"Extremely satisfied! Although the price was a bit high, it was definitely worth it. First, a special thanks to the short-haired female supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, patient, and thorough, answering every question we had. My daughter carelessly lost a jacket, and she actively helped us communicate and search for it, and it was eventually found (girls love beauty, and her favorite cosmetics were inside). Other hotel staff were also very welcoming; every staff member we encountered during our stay was able to answer our questions and seriously respond to all our inquiries. Second, from the moment we entered the resort's reception center, there was always a dedicated hotel staff member guiding us. The most convenient aspect was that, apart from occasional self-funded activities, almost everything else had a dedicated guest channel. When you see the long queues of tourists at the actual sites, you'll realize how friendly and necessary this service is. It saves you a lot of time to enjoy other activities. Then there's the dining. All three meals were included, and they weren't just some perfunctory, unknown drinks. The main dishes were also very diverse and abundant. After a day of fun, you could return to the hotel and relax at the bar, enjoying free-flow drinks with a live musician. Finally, the room wasn't huge, but it was compact and tidy. I had also looked up other hotels in the area at the time, and this one felt excellent. The evening party and fireworks on the island created an amazing atmosphere. Due to the weather, we couldn't experience stargazing in the desert or the sunrise over the sand dunes, or the desert hiking with sound, which was a slight regret. If our later itinerary hadn't already been fully booked, we definitely would have stayed at this hotel for another two or three days. On the first day, we played at Xiansha Island, and on the second day, Yuansha Island. In a word: Worth every penny. If your budget allows, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel in Ordos exceeded my expectations! The lobby is grand, and the room is spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a wide variety, with the Mongolian milk tea and dairy products being particularly unique. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively recommending local attractions. The location is convenient, making it easy to drive or take a taxi to Genghis Khan Mausoleum and Xiangshawan Desert. Good value for money, I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

For dining, you have to go to Fusha Island, which was generally good with plenty of meat. Other amenities like the unlimited free drinks, milk tea, and coffee were great. There's also an e-sports room and VR experience for kids, which is a big plus for parents looking to relax."

The facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning and internet worked perfectly, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive, a mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, catering to various tastes. The hotel as a whole was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The value for money is top-notch in the area. It's an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. "Checked in on May 1st and left on the 3rd. The overall environment and room were good, but the breakfast was a real letdown. On May 2nd, I went down at 9 AM, and there was practically nothing left to eat. I asked a staff member, and they said they wouldn't replenish anything. Fair enough, I guess I woke up too late. On the morning of the 3rd, I went down over 20 minutes earlier, and it was a madhouse! First, there were no seats. I was holding my child and stood for almost 20 minutes before a table finally became free. (You have so many private rooms next door; couldn't you be a bit more flexible and open one up for guests to sit down in? No one's going to eat a full meal early in the morning anyway. I think a bit more human-centric thinking would be good.) There were also many other guests with children standing and waiting. Once we finally sat down, I went to get food, and there were no plates, chopsticks, spoons, or bowls left. I personally saw a staff member wiping freshly washed chopsticks with a rag to dry them. I suspect they weren't even put in a sterilizer; just washed, wiped, and used. I'd advise everyone not to book a hotel with breakfast during holidays. Also, can someone please manage your charging stations? Either electric cars are occupying spots without charging, or gasoline cars are taking up the spots. Charging there, trying to get to that exit, really tests your skills. Can't you learn from other hotels and prioritize underground parking? And let's talk about the food delivery robot. My delivery was left at the front desk. I waited for almost 20 minutes, and it wasn't delivered. I had ice cream, so I decided to go down and look for it. (While waiting for the elevator, I ran into a male staff member – big shout-out to him, he was great! He helped me inquire, contacted someone, and even took me down to find it.) When I got to the front desk, there was a huge pile of deliveries waiting to be sent out by the robot. There's only *one* robot for the entire building! It's such a nice hotel, why are you so stingy about getting more?"

"I stayed at this hotel for a short period while preparing for an exam, needing a quiet study environment. I specifically filtered for soundproof rooms on Ctrip. Upon learning about my study needs, Qi Hai (the hotel staff) thoughtfully arranged a room on a secluded floor and instructed housekeeping and other staff to minimize disturbances on that floor. The room had ample natural light, a spacious desk perfect for reading and studying, and excellent soundproofing, meaning I heard almost no outside noise. The room was cleaned daily at a set time, keeping the environment tidy and fresh, and any missing amenities were promptly replenished by Qi Hai. When I needed drinking water late at night while studying, Qi Hai delivered it to my room promptly. The hotel's surroundings are quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic, and restaurants for all three meals are just a few minutes' walk away. The thoughtful and personalized service, combined with a tranquil and comfortable environment, significantly boosted my study efficiency. My stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely choose to stay here again for any future short-term rentals."
