"Our family of four (with two children) traveled to Inner Mongolia, and overall, our stay was fantastic! We were all extremely satisfied. The hotel offered a wide range of family-friendly activities, including sandboarding, trampolines, a swimming pool, and a kids' play area. The children had an absolute blast, and even without leaving the hotel, they could have a full and enjoyable day. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were all delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and great flavors. The hotel's lounge also provided a selection of snacks and drinks, which we could enjoy freely, allowing our family to relax and unwind. Furthermore, getting to the nearby desert from the hotel was very convenient, just a short drive away. In the desert, we could experience various activities, including camel riding, which the children absolutely loved. The hotel also arranged a wealth of special activities, such as stargazing tours, sunrise viewing, and bonfire performances and fireworks suitable for the whole family, allowing us to experience unique moments that are hard to find in everyday life. For families with children, the hotel's environment and facilities are exceptionally well-appointed. We were very pleased with the dining, activities, and service. If any friends plan a family trip to Inner Mongolia in the future, I will definitely recommend this hotel! It's absolutely worth staying at!"

"The hotel is new and spacious, and the decor in both the lobby and rooms is stylish and upscale, with complete facilities. I visited during the May Day holiday, which means high occupancy, but parking was ample. If you go for breakfast at 9 AM, you'll likely find no seats, but going before 8 AM the next day was much better. I had dinner at the hotel once, and we waited a long time for the food. Additionally, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved; I could clearly hear people talking and making noise in the hallway. Overall, I still recommend it. The minor flaws don't overshadow the positives, and I imagine the experience would be much better during the off-season. I could tell the staff training was thorough, and their service attitude was very good and enthusiastic, which is commendable."

"As we were stopping in Ordos for one night, the hotel’s impressive architecture (especially at night when the building is lit up) convinced us to stay there. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, breakfast from 7am offered plenty of choice, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel — in the room, lifts, and even the lobby, where people were smoking indoors, which seems quite common here."

"The environment was decent, and they even upgraded my room! The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the room felt quite comfortable when I walked in, with no strange smells. There was milk provided by the bedside, and the staff even brought some fruit. I booked a special offer room through Trip.com."

"Staying at Shunsha, I had a VIP wristband, which allowed for a smooth cable car ride to the island via Ropeway No. 3. The staff at the transfer station were very enthusiastic and helpful, contacting a shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. The young lady at the lobby was incredibly beautiful and welcoming. The kids' entertainment area was fantastic, featuring a 3D printer, microscopes for observing animal and plant furs, and even microscopes to view sand from various islands. There was also a VR room next to it. The pool lifeguard was amazing, constantly monitoring the kids in their glass boats. The pool area had a fantastic vibe in the evening. The staff even set up beach chairs for guests to watch the sunset, which was incredibly thoughtful. The stargazing guide in the evening was very engaging and knowledgeable, and there were quizzes with many small gifts given out. The 'Round-the-World' cocktail at the Starry Sky Bar was beautiful and tasted excellent. The upgraded water-view room (for an extra charge) offered an amazing view. On weekend evenings, there was even hotpot by the pool, creating a wonderful atmosphere."

The lobby boasts an elegant and grand design, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, the process was efficient and smooth. The bedding was soft and comfortable, leading to an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, with stable hot water and a full range of toiletries. The facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning and internet worked perfectly, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive, a mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, catering to various tastes. The hotel as a whole was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The value for money is top-notch in the area. It's an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The service, environment, and comfort all met my satisfaction, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Ordos."

"Hotel location is good, ground parking is large, there is an underground garage. Hotel facilities are very new, public spaces and rooms are in good health! The room is bright, not depressed, the bedding is good, and the mattress is very comfortable. The breakfast is quite rich and there are many types. The overall feeling is still very good! It may be because the hotel is newly opened, the business ability of the front desk staff has a certain room for improvement, the attitude is no problem, and the feeling is not very enthusiastic. Overall it is worth recommending."

"I highly recommend this hotel; it's so traveler-friendly! Transportation is excellent. After taking the airport shuttle bus from the airport, you can walk directly to the hotel. Even if you arrive late, there's no need to worry about airport pickup or late-night travel. This is so reassuring. The price is also very affordable, a fantastic value. Although the hotel isn't new, it's very clean and comfortable. The service is impeccable. We extended our stay for another night, and the staff were incredibly attentive. They provided plenty of toiletries for the children, and their attention to detail was evident. The most surprising thing was the breakfast; it was not only delicious but also incredibly varied! It's perfect for travelers on a tight schedule. You don't have to search for a snack bar; you can fill up at the buffet and enjoy a wide variety of flavors, making it a perfect dining experience. In short, this hotel offers convenient transportation, great value, attentive service, and a fantastic breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!"
