It's a new hotel, and many of the services and facilities are not complete. I don't recommend staying here. The room we checked in had a platform outside the window. I didn't want to change it because I checked in too late. As a result, the air conditioner didn't cool. The hotel's internal and external telephones were all unreachable. I went up and down the stairs to contact them, and it was not repaired until after 11pm.

Extremely satisfied! Although the price was a bit high, it was definitely worth it. First, a special thanks to the short-haired female supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, patient, and thorough, answering every question we had. My daughter carelessly lost a jacket, and she actively helped us communicate and search for it, and it was eventually found (girls love beauty, and her favorite cosmetics were inside). Other hotel staff were also very welcoming; every staff member we encountered during our stay was able to answer our questions and seriously respond to all our inquiries. Second, from the moment we entered the resort's reception center, there was always a dedicated hotel staff member guiding us. The most convenient aspect was that, apart from occasional self-funded activities, almost everything else had a dedicated guest channel. When you see the long queues of tourists at the actual sites, you'll realize how friendly and necessary this service is. It saves you a lot of time to enjoy other activities. Then there's the dining. All three meals were included, and they weren't just some perfunctory, unknown drinks. The main dishes were also very diverse and abundant. After a day of fun, you could return to the hotel and relax at the bar, enjoying free-flow drinks with a live musician. Finally, the room wasn't huge, but it was compact and tidy. I had also looked up other hotels in the area at the time, and this one felt excellent. The evening party and fireworks on the island created an amazing atmosphere. Due to the weather, we couldn't experience stargazing in the desert or the sunrise over the sand dunes, or the desert hiking with sound, which was a slight regret. If our later itinerary hadn't already been fully booked, we definitely would have stayed at this hotel for another two or three days. On the first day, we played at Xiansha Island, and on the second day, Yuansha Island. In a word: Worth every penny. If your budget allows, I highly recommend this hotel.

I'm so glad we booked our stay inside the Xiangshawan Desert Scenic Area! It made everything so incredibly easy. Each room came with 6 bottles of water, and the air conditioning was already on before we even arrived. Even though it's a yurt, the interior space is very large, and the private bathroom is super clean. The hotel's services were all excellent. The all-inclusive meals were not at all superficial; each meal featured local specialties like lamb offal soup, savory milk tea, and plenty of beef and lamb. The quality was on par with outside restaurants, and we all agreed their milk tea was the best we had during our entire trip. After a fun day exploring the two islands, returning to the hotel wasn't boring at all. In the evenings, there were disco parties, firework displays, and stargazing. Every event was well-organized and very entertaining. It truly lived up to its nickname, 'Desert Disney'! Definitely worth the trip!

The Riverside Hotel in Ejin Horo Banner has a good location, close to scenic spots and commercial areas. The rooms are clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bedding is comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out are quick. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and tastes good. It's great value for money, and I would consider staying here again next time I visit Ejin Horo Banner.
