This stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast spread was amazing, with aromatic breads and authentic kway teow soup noodles that hit the spot. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even called ahead to check on our needs before we arrived. They also thoughtfully prepared kid's toiletries since we were traveling with a child, and we got to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Shantou Masuland B&B was beyond expectation and I have to give it a thumbs up! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt a sense of genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was incredibly quick. They also provided detailed information about the hotel's facilities and nearby amenities, making me feel instantly at home. Our room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was spacious and bright, warmly and elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean, even down to the corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were the perfect height, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The room was also well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning, excellent heating and cooling, and reliable hot water. The toiletries were fresh and fragrant, and every detail was meticulously thought out. The hotel's restaurant is also worth a mention. The breakfast menu is diverse, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, catering to every taste. The dining environment is also clean and comfortable, and the waiters promptly cleared the table, providing attentive service. The hotel's location is also excellent, conveniently located near subway and bus stops. Numerous shopping malls and restaurants are also nearby, offering everything from entertainment and dining options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The service, cleanliness, and facilities were impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip!

My childhood dream of living in a log cabin has come true!!! This was definitely the hotel I was most looking forward to on the whole trip! It truly didn't disappoint—and this isn't just a fake review!!! From the butler's service and breakfast to the overall stay experience, everything was meticulously planned. Even this detail-oriented person was won over! The fridge had drinks, the table had fruit, the toilet had a seat cover, the bathtub had a cover, and there was even body lotion. They even provided a huge bottle of drinking water, and so on… The floor was spotless even when I was barefoot. The toiletries had a refreshing bergamot scent (such a relaxing smell!). Sleeping on the second floor with the window open, listening to the rustling of the leaves in the wind, and watching the children playing happily… maybe this is what happiness is all about. ^_^

This was the first hotel that caught my eye when planning my trip to Nanao Island, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location, decor, and especially the infinity pool are incredibly photogenic, perfect for sunset pictures – absolutely stunning! The hotel's service was also excellent; they were very responsive, and anything we needed was delivered promptly. From 8 PM to 10 PM, the front desk even offers complimentary sweet soup. We got to try the mung bean soup, and it was delicious! Plus, the hotel's partnered travel makeup artist and photographer were fantastic too. Highly recommend!

The room facilities were complete and very clean, making it the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our Chaoshan trip. The front desk staff had a great attitude, patiently explaining everything we asked. The recommended local eateries were fantastic, not a single bad one! The front desk even gave my child beach toys, which made my little one incredibly happy. This guesthouse didn't disappoint me; I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Stumbled upon this guesthouse online and decided to check it out before the May Day holiday rush. I was initially worried it might be a 'seller's show' (looks better in pictures than in real life), but it turned out to be 100% accurate to what was posted! Overall, a great experience. **Environment:** The guesthouse is set up like an estate, offering good privacy, so you're not disturbed by non-hotel guests or road noise. **Facilities:** The infinity pool in the room seems to circulate filtered seawater, which was very clean. It's perfect for taking photos at night when the lights are on, but it does shut off at 12 AM. There's also an outdoor pool on the first floor facing the sea. The minibar and fridge drinks in the room are complimentary, and all the amenities are of good quality. **Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly attentive. Right after booking, I immediately received a call from the owner. After adding them on WeChat, they confirmed my arrival time and whether I wanted the pool pre-filled, etc. Throughout my stay, I felt that all the staff had a great attitude. This is also a pet-friendly establishment. If you bring a pet, they provide a pet amenities kit with pee pads, diapers, disposable bowls, chew toys like Boryeongdan, and more. I brought my own dog bed, and they mentioned they also offer small beds. However, there's an additional cleaning fee for pets, which I didn't see on the booking page and only found out about upon arrival.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Oliver's warm smile instantly melted away my travel fatigue. During check-in, he was not only efficient and professional but also thoughtfully arranged a quiet high-floor room based on my preferences. He proactively informed me about breakfast times and hotel facility locations – truly meticulous service. When I inquired about local food and transportation, Oliver had all the answers, recommending authentic and affordable local restaurants that helped me avoid tourist traps. What moved me the most was learning I had an early flight the next day; he specially prepared a warm welcome note and a simple breakfast takeaway reminder in advance. This kind of above-and-beyond thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly warm. Throughout all our interactions, Oliver was consistently patient, enthusiastic, and displayed exceptional professionalism and genuine care for guests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-soundproofed, and coupled with such attentive service from the front desk, made this trip exceptionally pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and give a big thumbs up to Oliver! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Shantou White Swan Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff, especially Win, was incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was super fast, and they were always there when we needed anything – so thoughtful. The room facilities were brand new and smart, the mattress was wonderfully soft, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent. The cleanliness was impeccable; the lobby and rooms were bright and spotless, making for a very reassuring stay. The first-line sea view was stunning, and the infinity pool was perfect for photos. Overall, an incredible experience – highly recommend!

The B&B owner was super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade, plus complimentary coffee upon check-in. The room looked exactly like the pictures, with a lovely blue and white Santorini-style decor. The cat chilling by the restaurant entrance looked so relaxed, just like the vibe of this place. The B&B's location is also excellent, and the sea right outside is incredibly blue.

非常滿意的一次旅行！房間空間大，私密性好，全屋智能太友好了！還有投影儀，呆在房間看電影都是一種享受！酒店還配有恆温泳池，樓上樓下兩層，私隱性好，水温合適，孩子非常喜歡，來回在裏面玩了一個多小時，解放了帶娃的我們！民宿管家的服務非常周到，會特意根據我們的時間合理安排早餐的用餐時間！店裡還有烤肉，孩子游完泳，我們在荔枝樹下吃烤肉，度假的鬆弛感拉滿！
