Shantou Hotels with Pools

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast spread was amazing, with aromatic breads and authentic kway teow soup noodles that hit the spot. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even called ahead to check on our needs before we arrived. They also thoughtfully prepared kid's toiletries since we were traveling with a child, and we got to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Shantou Masuland B&B was beyond expectation and I have to give it a thumbs up! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt a sense of genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was incredibly quick. They also provided detailed information about the hotel's facilities and nearby amenities, making me feel instantly at home. Our room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was spacious and bright, warmly and elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean, even down to the corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were the perfect height, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The room was also well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning, excellent heating and cooling, and reliable hot water. The toiletries were fresh and fragrant, and every detail was meticulously thought out. The hotel's restaurant is also worth a mention. The breakfast menu is diverse, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, catering to every taste. The dining environment is also clean and comfortable, and the waiters promptly cleared the table, providing attentive service. The hotel's location is also excellent, conveniently located near subway and bus stops. Numerous shopping malls and restaurants are also nearby, offering everything from entertainment and dining options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The service, cleanliness, and facilities were impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip!

My childhood dream of living in a log cabin has come true!!! This was definitely the hotel I was most looking forward to on the whole trip! It truly didn't disappoint—and this isn't just a fake review!!! From the butler's service and breakfast to the overall stay experience, everything was meticulously planned. Even this detail-oriented person was won over! The fridge had drinks, the table had fruit, the toilet had a seat cover, the bathtub had a cover, and there was even body lotion. They even provided a huge bottle of drinking water, and so on… The floor was spotless even when I was barefoot. The toiletries had a refreshing bergamot scent (such a relaxing smell!). Sleeping on the second floor with the window open, listening to the rustling of the leaves in the wind, and watching the children playing happily… maybe this is what happiness is all about. ^_^

Five stars! We absolutely loved the Haichengju 270° sea view family suite on Nan'ao Island. Traveling with another family, choosing this spacious 95㎡ suite was a brilliant decision. The space is incredibly open and airy, easily accommodating two small families without feeling cramped, allowing both adults and kids to move around freely. The comfort level of our stay was through the roof! The iconic 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the ocean. You could simply lie on the sofa in the living room and gaze out at the entire sea. It was an immersive experience, enjoying the view without even leaving the room. The suite was fully equipped with everything we needed: a separate kitchen and bathroom, a refrigerator, a full set of kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a large-screen projector, and toiletries. It was incredibly convenient to buy fresh seafood from the market and bring it back to the room to cook. The bedding was soft and clean, and the entire suite was meticulously cleaned. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive. Before our arrival, they proactively sent check-in instructions and registered our license plate. After we checked in, they helped us navigate local dining options, and any issues were promptly addressed. The beach was just a short walk downstairs, making it very convenient for us to take the kids for beachcombing and strolls. This suite is definitely our top recommendation for two families visiting the island. The value for money is outstanding, and we'll definitely be staying at Haichengju again on our next visit to Nan'ao!

Stumbled upon this guesthouse online and decided to check it out before the May Day holiday rush. I was initially worried it might be a 'seller's show' (looks better in pictures than in real life), but it turned out to be 100% accurate to what was posted! Overall, a great experience. **Environment:** The guesthouse is set up like an estate, offering good privacy, so you're not disturbed by non-hotel guests or road noise. **Facilities:** The infinity pool in the room seems to circulate filtered seawater, which was very clean. It's perfect for taking photos at night when the lights are on, but it does shut off at 12 AM. There's also an outdoor pool on the first floor facing the sea. The minibar and fridge drinks in the room are complimentary, and all the amenities are of good quality. **Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly attentive. Right after booking, I immediately received a call from the owner. After adding them on WeChat, they confirmed my arrival time and whether I wanted the pool pre-filled, etc. Throughout my stay, I felt that all the staff had a great attitude. This is also a pet-friendly establishment. If you bring a pet, they provide a pet amenities kit with pee pads, diapers, disposable bowls, chew toys like Boryeongdan, and more. I brought my own dog bed, and they mentioned they also offer small beds. However, there's an additional cleaning fee for pets, which I didn't see on the booking page and only found out about upon arrival.

This was the first hotel that caught my eye when planning my trip to Nanao Island, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location, decor, and especially the infinity pool are incredibly photogenic, perfect for sunset pictures – absolutely stunning! The hotel's service was also excellent; they were very responsive, and anything we needed was delivered promptly. From 8 PM to 10 PM, the front desk even offers complimentary sweet soup. We got to try the mung bean soup, and it was delicious! Plus, the hotel's partnered travel makeup artist and photographer were fantastic too. Highly recommend!

Not bad at all, the sea view is fantastic. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: The concierge service was excellent. Facilities: The only downside was that the pool was closed, so I didn't get to experience it. Ambiance: Elegant, and the perfume/fragrance smelled really nice. Overall, it was very good, and the bedding was comfortable.

The B&B owner was super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade, plus complimentary coffee upon check-in. The room looked exactly like the pictures, with a lovely blue and white Santorini-style decor. The cat chilling by the restaurant entrance looked so relaxed, just like the vibe of this place. The B&B's location is also excellent, and the sea right outside is incredibly blue.

The two ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, and they even offered sweet soup in the evening. The hygiene was also very good, and the soundproofing was relatively decent – at least I could sleep in without being disturbed by the neighbors. My only minor complaint is that the cleaning staff would sometimes chat loudly in the hallway. On our last day, the housekeeper only made my friend's bed, leaving mine unmade. It looked like they started cleaning but had to leave in a hurry for some emergency. Otherwise, everything else was quite good.

非常滿意的一次旅行！房間空間大，私密性好，全屋智能太友好了！還有投影儀，呆在房間看電影都是一種享受！酒店還配有恆温泳池，樓上樓下兩層，私隱性好，水温合適，孩子非常喜歡，來回在裏面玩了一個多小時，解放了帶娃的我們！民宿管家的服務非常周到，會特意根據我們的時間合理安排早餐的用餐時間！店裡還有烤肉，孩子游完泳，我們在荔枝樹下吃烤肉，度假的鬆弛感拉滿！
