GGuest UserThe hotel opened in 2024. The front desk staff had a very good service attitude. Because Inner Mongolia is relatively dry, they would kindly remind us to drink more water and moisturize. The only problem was that we didn't have breakfast, which we will make up for next time.

The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively upgrading my room and recommending nearby restaurants. The breakfast was varied and fresh, and the location was convenient, being close to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit this city.

Cleanliness: The beds were very clean and new; I was covered in sand and didn't want to get on them.
Environment: Sand right outside the door, sandboarding everywhere. If you get up early, you can go for a desert walk; it feels like you have the whole desert to yourself.
Service: The receptionist was very pretty; even I, a woman, couldn't help but look at her several times. The driver was also very nice; he took the kids on a desert surfing adventure, and they were thrilled.
The hotel provides free sandboards and sand socks, so you don't need to buy these outside.
The desert is a paradise for kids; they can't get enough of the sand to slide on and dig endless holes. The weather was pretty good; we saw a stunning sunset. We participated in the hotel's activity to go deep into the desert and see the starry sky of Northwest China. In terms of emotional value, the hotel stay was quite good! My main complaint is the access card. The hotel is supposed to allow direct access to the scenic area, but to redeem the card's included activities, we had to check out, leave, and queue again to get back in. We queued for three hours in the morning, going from the hotel entrance back to the hotel entrance. Although the Ordos transit card is very affordable, it's also incredibly crowded, which greatly diminishes the user experience.
