BBellaxingxingThis hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Zhujiang South Road Food Street. If you're heading to Nan'ao Island by public transport, bus 161A is about an 8-minute walk away. Tianshan Beef Hotpot is also within an 8-minute walk. Even going to Longyan South Road or the high-speed rail station, a taxi ride is only around 10 yuan. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all my questions, even allowing me to have a late check-out until 1 PM. The room's cleanliness was decent. The facilities are up to the usual standard you'd expect from a Ji Hotel. But the best part was how quiet the room was (it didn't face the main street), which allowed me to get a great night's sleep. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shantou.

AAnonymous UserThe location is quite good, and the staff are all enthusiastic and service-oriented. Although the breakfast isn't delicious, it's enough to fill you up. Ordering takeout nearby is also very convenient, with quick delivery by robot. The TV supports screen mirroring. The laundry room is very handy for business travelers and those on short trips.

YYuanyuandechengParking at the hotel is convenient. Upon entering, the lobby made a great impression, feeling spacious and bright! The elevators were also convenient, but the hallway on our floor felt a bit stuffy. We booked a suite, which was very spacious, and the sofa in the living room was very comfortable.
Now, let's talk about the downsides: housekeeping issues. We had to remind them to provide extra toilet paper and water. On a second occasion, we were short two towels and two bath towels, and the bath mat on the bathroom floor wasn't replaced.
Moreover, the hotel surprisingly houses a KTV or perhaps a disco. The vibrating noise from it was incredibly noticeable on the 9th floor late at night. We stayed for three nights, and only on the second night was the sound slightly softer and ended a bit earlier. Especially on the third night, I couldn't help but call the front desk to complain. They said they would send security to intervene, but ultimately, there was no improvement. The partying went on from around 10 PM until roughly 2 AM, leaving my head throbbing from the noise.
The hotel breakfast selection was limited, but the beef kway teow was delicious! What's more, there are plenty of good dining options within a two-kilometer radius, and they all taste great.

KKnyong99The service was terrible. We stayed for two days. When we checkin on the first day at around 4pm, the room was not clean up and they staff said they were very busy that day and asked us to wait at the lobby.
On the second day, we came back at around 5pm after a whole day tour, the same situation happen. No housekeeping was done. Same excuse given to us .
This is one of the worst accommodation I have stayed in China. The staff are not welcoming.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to a great snack street. No need to worry about parking if you're driving, as there's a car park nearby in the 366 mall. It's a quiet oasis despite being in a lively area; I slept incredibly well and didn't hear any noise. The lobby has a lovely fragrance. The room was also very clean and odorless. Overall, a great experience.

This hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of many popular attractions, and very convenient for transport. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was soft, and there were no strange odors. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The bathroom facilities were complete, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialty snacks, which tasted great. The staff were warm and attentive, and even provided a travel guide. It offers incredible value for money, highly recommended to anyone planning a trip here!

GGuest UserThis stay far exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was incredibly comfortable, and I really have to commend it. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very welcoming and check-in was quick, with no unnecessary waiting. The staff patiently explained local dining options and transportation routes, and any questions we had were answered promptly and gently.
The room was spotless, with floors and bathroom corners thoroughly cleaned and no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and clean, the pillows were just right, and the soundproofing was excellent – we couldn't hear any corridor noise at night. The room had plenty of natural light, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked stably, toiletries were fully stocked, and there was ample hot water, making everything very convenient. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of fresh, home-style dishes. We could eat our fill, making it excellent value for money.
The hotel's location is superb; it's incredibly convenient for shopping and getting around by taxi, with plenty of snack shops and stores downstairs. The public areas were clean and elegant, and cleaning staff maintained the environment constantly. There were no unpleasant incidents throughout our stay; the service was thoughtful and attentive. It’s perfect for both short trips and temporary stays. I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I'm in town, and I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers.

DDongshengThis hotel is really good and offers great value for money. I was worried because of some negative reviews I'd seen, but it turns out my concerns were completely unnecessary. The location is excellent, very close to the food street and MixC shopping mall, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The wooden furniture is a bit dated, but it's perfectly acceptable. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. It definitely lives up to its reputation as a long-standing star-rated hotel. Highly recommended!
