"The room is large, the 1.5m bed is relatively spacious, the bathroom is also large and has a bathtub, the room layout is reasonable, and the space is spacious and bright. It is very good whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation. The hotel's service attitude is first-class. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. From the front desk to the room service, the staff Xiao Yang is smiling, warm and thoughtful. The front desk was very considerate and helped me put the yogurt takeaway I ordered into the refrigerator. Overall, the facilities are well maintained. After all, the renovation is a bit old, so the bathroom will flood with water after taking a shower. The water in the bathtub is not hot enough to take a bath. The front desk is not easy to contact and there is no hotel phone number online. The breakfast is very rich. It is recommended to bring breakfast. of."

"As a tourist objective evaluation, the decoration is very beautiful, American retro style, the suite is set to do not know if there is this one, I fancy its terrace, but the small door on the balcony can not be opened, the first time the security guard came to open, and then we closed and couldn't open it. It was too troublesome to open again. There is a bathtub in the suite. I want to take a bath but ask the staff if there is a disposable bathtub bag and say no. The coffee provided in the morning tastes light like water. I threw it and felt wasteful. It was really not good to drink. The landline in the room was very slow to pick up at the front desk."

The duplex room type was a huge hit with the little ones; they absolutely loved climbing to the second floor to take in the desert views. The hotel offers a fantastic range of child-friendly activities, including Perler beads, clay modeling, 3D printing, and VR. In the evenings, there's even stargazing – the desert night sky is absolutely breathtaking. The kids were entertained all day long. Definitely our top choice for a family getaway!

AAnonymous UserI was initially in a dilemma about whether to stay here or not, but looking back, it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip!
After carefully planning the journey, getting there was actually quite straightforward. For those coming from Hohhot, here's the route I took:
1. Take a train from Hohhot to Dalate West Station.
2. Take a Didi from Dalate West Station to Huailian Tourism Resort Reception Center (about 40 minutes, around CNY50).
3. Purchase rm176 of the Whistling Dune Bay package ticket, which includes admission, cable car, Yuesha Island access, and a camel ride.
4. Resort guests have access to a special lane for the cable car, which takes about 8 minutes.
5. Upon arrival, take the resort jeep transfer to the accommodation area.
6. Enjoy activities such as sand sliding, swimming in the pool, stargazing, and simply experiencing the peaceful desert atmosphere at night.
7. After checkout, take the jeep transfer to the mini desert train, followed by the duck car ride, before returning via cable car.
8. It can be difficult to get a Didi from the resort reception area, but the staff kindly helped arrange a taxi back to Dalate West Station for around CNY50.
9. Continue the journey from Dalate West Station to Ordos.
What impressed me most was the hospitality. From the WeChat communication before arrival to the reception team and resort staff, everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
The night experience was truly spectacular. The desert becomes so peaceful after sunset — all you can hear is the sound of the sand, while above you is a sky filled with countless stars and a beautiful moon. It was one of the most memorable moments of my trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique desert stay and unforgettable experience!

First of all, the bedding was incredible! The moment I lay down, I could tell the difference – so soft and gentle on my skin, it was just as good as my own high-end bedding. It gave me a baby-like sleep, and it completely restored me from a long day of fun.
Secondly, the bathroom deserves special mention! It was spotless, refreshing, and completely odor-free! This was so important to me; the whole environment made me feel incredibly safe and relaxed.
And the best part is – the atmosphere of this hotel is phenomenal! From the lobby to the hallways, to every corner of the rooms, the design is incredibly thoughtful. Every snapshot looks amazing. It's not just a place to sleep; it's an aesthetically pleasing space where you can truly unwind.
In short, it was a stay that exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserWhat a fantastic stay! To find a place like this in the desert – so clean, convenient, and with genuinely friendly and generous staff – it's truly a hidden gem! The hotel front desk sells attraction tickets at a great price, which really enhances the experience. After the scenic area closes, it's essentially like having the whole place to yourself; you can go wherever you want and have the entire desert all to yourself. In the evenings, they even organize trips deeper into the desert to stargaze and take photos! It's also pet-friendly, and my dog absolutely loved playing in the sand! When the water heater broke in the middle of the night, a staff member came right up, fixed it in no time, and even replaced the showerhead with a new one. Their efficiency and service attitude definitely deserve a five-star rating! Highly recommend!

GGuest UserLet's start with the location. It's absolutely amazing. It's right in the heart of Dongsheng District's core business district, right to Wanda Plaza and behind Wangfujing. This location is truly amazing! I feel like a geographer, knowing all the advantages of this location. It's incredibly convenient to everything. Wangfujing Department Store is a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll and some great food. Wanda Plaza is an 8-minute walk away, perfect for a post-meal snack break. The Ordos Oceanarium and Zoo are both about a 15-minute drive away, and the Xiangshawan Scenic Area is about a 50-minute drive, making it a simple day trip.
Entering the spacious and bright lobby, I instantly felt like a celebrity, radiating my own energy. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, their smiles warmer than the spring sun. Check-in was a breeze, and I felt like a VIP, enjoying exclusive treatment.
The room was even better! It was so spotless, I almost wondered if an invisible cleaner was constantly watching over me, ensuring not a speck of dust escaped. The bed was so soft, it felt like I was wrapped in a cloud. I slept soundlessly until dawn, transformed into a sleeping beauty. The soundproofing in the room was incredible; I almost wondered if I was alone. It was incredibly quiet, allowing me to enjoy my entertainment without worrying about disturbing others. The Wi-Fi signal was so strong that I felt like a complete internet geek, catching up on shows and playing games without a single lag. It was absolutely amazing.
The hotel also offers free parking, free laundry, and other amenities. They really understand us, their guests. This stay was a truly fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ordos! Trust me, family, just go!

AAnonymous UserHaving stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know.
1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good.
As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!
