77152****This guesthouse is located in the Shiyihe Art Village, near Shantou High-speed Rail Station. It's quiet, clean, and tidy inside. Each room has its own bathroom and they're all quite spacious. There's even an additional bathroom in the courtyard. The entire guesthouse spans over 200 square meters, boasting a stylish and minimalist design. You can do karaoke and cook here, making it ideal for large families or gatherings with friends. It's very comfortable, and the host is super responsive to any issues. The village itself is also great for a stroll; it has preserved many traditional elements, with all the houses being small, uniform quadrangle courtyards. The streets and alleys are quite clean, and there are many dining options nearby. You can drive into the village's main archway street, but access to the smaller alleys is limited to walking or electric scooters. However, the host will help with luggage.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby has a lovely, elegant ambiance with a rich coffee aroma. The spacious and comfortable seating area was perfect for a quick coffee while checking in, instantly easing my travel fatigue. The room thoughtfully included drip coffee, which was easy to brew and had a smooth, fragrant taste, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment in the morning or during downtime. The room facilities were complete, tidy, and clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The overall service was attentive and detailed, showing great attention to small touches. Parking was also very convenient. The entire stay was a fantastic experience with great value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone!

My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

ZZaizishitudoubaobei！I made a last-minute decision to travel with my cat, so there weren't many pet-friendly hotel options left. My main reason for visiting Shantou was to experience the local cuisine, so I ended up choosing this hotel because it's close to Xiaogongyuan (Small Park) and you can see the sea from just 400 meters away!
**Facilities:** Everything was perfect! The smart curtains were incredibly convenient!
**Hygiene:** Very clean! Although it looks like the hotel might have opened a while ago and is in an older building that's a mix of residential and commercial, it didn't affect the overall stay.
**Environment:** You can directly see the pier and sea view from the window. The location is right in a residential area with a local market nearby, which we passed on our way to Xiaogongyuan. We ate almost all our meals in the surrounding area and didn't bother with the famous '网红店' (internet-famous shops). We really felt like we fully experienced the locals' approach to food!
**Service:** The front desk staff (both the young men and women) were very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us enthusiastically whenever we came and went, and even offered to help with our bags. They were very accommodating to all our requests!
While the hotel hallway soundproofing could be a bit better, it wasn't particularly noisy when it was time to sleep at night. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

GGuest UserWhat an unexpected gem of a hostel! It's located right on Longyan South Road, with tons of local eateries just steps away. The atmosphere is fantastic. I met some great people, and we ended up exploring together and even played some games with other guests. There's a common area where you can watch movies or TV. If I didn't have other plans, I would have definitely stayed longer. The bathroom was a bit small and had a squat toilet, but that's understandable for a hostel – you can't compare it to a hotel.

AAnonymous UserStaying in Shantou for a short trip was a pleasant surprise! Oliver at the front desk was very attentive and handled the check-in quickly. The facilities are new, very clean, and all the amenities are well-stocked. The room lighting is soft, creating a lovely ambiance. The hotel is quiet, making for a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserI was incredibly lucky to secure the three-bed room type, as we are cousins and it would have been quite awkward to share the double bed. This way, we each had our own space to sleep in.
The mattress was just right, not overly soft, which was good for my back. However, there seemed to be some issue with the chemicals used or the cleanliness of the linen, as our skin felt somewhat irritated and uncomfortable, need some cream when we returned home.
The location of the accommodation was excellent, making it easy to catch a Didi and explore the nearby street food options, even late into the night. Additionally, the local breakfast selections offered good value for money with just a min walk.

GGuest UserBefore traveling to Nan'ao Island, I chose this B&B after reading online reviews. Very satisfied after checking in. First of all, Boss Xiaolin is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to introduce nearby bus routes, food, and tourist attractions. In addition to the standard quilt on the bed, I also asked to add a single quilt, and the boss readily agreed. The room is large and well equipped, and the bedding is great.
You can see the sea when you stand in front of the window, and you can reach the beach in ten minutes' walk. The bus stop for entering the island is just downstairs, and the stop is called ”Tianyu Villa”. At the beginning of the lively Promenade. After entering the island, the bus passed by here first before heading to the town. Two stops away from the bustling visitor center. It is recommended for tourists visiting Nan'ao Island to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

ZZixue168This hotel has an elevator, and the front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, bright, quiet, and had fresh air. They provided two complimentary large bottles of mineral water. There's also free parking. My stay was very pleasant. There are many snack shops nearby, as well as Zhongshan Park, Binhai Park, and People's Square. I highly recommend this hotel with a five-star rating! I'd tell all my friends to stay here when they visit Shantou!

AAnonymous UserThe floor was at the perfect height, offering just the right viewing angle – not too high, not too low – to admire the entire island scenery. The panoramic view perfectly captured the vast ocean, and I could clearly see the complete townscape of the island's center at eye level, along with the full view of the coastal pier. It was also at an ideal height to watch the entire spectacular sunset, and the staggered windmills on the sea were perfectly framed. The room was clean, bright, and had excellent natural light. The high-quality bedding was neither too soft nor too firm, suitable for all types of guests. The smart controls on the floor were convenient, and the viewing balcony was at a great height for a soak while enjoying the scenery – an absolutely fantastic experience.
