Ttop~MI had a fantastic stay! The hotel's ambiance was quiet and elegant, and the room was impeccably clean with excellent, well-maintained facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help, which made me feel very well looked after. The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserI had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping cleaned the room every day. The location is quiet, which made it easy to rest.
The breakfast was tasty, and I really appreciated that coffee was available 24 hours.
Overall, I had a great experience here and I would definitely stay again if I come back to this city.

GGuest UserThe hotel opened in 2024. The front desk staff had a very good service attitude. Because Inner Mongolia is relatively dry, they would kindly remind us to drink more water and moisturize. The only problem was that we didn't have breakfast, which we will make up for next time.

GGuest UserFor my trip to Xiangshawan, I specifically booked a stay at the tent camp, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations – I have to give it a glowing review!
Upon arriving at the camp's front desk, the staff greeted me with constant smiles. Check-in was very efficient, and they meticulously explained the shuttle bus routes, precautions for the temperature difference between day and night, and the camp's amenities. All my questions were patiently answered without any perfunctory responses; the service was attentive and professional, instantly making a great impression.
Many people worry about desert tents being unhygienic or getting sand inside, but this place completely alleviated my concerns. The inside of the tent was spotless, with clean floors, bedding, and an independent bathroom, all free of sand and dust. The tables and chairs were neatly arranged, and the damp-proofing and sand-proofing were very well done, making for a highly comfortable stay. It felt nothing like a rudimentary camping experience.
The camp is nestled among the sand dunes, offering expansive views. In the evening, you can watch the sunset over the vast desert, and at night, gaze up at the Milky Way and countless stars – the ambiance is absolutely fantastic. With excellent service combined with clean and comfortable accommodation, it offers great value for money. If you're visiting Xiangshawan and want a unique desert accommodation experience, this tent camp is a must-book!

GGuest UserThe shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

Environment: The room is quite large, bright and has a good environment.
Service: The front desk staff is enthusiastic and friendly. They immediately sent me what I wanted.
Overall, I am very satisfied with all aspects. I will choose Hanting when I go out for fun in the future.

GGuest UserWhat a fantastic stay! To find a place like this in the desert – so clean, convenient, and with genuinely friendly and generous staff – it's truly a hidden gem! The hotel front desk sells attraction tickets at a great price, which really enhances the experience. After the scenic area closes, it's essentially like having the whole place to yourself; you can go wherever you want and have the entire desert all to yourself. In the evenings, they even organize trips deeper into the desert to stargaze and take photos! It's also pet-friendly, and my dog absolutely loved playing in the sand! When the water heater broke in the middle of the night, a staff member came right up, fixed it in no time, and even replaced the showerhead with a new one. Their efficiency and service attitude definitely deserve a five-star rating! Highly recommend!

The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is elegant and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. In particular, the hotel's health details are very well done, spotless, and even the corners can be seen carefully. The location is also very good, convenient to travel, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is a great choice. Highly recommended, will come again next time!

GGuest UserThe mattress is very comfortable and the toilet paper is of good quality. Other aspects are average. For hotel breakfast, you need to get up early. The breakfast is closed at 9:30 and basically no more refills are made around 9 o'clock, probably to avoid waste, which is understandable. There are also many restaurants downstairs, and you can choose to eat outside without reservation. The night view is nice

Not A lot of info for non-Chinese tourists about the desert islands and there prices for foreigners, but that’s life in China. Have to get out by taxi or DiDi as it’s out there a ways from main roads
