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Tieniu Hotel is undoubtedly the brightest pearl in this oasis. This stay experience made me deeply appreciate the outstanding charm of a five-star hotel. When you step into the hotel lobby, you can feel a graceful and luxurious atmosphere. The high dome design, matched with gorgeous and dazzling crystal chandeliers, its light falls on every corner, reflecting the warm luster of the marble floor, and complements the exquisite artworks and decorative ornaments around, as if you are in a luxurious art palace. The lounge area in the lobby is warm and elegant, with soft sofas, exquisite coffee tables, and green potted plants, providing guests with a comfortable and cozy resting space. Tieniu Hotel's meticulous service is like a shadow. Hotel manager Zhang Xuedong greeted enthusiastically, took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and led to the front desk to check in. Because there were many people checking in at the hotel at that time. Manager Zhang Xuedong quickly entered the front desk to help me check in. After checking in, he led me upstairs and introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me with a smile. He answered every question I had patiently and meticulously, which made people feel sincere care. In the evening, Manager Zhang Xuedong personally sent small gifts, fruits, and hot porridge. I was really surprised! It was so warm. During the stay in the hotel, you can also take the room card to the second floor to soak in the hot springs, which is really cost-effective. Aside from a slight formaldehyde smell, everything else was great. My stay was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively upgrading my room and recommending nearby restaurants. The breakfast was varied and fresh, and the location was convenient, being close to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit this city.

Let's start with the location. It's absolutely amazing. It's right in the heart of Dongsheng District's core business district, right to Wanda Plaza and behind Wangfujing. This location is truly amazing! I feel like a geographer, knowing all the advantages of this location. It's incredibly convenient to everything. Wangfujing Department Store is a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll and some great food. Wanda Plaza is an 8-minute walk away, perfect for a post-meal snack break. The Ordos Oceanarium and Zoo are both about a 15-minute drive away, and the Xiangshawan Scenic Area is about a 50-minute drive, making it a simple day trip. Entering the spacious and bright lobby, I instantly felt like a celebrity, radiating my own energy. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, their smiles warmer than the spring sun. Check-in was a breeze, and I felt like a VIP, enjoying exclusive treatment. The room was even better! It was so spotless, I almost wondered if an invisible cleaner was constantly watching over me, ensuring not a speck of dust escaped. The bed was so soft, it felt like I was wrapped in a cloud. I slept soundlessly until dawn, transformed into a sleeping beauty. The soundproofing in the room was incredible; I almost wondered if I was alone. It was incredibly quiet, allowing me to enjoy my entertainment without worrying about disturbing others. The Wi-Fi signal was so strong that I felt like a complete internet geek, catching up on shows and playing games without a single lag. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel also offers free parking, free laundry, and other amenities. They really understand us, their guests. This stay was a truly fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ordos! Trust me, family, just go!

Among hotels near the airport, this is probably the best choice for business travelers. It's affordable, offers airport shuttle service, and is just a few minutes' drive from the airport. There's a restaurant on the second floor where you can order lunch and dinner, and they'll even deliver it to your room.

Awesome place for families. Family yurt was ideal and the Hero show was fantastic. The other shows and kids activities were also great. Beware limited eating choices but those there are decent enough. Ice cream and Dico’s available at the activities area. Also note you need to pay to get into the scenic area and activities/shows. We paid 268 per adult including 12 activities/shows. Kids under 1.3m are free. Oh and free to use washer/dryer was a godsend.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know. 1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good. As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!

What a fantastic stay! To find a place like this in the desert – so clean, convenient, and with genuinely friendly and generous staff – it's truly a hidden gem! The hotel front desk sells attraction tickets at a great price, which really enhances the experience. After the scenic area closes, it's essentially like having the whole place to yourself; you can go wherever you want and have the entire desert all to yourself. In the evenings, they even organize trips deeper into the desert to stargaze and take photos! It's also pet-friendly, and my dog absolutely loved playing in the sand! When the water heater broke in the middle of the night, a staff member came right up, fixed it in no time, and even replaced the showerhead with a new one. Their efficiency and service attitude definitely deserve a five-star rating! Highly recommend!
